Eric not only assisted in purchasing the tile (and getting a great deal) but also with some design elements including an ingenious access panel on our whirpool tub that will allow us to easily service the plumbing and motor. Eric and his crew are extremely conscientious, reasonably priced, and hardworking. He was at our house from 8am to 7pm a couple of nights in order to get the project moving along quickly! They showed up on time and stayed on schedule. Eric is very fastidious about cleanliness (an uncommon trait in the tile guys I have worked with) and left the job site cleaner than he found it, even taking time to polish the tub. He found exactly what we wanted and purchased the tiles, etc. Eric really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. Very friendly and is very easy to work with in all aspects from start to finish. My husband insisted that the new hardwood had to be blended into the old, which with engineered flooring is a difficult job and must be done very carefully to avoid breaking existing boards. I assume that if extra time was needed because I have a house full of furniture, it was included in the bid. Carlos and Eddie installed the carpet. I found this hidden place by the kind referral by the Arroyo Grande granite place. What sets it apart is the Customer Service & wide choices of remnants... if you happen to find a piece that suits your little project they are a bargain. They also do fabrication & have a little cute shop where you can plan the big projects. They are far more friendly than the Nipomo granite place, but have fewer choices... but better prices. Veronica L. was friendly, helpful, & knowledgable...even though I just picked-up just a small perfect piece of granite for very little bucks. It just happened to be 1 foot wide & about 16 inches deep which fit perfectly width wise. The front side was already polished & the back jagged side is now hidden by kitchenware. It just fit a gap in my weird assortment of remnants that cover much of the crappy old white tile with aging grout in my kitchen. My wife was very pleased with the color of the granite which just so happened to be complimentary to the next piece. Since I also just found a fabulous local Santa Maria fabricator who can either join up my random assortment into something joined/ epoxied that looks better. He also has the same idea as me as to possible breakup the random pieces & make a mosaic type of counter filed with dark grout that would be really cool looking & quite cheap. He said he did a similar thing with his bathroom wall. Definitely worth a stop, while you explore the area...like Dunes Park & getting a snack at King Falafel, while you explore the small former Japanese town of Guadalupe on wonder Hwy 1.

I went in on a Thursday morning and needed the materials by Monday morning. Kevin assisted me and showed me all the product in what I was looking for (Toughlock Luxury Vinyl Planking). I picked 5 that I liked, and he checked to see which they would be able to get by Friday afternoon. Of the 5, 4 were available and gave me an estimate. I took home samples of those 4, chose one, and called Kevin with my choice. They ordered it, and it arrived on Friday afternoon. There were a few things I was unsure of, so he called my contractor to make sure we were getting the right materials. My contractor picked everything up on Monday morning, and it was perfect. I will definitely use Flooring Liquidators next time I need any flooring and recommend them to my friends. I've included a few pics of my finished floors.

They also squeezed me in on short notice which was huge as I couldn't move in to my upstairs until the disgusting old carpeting was replaced. FIVE STARS on all that! The downside was the installer. Not friendly at all, borderline attitude. I attempted to be friendly and make conversation a few times and finally gave up - this guy didn't seem to have much respect for me or my home - seemed to want to just get the damn job done and get home. My place had been cleaned spotless two days previous, yet the installers left a mess for me to clean up, including: the driveway & garage, bathroom floors & sinks, boot prints on the baseboard, hand smudges bedroom doors, one closet left un-vacuumed, plus some misc carpet-dust & mess around - oh, and a big scrap of the new carpet laying out on the garage floor (I was actually happy to have it, but how about asking/letting me know.) Maybe this is typical, but to me part of pride in workmanship is leaving the place like you found it - he/they drove away like they could care less about what they left behind - felt like a big eff you to me. I spent an hour or so cleaning up after them. The kicker was they scraped up the brand new paint, pretty badly in one spot & definitely noticeable in another, in one of the bedrooms. So I'll spend another chunk of my time re-painting. They said nothing about any of this - in fact drove away from an empty home leaving my front door unlocked, without even the courtesy of a phone call, despite the fact they had my number and I had asked them to call when they were done. Thank God the carpet does look great - that saved it. But if I'm going to spend upwards of a couple thousand dollars I'd like to have someone in my house that I trust, that's respectful to me and my home, is professional and courteous, and cleans up after themselves. Sales Process & Price - FIVE STARS Installation Quality - FOUR STARS Experience with Installer - ONE STAR I might go with Cal Coast again, but I would ask for an installer that has a good track record & reputation.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the results of our project! We used Tinoco to repaint the interior walls, doors, baseboards, built ins, and ceilings in our entire home. They also did an absolutely fantastic job at flooring installation of our luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as the removal of the existing tile that was in the house previously in some areas. We wanted the project done on a pretty fast timeline and Ray and his team made sure that that happened! They kept in constant communication with us and collaborated with us on our plans, budget, and overall aesthetic choices so that our home truly felt like our home when it was finished--and, I am SO happy to say that it does!!
