This place is absolute TRASH! JAVIER SANTA MARIA FORGOT TO WELD THE Y PIPE . I drove from LAS VEGAS to go to these people due to great reference ... what a mistake. I'm now having to pay an additional 200$ to fix their work on top of the 600$ I paid for it to begin with. When I called to remedy the issue whether that be getting credit or some refund (I had paid cash) he told me they should only charge 35$ to fix it and instead to drive it back with the receipt but it's not under warranty since it's been over 3 months. Do not go here . They'd rather you drive with pipes hitting the floor and your safety at risk than to remedy their own mistakes responsibly. I also just checked the reviews ; ironically this happened to Andy A. A different customer with his Y pipe 6 months ago. These people are seriously a joke.

Finding an open shop on a Sunday is hard enough. But finding someone to do a last minute job on the spot is even harder. We called ahead and Ruban said bring her in and I'll give you a quote. So we are a huge car family. The Mister wanted to replace his stock exhaust with another one we had on one of his older cars. Ruban who did our install was super nice. He swapped out our old one and installed the one we brought in. The price was right and we were in and out in an hour. To top it off we accidentally broke off our key in the trunk lock Doh....hey it's a old car. Ruban extracted the piece of key for us and saved us a trip to the Locksmith. Located on La Palma and Anaheim Blvd in Anaheim. Open on Sundays until 3:00pm. I am a fan.

I bought two catalytic converters ($1,000) total at this location and they gave me a warranty... It failed under warranty and they are refusing to replace it and trying to charge me!

STAY AWAY!! They took advantage of my grandmother and charger her $700 for a job that shouldn't have been more than $200. I confronted the owner(who is the head mechanic) and asked him about the repairs. He said the catalytic converters were "empty" and needed to be changed out. But when I asked him to show me the old parts, he showed me a part that was not even for our truck. I called him out on it and he told me to leave the shop. The workers here have no moral obligation to serve the community. Very greedy people work here. They're taking advantage of customers who lack knowledge of automotives.

This is what a muffler shop should be. Quality work, honest, great prices, quick work and good guys. Called them because the shop near my house didn't honor an appt. Called and told me they could see me right away. Drove the 20 mins and was helped immediately and given a great price for a muffler delete. Exactly what I wanted. Will give them all my exhaust business now. Great people here and quality work. read more

I didn't have cash all I had was my debit card to pay. They didn't allow me to go get cash even if when I told them I'd leave my wallet and id with them. I told them I would use my apply pay to get my money from the bank and they told me they couldn't help me out. They also tried to overcharge me to instal an axleback exhaust which consists of taking off two bolts and bolting up the new exhaust. Even after I have been a customer there for 3 years I've taken my family and friends cars there for services. You've lost me as a customer good job. read more

I called to get a quote to have a new muffler installed on my truck and came by the following day with the muffler ready to have it installed. Both of the guys working there wanted to look at the truck and muffler before telling me what it would cost. It seemed like they were looking for a reason to charge me more than quoted. The older guy said it would not be an easy install and would require some custom tube bending and jacked the price up. I ended up leaving because the whole experience just felt dishonest and I know plenty of people with the same truck and same muffler that had them installed without any custom tube bending or modification. I wound up having a different shop install it. No custom tube bending required and it came out perfect. read more

It's 2019 and with the new law I wanted to make my exhaust sound more quiet. They had convince me that adding a resonator would decrease the current noise level. Instead it amplified the noise even more while adding more drone. Not what I asked for. Now I'll have to either go with a different brand like vibrant ultra quiet or remove the one they installed. Owner had bad attitude. Need to improve on customer service. Welding job looks good. But that was not what I came here for. read more

Came in to remove my mufflers on my 2020 widebody charger and had issues that same day. They did not tighten enough the clamps so whenever I would drive at any speed you would hear and feel banging under the car. Took it in the next day and they fixed it. Fast forward a week from that day and the same issue came again. I ended up calling to see if I can come in so they can fix it again and they are telling me they can until Monday. Do not recommend. Mistakes happen so the first time it's okay but the fact that it happened again is not okay. read more

I needed a catalytic converter fast and on a Saturday! Most shops are closed, few had the parts but Sun had everything and it was all done in less than an hour. Every single employee was courteous and friendly. The guys who worked on my vehicle were very good about communicating what they were going to do and the work they accomplished looks excellent. This is now my go to muffler shop! read more

Fast. Efficient. Very friendly service and reasonable pricing! I came here randomly on a weekday. The owner came right up to my car. I explained that I had a problem with muffler and a terrible noise that would come about on a cold start. He threw my car up on the rack and immediately diagnosed the problem. Worst customer service, horrible work and attitude from the manager. I went in to have a muffler delete about 3 weeks ago. There was a manager or the shift leader who was constantly yelling at his employee to not to over weld my exhaust tips. He was rushing employees to finish work and worked on another part of the exhaust. Well apparently he didn't weld that well enough that the exhaust fell off today. I'm going to bring it in for warranty work and they better cover it. That wasnt the end to this story, It was obvious that he wanted to go home early and when one of the employees saw one of my tire deflated, he offer to put in the air for me. When I brought this up at the checkout the manager was very rude and telling his employee in Spanish why they would have offered something like this and told them that I should have went to another shop. Little did he know I spoke Spanish and understood the whole situation. If he wasn't the owner and if the owner of the store reading this review, your manager is blowing away all your customers. read more

Not really the bad job but the owner be rude to customers. we pay for it to be done ,not asking him do it for free and overcharged 65 buck just to be bent the exhaust a little bit and always be like I don't need urs business. My home boy and I wanted to get our exhaust done, and we looked around and finally gave these guys a call. My buddy has had this type of service before and what he wanted was very specific so he was comfortable. Me on the other hand was very skeptical. But i decided to give it a try anyways, and boy could i not be more happy!!! i absolutely love the sound of my car. It was very fast service for a very good price. It was not. He was wedged in there for 12 hours with no food, no water, and zero litter box access. He was absolutely losing it. I ran through every option. Fire department? Busy with the actual chemical explosion rattling all of OC, fair. Animal control? Ghosted me. My cousin, currently out of the country, tried Tesla Roadside Assistance through the app. Tesla's answer: their technicians are not trained to rescue animals. Noted, but deeply unhelpful in the moment. Two other mechanics passed too. Jesse was my third Yelp attempt and my last real option. He showed up within two hours, no fuss, and got straight to work. He tried everything - the frunk, underneath, removing the right wheel - methodically working different angles for an hour and a half because my cat had chosen the most inconvenient possible position to be chonky in. Jesse stayed patient the entire time and got him out safely. My cat is home. He is fine. He is completely unbothered, as cats are. Jesse showed up when nobody else could. That is not something I will forget. Oh, and his prices are insanely reasonable. If you need a mechanic who will actually show up and problem-solve, Jesse is your guy.

My experience was called to book on Monday morning, quoted the price based on easy to describe work and an appointment for Wednesday at 8AM. So I adjust my schedule and am ready. No show, no answer calls or texts until a call at 930 - where he apologizes for issues on Tuesday and will show up at 5PM. Fine. I'll adjust my evening plans too. An organized person would have adjusted plans and communicated Wednesday if they had issues/delays Tuesday. Then, at 2PM calls back and says looking more like 530PM. And then he says... oh? Did I give you a price already? Oh that's actually a lot of work and says it'll actually cost 60% more. That was enough to call it quits. While I can't speak to his mechanic abilities, he fell short on: 1) being able to accurately understand and estimate work before quoting, or worse, stick to his quote when he gets busy 2) ability to plan his schedule and communicate reasonably. I hope he learns from this and other experiences and reaches his potential through better consistency.

I called around to compare, and other mechanics were quoting nearly three times as much. These guys were fair, honest, and didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary. They ordered the part right away and had my car fixed in less than an hour, which was incredibly convenient. They also have a shaded seating area, so my family and I were comfortable while we waited. Great customer service, fast turnaround, and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

Well, I don't really know where to start except to say I would never recommend anyone ever go here. I was there and witnessed something I have never seen. I am standing outside the office and I hear the owner yelling at a customer in the office with language that is laden with obscenities. The other guy comes out of the office and tells the owner to not put his hands on him. The owner responds by saying "if I put my hands on you I'll kill you!" I'm not kidding, this guy is nuts! Also doesn't help that they totally overcharge for their services, but the fact the owner is certifiable is enough for me. Buyer beware!!! By the way, the owners name is Ted so if you decide to go and he is who you talk to I suggest you watch what you say to him. read more
