Went in for a pedicure as I have many times before. I requested the deluxe spa pedicure, I had a new person named MiMi and she did not do a good job. She was more concerned with texting on her phone and was constantly on it throughout my pedicure appointment. When it came time for my "massage" she just threw lotion on my legs didn't even rub the lotion in and then wrapped warm towels around them without even completing a massage. Very disappointed in her service as I was looking forward to being pampered at 38 weeks pregnant. If you go to this salon avoid her as your nail tech. read more

I do not recommend this salon. I had an appointment with Kim last week after being referred here because my usual nail technician was out of town, and after only 6 days this is what my nails look like. Usually my gel manicures last me anywhere from 2-3 weeks. I called this morning to make an appointment to come in to have this fixed as I am going out of town this weekend and was told 4:30pm was ok. When I arrived I was greeted by Kim, and when I explained the situation to her, she shooed me away. She said she was refusing to take me, and for no reason whatsoever. She was completely rude. ive gotten my nails done 3 maybe 4 times from this place and all times prior to this last time was really good - until this last fill i received. I don't know the name of the man who did my nails ( he has glasses ) and this was the first time I was ever given him to work on me, anyways i came in 8/19/24 and less than 3 hours after my appointment it came to my attention that my whole thumb nail was broken , so i had to come in the next day 8/20/24 to get it fixed - i was then treated with disrespect the whole entire appointment by saying i wasn't even holding my hand in the uv light correctly - ive been getting my nails done for 15+ years so i think i would know how to position my hand. He then would handle my hand with a lot of force and just kept filing - when it was done i still proceeded to give him a $10 tip out of the kindness of my heart without even checking the work - I felt so uncomfortable the whole time- as i left I couldn't help but notice the shape he gave me. - all which was what?? Out of spite because I had to get a ride and take time out of my day to go fix something that wasn't done correctly in the first place. - i really did like this place but I don't think I ever want to come back and be treated with such disrespect again. Maybe he should go back to school to learn how to do a full set properly and maybe also go to therapy because he clearly has issues. read more

I went and got a manicure & pedicure Min (guy) did both services for me and I was happy & satisfied. He is very serious and to the point. Know what you want and be kind and direct letting him know what you want and need. He doesn't talk much haha but he is super cool just quiet don't be turned off by that. The staff is truly amazing and talented, and I felt like I got the royal treatment here. The place all around wasn't the cleanest. The tools looked unsanitary which was unsettling. There were 5 of us together and none of us will return. We felt rushed and disregarded. Went here for one full set of acrylics and a fill for my sister. The end results aren't bad but the customer service could've been better. As soon as we stepped in, the atmosphere felt off and the staff was very cold. The technicians we had were quick but rough with their drilling, leaving both of us with sore nails and my sister with a cut on her cuticles from the drill. Made an appt for my daughter and when we arrived asked if they had time for my manicure. The nail salon was empty! Man was very rude! He kept going on during my manicure how I needed to make an appointment. I let him know I asked lady upon arriving if they had time and she said yes. He was crabby & rude! I do not recommend this salon. For my first appointment, I was new to the area and I did not have appointment so I understood that I had to wait in which Kim serviced me and was really great. At that time, I made an appointment for my next visit, where the gentleman in the front told me in front of other guests that my appointment was for another time. I knew he was incorrect, but waited anyways to a tune of 45 minutes. For my next appointment, another lady took me named Hyun I believe and was also great. I left that appointment and made another appointment for today knowing that I was leaving for Costa Rica tomorrow. So today, I decided to call first to confirm my appointment for 5:30 and was told that was correct. My husband and I arrived at 5:20 and the same gentlemen had the nerve to tell me my appointment was at 4:30 and in front of other guest making me look like an idiot. He then said, just wait, we can take you. I said, no and left. I have never had such a poor customer service experience before. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that I messed up one appointment, but not two. And to top it all off, I've been wondering why my natural long nails have been peeling and breaking since going there? Horrible! read more

I have been to many different nail places over the last few years but these guys over here are amazing. I ended up spending more than I would have liked but it was well worth it. I cannot say enough good things. I love that they put orange slices in the water for your pedicure. I love the atmosphere. The nail techs are friendly and very thorough. I knew the color I wanted and I knew that I wanted glitter. I picked the color but they tried it and It didn't look exactly the way I wanted, so they suggested "The Rockstar" gel. One employee started my husband's pedi. Mine finally started at 5:20. Another customer walked in at 5:30 and said she had an appointment. My pedi ended at 5:45. Like others have commented, it didn't seem like a very clean establishment. Will be looking for another salon. read more

What an absolute waste of time. The level of service at this place is less than "1 star". Showed up without an appointment and was assured that was fine because it wouldn't be more than 25-30 minutes. Keep in mind it's a Sunday afternoon and I'm running errands. I decided to try a new place out of nothing more than it was conveniently located. Upon walking in, the shop looks clean and smells decent. A clean put together look can be deceiving. After 45 minutes, one of the techs came over and said do you mind waiting 15 or more minutes, to which I said "yes". At this point I've already waited much longer than initially told I'd have to wait. I told her if that was the case, she should have set a realistic expectation to begin with. She didn't like that and said something non-English, and then all the techs started a conversation haha... I started laughing and continued to wait. At this point I'm more curious to see what I'm actually waiting for at this point. After all was said and done, the was probably the most mediocre manicure, at best. As a guy, I'm only coming in to have my cuticles cleaned up... a fairly quick procedure. People, should not waste the time coming to this place. Unless you're used to mediocre service and quality, you would be better off going anywhere else. Do yourselves a favor and keep going. read more
