My family and I are supposed to go out of town 2 weeks ago, but due to COVID concerns my husband decided to go camping (well, mostly glamping) at Cava Robles RV Resort. I looked up the resort days before our trip and somewhat excited to camp there however, i have lowered my expectation due to yelp reviews. When we got there: Checking-in was quick and easy. RV spots are spacious.(most spacious spot we've ever camped on) Movable bench and fire pit. Off leash Dog park: super clean, have some shade and pretty secured. Kids park: decent:have a slide, i dont think there was a swing(not sure), Bocce ball court Walking trails: clean, havent seen any trash or dog poop Public Restoom: clean and modern But the highlight was their amazing community center and game room!! Theres a bar, swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool table, bbq/grill station Overall, this is the best campground we've ever been to and it was worth the cost! read more

This has been one of our favorite vacations as a family of 5 (with 3 small children) for the last few years. It is beautiful and relaxing, we especially love the large 1 foot area of the pool for our littlest ones to get comfortable and confident being in the water. The bathrooms and showers are clean. There is plenty to do to keep us busy and the front desk is very attentive. We went for our annual trip this summer and during our stay the pool rules changed. Meaning we watched them swap out the old rules for the new rules as we sat there. And then we watched the employees harass several families coming in about their coolers not being allowed in, then dig through people's pool bags and even made people open and show what was inside of their tumblers. The rules changed without notice - so what was allowed a day before was suddenly not. As stated we travel with small children and we pack things kids enjoy snacking on. (Apple sauce pouches, fresh fruit, goldfish, salami, cheese, crackers) They eat every 20 minutes when they're swimming! It was definitely not in our budget to spend even more money at their bar - especially with the 20% gratuity for every order. There is hardly anything on the bar menu that my kids would even eat - being that two of them are toddlers. And as a sober mom, I just wanted to bring in my sparkling waters and iced coffee. I didn't want anything from the bar. Several other campers were feeling the same as us, it put a damper on so many people's trips and was very uncomfortable to be watched every time I reached in my pool bag. The staff were rude in their approach about all of the changes. There were a lot of regulars and a lot of families with small kids who agreed that if these policies continued to be in place we would much rather stay somewhere else in the future. read more

Huge paved RV park with spacious sites, full hookups, several pools, not many restrooms but they are very clean, and an occasional tree. They have taco trucks and shaved ice truck on site. There is a tiny store here but they have nothing usable. Supposedly there was live music but did not find it. The RVs here are all humongous. Meaning this is a big family park so expect lots of kids, noise, and smoke. I saw one tent and that was pitched alongside a Sprinter. There is really no grass for pitching a tent so best to look elsewhere if that is what you need. It is close to town and near lots of wineries of course. Great bike riding from here into wine country as well. And yea, they rent golf carts. I'm not sure why you need a golf cart. I suppose walking to one of the two pools is just too far. But hey, if that's what you want, go for it. I would have rated it higher if it were not for the all night party with dj. So much for sleeping while on vacation. read more

DO NOT stay here so very unhappy with the changes they made here. We have stayed here before and loved it. There is no food, drink, or speakers at the pool! You are expected to buy their food (very limited menu and can't go inside and order with a wet bathing suit) and buy their drinks. This means nothing but warm water cuz u can't bring in a cooler to even keep your water cold. There were also cockroaches at our site! We will never ever stay here again!!! read more

Price has gotten out of hand. Been going to Cava Robles since they opened. With all the extra fees it is not Worth the money. If you don't pay a lock fee they put you at the worst site even with the site you requested is open. We were offered a 33% discount to book for a Spring stay but the total was not taken of the bill at time to pay. I cancelled. Other RV Resorts don't add extra fees for WiFi, Cable, Pools with a $10 dollar resort fee. They say $112.00 a night then addons total with taxes and fees over $150.00 a night. Cancelled and heading to Flying Flags in Avila Beach. If I'm going to pay a lot of money that is the place to go. Never again at any Sun Outdoors Parks. Talk about cheating loyal customers then that's where you need to go. read more

This really is a beautiful site but maintain by idiots. We reserved a site by a smaller pool bc we had a bad experience at this same resort, at the other pool site with personal speakers Some members in past years were rude about. Staff members would allow several people to have speakers making it loud and having several different speakers at a time blaring and folks arguing over whom should turns theirs off or down. However, the issue was raised today that my one and singularly playing speaker was not going to be a problem as long as nobody complained. (There were a Small number of us all together that agreed) A small time later a huffy Manager type told me there was a complaint from someone at a campsite nearby regarding the music being played on a speaker. Which was impossible because our music was at a reasonable volume. I was being told to leave the pool without warning. ‼ No where in the policy of the pool did it state the also, an hour later my neighbor returned to the same pool to see someone else with a personal speaker blasting music much louder who was not asked to leave. Mine was at a reasonable volume and family appropriate. This persons was not-- so was I target???? I find this unacceptable. read more

This was fun overall. Very close to everything you'd need - except a grocery store, which I found odd. Everything is very clean, but the food at the "restaurant" is not good, and the hours are short. The bartender who served us was not interested in her job, nor was she interested in us as customers. Left a 30% tip because we knew we'd be return in a few hours, to see if that would pique her interest - still nothing. Oh well. The hours at the camp store are even worse (open till 5 only), but the staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is fantastic until the weekend when it's crowded, then good luck. Down in the valley there is next to no cell service but if you stay up top, it's plentiful (5Guc for TMobile). Don't come during the summer with a pet - it's HOT. Our AC couldn't really keep up and was running all day, every day. Our jaunts to wineries were short so we could come back and make sure our pup was okay and the AC hadn't turned off. Nights however are beautiful, and "chilly" enough to have a campfire. We will be back - but not during the summer. read more

This place used to be great. Now you get policed like children. I just wanted to mind my business and eat my bag of chips, and immediately I am harassed that there is no outside drinks or food allowed. They offer bar food and impose a mandatory 20% gratuity to all orders. I will now NEVER buy your overpriced junk food or drinks. Want to listen to your own music? Nope you're forced to listen to the music management provides blasted through a speaker. You can pay to play a song you want, however. Why would I pay to listen to music I can listen to for free on my own phone. This place is all about making a buck when things are already expensive? In fact my enjoyment here is slowly fading as these restrictions have changed a fun environment to one of being treated like small children admonished for not following rules. read more

July 2018. Bring back general manager Nigel! He is awesome. Resort needs security patrols at night, and enforce quiet hours after 10 p May 2018. New Sun Resorts property in Paso Robles wine country. We are avid Sun Resorts customers and have had 3 reservations set up months before it opened. We will be staying Mothers Day weekend first. We had a sneak peak today at the resort and I'posted some pics. It is beautiful and we are excited to camp there soon. Construction will continue as they work on finishing the whole resort but some portions will be open in early May. I've been told official hard opening is May 18th. Sun Resorts also owns Wine Country RV and Vines over on Hwy 101 north of Pado Robles. This facility has a cool children's play area, a bar, banquet room, and a restaurant. Several spas are scattered around the resort and the main pool is a beautiful infinity pool. I highly recommend Sun Resorts properties and will update this after Mother's Day weekend stay. read more

Beside the deceptive booking with additional fee of $35 to lock a specific campsite that you already choose in the reservation process I think this is one of the nicest RV resorts I stayed at so far. Lots of room, clean, nice amenities for kids with pools and minigolf. The pools are very nice, but its not true they shutdown for cleaning every 90min, we stayed two days almoat all day at the pool and never experieced that, in fact ppl are in at all day long and then in the afternoon of both days the pool water got white full of sunscreen lotion... Would be great if they added a basketball or pickleball court or ? Would not want to come back though because of the cost and deceptive reservation system. We have been staying here every summer since they opened. We usually bring our RV but this time we had a quick stay and rented a 2 bedroom chateau. Positives- Great location, we love the local food/beer/wine. The RV sites are clean. New umbrellas at the pool are a good update. The pools are always crystal clear and the pool bathrooms are also very clean. When we did have issues, the front desk attendant was helpful. The Ravine water park is right down the road and so fun, a must do for kiddos. Negatives- Definitely showing its age, needs a little TLC. There are broken legs on some of the fire pits in the RV sites. The new wooden lounge chairs at the main pool are terrible, several already broken and very uncomfortable. The new cabanas also take up a lot of space at a busy pool where it's already extremely difficult to get a chair or shade. If you want to rent a cabana they are very expensive ($300 plus). You can only pay for things on site now with a QR code wristband that you have to register/activate and then wear for your whole stay, no cards or cash and an automatic 20% tip on purchases. A security guard at the pool checks all bags upon entry, only allowing small snacks and water. For the cost of this resort you should be able to BYOB again. You can request music at the pool, but have to pay for it. Most of our complaints come from the very expensive (nearly $900 for two weeknights) chateau rental. It had flooring peeling up inside and out, chipped cabinets, and cheap pocket sliding doors for the rooms that don't lock. The pullout couch was sketchy. We had a second story balcony but the glass was so dirty and the flooring was very worn so it was a distraction from the ambiance. Had to call for propane for the grill, ours was empty. The outdoor furniture cushions were stained. Each bedroom had its own cooling unit which struggled, and the living area did not have AC at all, so it got quite warm during our summer stay. Lots of ants! We would stay here again but only if we bring our own rig. I would not recommend their lodging unless you get a smoking deal or they renovate to make them worth the cost. read more

We recently stayed here for three nights and checked out on our fourth day. This resort is brand new, and I think once construction is fully completed, it will be awesome. Many of the amenities were not fully available because construction is still underway. As a grand opening special, we were able to score a deal of buying two nights and get the third night for free. They placed us in a deluxe site (the cheapest RV/trailer site) at #54. The deluxe site was able to accommodate our 26' ft travel trailer and our truck. Each site comes with a fire pit and picnic bench- wood must be purchased at the Welcome Center. Our site had a cement pad which is where the picnic table is and had more than enough room for our chairs and more. This particular spot was close to a dog run, Welcome Center, restrooms/showers- it is close to the entrance of the park. Unfortunately, during our visit this particular dog run was not available because it was being reseeded. The other one wasn't too far away though. We rented a golf cart for our stay. It is a large park with a lot of hills so we found it easier to navigate the premises with a golf cart. Plus, I had fun riding the cart around. The Paso Robles area has lots to do- family owned vineyards and farms. We went olive oil tasting, honey tasting and there's even wine tasting. I am not a huge drinker, so my hubs and I opted out. But apparently this area is the new Napa Valley. I think we saw over 200+ vineyards! Crazy pretty to drive through. The RV park has two large pools. The main one is by the restaurant. It is still new and working out the kinks so not all of the amenities were listed. The fitness room was available. A great place to bring the kids. The park is so large you have a lot of space between you and your neighbors. I liked how spaced out it was. We'll definitely be back and look forward to all the additional additions this park will be offering. read more

We've stayed at the Sun Outdoors in Paso Robles numerous times over the past 4 years and each stay has been very good and with no issues. We love the cleaniness of the resort and the various aminities. I especially appreciate the fitness gym and to be able to workout while on vacatio. The only thing missing is a Pickle ball court or two. We will continue to come back in the future. read more

Very POC unfriendly, we've came here last year and experienced blatant racism from other fellow campers. Many instances had my family and I the center of attention due to the lack of diversity over here. We've complied more instances of racism than we can recall at this point which is highly unacceptable. I would advise any fellow POC to rethink their decision to stay here. My family spent one night scared out of our minds because of a drunk white man who harassed us. We follow all the rules and are mindful of other campers, even though many don't reciprocate. People laughed at us for simply driving our golf carts. I did not feel comfortable staying here and felt that my money was wasted on such an unfriendly place. We will be surely finding another spot next summer. read more

This is a review for one of the cabins/tiny homes - the Tuscany Rental to be specific. To sum up the issues we experienced, the unit was not properly cleaned. We found someone else's razor blade in the shower, remnants of a greasy meal on one of our picnic tables, trash in the fire pit, and possibly the worst part, someone spit/cigarette mug up on the balcony. Any one of these alone (except the spit cup) might not have bothered me too much. Combined, someone is not doing their job. We stayed 2 nights and slowly discovered the cleanliness issues throughout our stay. I did report this to the front desk and asked for a call. Unfortunately no one ever reached out. These units are not cheap. For the price and with cleanliness still on everyone's mind, I would have expected so much more. I would not recommend staying here. read more

This park is our go-to when going to Paso Robles throughout the years! It is a bit on higher priced RV resorts but it's a large park, newer, clean, and great all around. The sites are pull-through or back up and both are good sides with concrete. The streets are large enough that you don't feel compacted in and your neighbor doesn't feel like they are on top of you! We brought our bikes there to ride around, swan in the pool, and just had a nice time relaxing in our spot. We will be back soon! read more

This place is huuuuuuge. Now I know why they rent golf carts to get around. A little pricey for the golf cart 55 bucks a day. They are still expanding to this rv park. They just opened up this year (2018). Sign up for their email offers. They always give out specials. It does not say It on their site but they give AAA discounts too. We got to the park after hours but we saw a file bin in front of the door. It has tabs from A to Z. Just look for your last name and there will be a packet for you. It will have a map, brochure, the site your in and a windshield tag for your car. Some sites are pull thru some are back in. The downside. The cafe is only open certain times and the selection is what ever the item of the day was. I got the bacon wrapped hot dog and french fries. My expectations were kind of low due to being an RV park. But the hotdog was actually pretty darn good and french fries you can tell they cut them fresh themselves. They were probably the most flavorful crispy french fries I have had. The fitness center is pretty small and crammed. We went there later in the day when the sun was down and the lights inside the gym were super dim. I'm talking like really dim which made me sleepy . I looked all over for a light switch to turn the lights up but there was none in the building. The site are really roomy and this place is minutes from local wineries. There are a lot of kids here. And there is a lot for them to do here as well. You Have playgrounds, water play area, A kids pool section where it only goes up to little kids knees This is a perfect place to go wine tasting if your into that. We are not so we went olive oil tasting. Lol . BTW. They really need to enforce the rules here. There are people walking there dogs off leach and no joke a little fat dog ran after our dogs and tried to bite our one Shiba. Thank god I picked her up before he got a good bite on her. There are Kids everywhere in bikes with no helmets at all either. I will be back. Super nice campground. read more

We were very pleased with our stay at Cava Robles this past holiday weekend. While this is primarily a RV resort, they have a fair amount of tiny homes of varying sizes perched upon bluffs with views to rent. We opted for a pet friendly Tuscany Villa and it was a perfect size for our family of 4 + furry pup. The view was amazing and we took advantage of the roof top deck! The Villa was clean and well appointed. The grounds are well kept and staff friendly. We were able to use the less crowded lap pool area versus the main pool house. Will recommend to our friends as a place to stay while in Paso Robles! read more

I walked to the office one morning and said there was spit on the walk way she just laughed ! Really that's just gross I don't think I will be staying at this RV park in the future management needs to step up and the long term residents need to take pride in there given space ! We usually stay at their sister park, Wine Country RV Resort. Checked this place out on our way back to bay area from AZ last Thanksgiving, we were jaw dropped seeing the resort! Thinking of this place a lot, hoping to stay here soon! For the last Christmas holiday, we decided to make a stop here before heading to Joshua Tree NP. We originally booked for two nights. But due to unexpected health situation, we didn't want to travel further, we ended up staying here for 11 nights!! Most of the facilities are completed, some are still underway. From what we have known that the sink by the grills at section B is not working yet and the propane is not function either, so you can't fill up propane there. We love that they have fire pit for every lot, one thing less to bring on your RV. Besides dog parks, there's a nice trail behind the office to walk dogs. Our dog loves to take a walk there. The park was empty on the first week we were there, it was the week of Christmas. We had the jacuzzi all to ourselves and very quiet, we loved it! Then, RV/people started to come in couple of days before the new year, it was all packed. So, if you like to enjoy piece of quiet, come on the week of Christmas or normal weekdays. They have free wine tasting at the club house on Fridays, remember to bring your own glasses. If you forgot, you can get some cups from the restaurant there. There's one restaurant, actually more like a bar, pizza, sandwiches, fries... on the menu. They actually have a wood fired pizza oven on the large patio of the clubhouse. We signed up for the wine tour on Sunday, the wine tour is on weekends. $20 each for the tour only, lunch included (sandwiches and chips), wine tasting excluded. We were supposedly visit 3 wineries, but ended up visiting 5 wineries! 2 extra, sounds good right? Not really. It turned out there were some conflicts between the shuttle driver and the event organizer. We only went to the first winery on the list that we signed up for, the shuttle driver took us to the other 4 that we didn't know of. We were not informed about the changes by anyone from Cava Robles. We were supposed to be back to the RV park by 4PM, because of 2 more stops, we didn't get back until 6PM. Some of the guests decided to leave the group early and ubered back to the park. Not so pleasant experience. Hope the park solves this issue soon. We would have given 5 stars if the wine tour went smoother. They held their first new year eve event at the club house. $10 per person for VIP, $8 per person standard. It came with some finger foods and a single cup of Champagne for VIP's. You can tell there was lack of organization and only two ladies worked that night, definitely short handed. One lady seemed obviously not happy about working on the new year eve. They also had a band outside but it was a cold night so everyone was huddled around their many patio gas heaters. Not their fault it was mother nature and December/January. However, we would like to give Michelle a big thumb up! She's super helpful, friendly and explain everything much better than others who work at the office. read more

I have enjoyed this place for years even with increase in prices. We book large groups for Halloween and other weekends often. Just had a bad experience this time. My daughter was trying to buy a toothbrush with her ATM the night we drove in and was told that she could not. Was told she needed to use their cashless option. For starters she didn't have her bracelet and I am not keen on this idea. I have no problem tipping 20% at the diner or bar but paying an extra 20% for a toothbrush or something from their lobby makes no sense. Yet, they let my husband charge wood without his bracelet. Not to mention I do not want all ny guests to have access to ny card. Last I checked a credit card is cashless. BE CAREFUL with your bracelet. Anyone around you can take a picture and charge things to your account. Really disappointed on how management is handling their cashless concept! read more

We recently had reservations for a two-night stay at this property to end our three-week vacation to Yellowstone and Bryce Canyon National parks. Two thirds of the way through our trip we experienced some issues with our fifth wheel trailer that required some repairs. I called this place to cancel our reservations with a week's notice as we weren't going to be able to make it. They said that we were under their 14-day cancellation policy and that I was going to lose my $81.90 deposit. They said that it was a non-negotiable policy and there were NO exceptions, and that I couldn't even move the reservation to sometime in the future and that I was just SOL. We have stayed there several times in the past. This is a very busy campground. I can't believe that as it is high season, they would not be able to fill the site I had reserved with a week's notice. It is a nice campground but way overpriced. I have to say that it is nice that they offer a military discount. Unfortunately, their cancellation policy SUCKS. I will NEVER stay there again. read more

This is the best RV resort in Paso Robles hands down. They have nice large pads for campers. There's not a lot of shade, but the trees will mature in time. The facilities are top notch. The clubhouses, pools, and bathrooms are all immaculate. The only trade off is its expensive and crowded. If you don't like kids running around screaming like banshees this is also not the place for you. Access to good wine tasting areas is ok. You need to drive a few miles to cross 101. read more

Positive: Overall this is a nice campground and resort. We have stayed at Wine Country RV and decided to try this campground out. The spaces are large, there's options to rent a cabin, which is perfect for those without an RV or camper, and great camping with families. It is probably one of the nicer campgrounds our families have camped at. There's a variety of activities nearby: hiking, kayaking, surfing, wine tasting and more. Negative: For those coming here, should just be aware and prepared. The gym is small, but kids tend to play around on the equipment and makes it difficult to use the facility. The bathrooms were meh by the fitness center. We had a large group and we were respectful of the hours and even saw a staff member come by to remind us the first night of quiet hour at 11pm, and we saw them driving in their golf carts the next few nights we were there. However, it has made me wonder if that only happens during the weekdays before 930 pm. The biggest downside which others have shared in their reviews is that the 11pm quiet hours are not enforced or controlled by the staff. Big groups come in to enjoy themselves, but are not respectful, courteous or mindful of their neighbors. While we were there, there was a group who played their loud music, women and men talking loudly, trying to sing and even some screaming etc. past 11 pm. Just when you thought the party might end when the music quiets for a second, nope, it's just changing to the next song and more yelling, finally ends at 1 am. There's no staff on site and if you call the number given to you at check in, it's point less, no one picks it up. Huge disappointment. If you plan to stay here for the weekend, be prepared for the noise. Hopefully, you don't have little kids you're trying to get to bed or or keep asleep. For the price of the resort it's too bad the campground is not enforcing the loud music and loud guests as the rules state. This just takes away from the experience. It's was a frustrating that this group of people had no self-awareness and regard or respect for their fellow campers. read more

we stayed here for 4 nights. The showers were not cleaned. I used the same shower for the majority of the stay and there were black marks on the walls, almost like dirt, so that tells me they were not inspected. They have pool rules, no one is allowed to bring in any coolers, food or drinks. But the grill they have where you can order food and drinks is outrageous, I get it if they don't want any mess, but I Spent $70 on 2 meals and 1 drink, it doesn't add up. The bartender was extremely slow in taking orders and asked me 3 times what did I order, I found out he didn't even put the order in the kitchen. No speakers allowed at the pool, and I see that's why they added the jukebox, so that I get. But once again, more $ you need to cough up. Seems like everything had a price. At night, be careful, there are some people who like to blast music. I get it if you want to have a good time, just wish they could be a little more mindful to those who come to just get away or to relax. I used the laundry facility, there were clothes all over the place, on the ground and just left there. Although, I will probably be staying here again. Our first time staying here. The pools and spas are really nice, can get pretty packed but to be expected during the summer months. My kids enjoyed the activities offered by the resort as well. We stayed in the Tuscany Rental and it was nice having a deck view to enjoy our wine and coffee in the morning and my kids enjoyed making s'mores in the fire pit and the loft was a hit for them too. My only complaint would be the mattresses in the rental are probably the worst I have ever slept on. They were really bad. Other than that it was a good experience and we enjoyed our time. read more

There is no doubt that this is a beautiful RV resort. Plenty to do so you don't have to even leave the resort. Two pools, store, park, walking trail, recreational area with outdoor games, cafe, etc. However there are some things that you should know, and these are not things that I'm going to give a bad rating because obviously it's not things that this resort has anything to do with. The reason why I am rating it three stars will come last and this is strictly for people who are just staying in the cabins versus their own RV. Paso can get really hot during the summer, I only live about 40 minutes away so I knew that coming into this. However for some reason I assumed it would be more shaded at this RV resort and it's not. In fact there's barely any shade anywhere. Not a lot of trees so the sun really hits you. So keep this in mind if you plan on staying here during the summer. We came during Covid times so the café wasn't open so I don't have much to say about that, we did hit up the pool earlier in the day it was fantastic but once again zero shade besides the umbrellas and those spots get taken pretty fast. So I hit up the pool early because you're going to want out before the heat hits. Also, WiFi isn't the best here, that didn't mean much for us, but if you are planning to remote work or need that access to the internet, be prepared. Here is why am giving it three stars. We stayed at a cabin right next to my sister who also stayed in a different cabin. Both of our cabins were dirty. By dirty I mean things that could be easily cleaned and were overlooked and being there during Covid, you would assume that extra detail would be put into the housekeeping. In just my cabin alone things like our shower was dirty, the sink had muck all around the faucet that I easily wiped down, what looked like silly string from a previous person was all over our walls, but also things like a used bar of soap was left in the shower, kids toys left in the drawers, dirty dishes, old food left under the sofa cushions, etc. so things that should have been cleaned, that just wasn't. I spent over $600 for two nights here and with that cost you would assume that these would be things that would be taken care of. I will let my sister talk about her cabin experience if she decides to review it, but I will say upon arrival she took her shoes off before entering the cabin and by time she put her shoes back on by just walking on the floor her and her kids feet were black. (without going outside) Would I stay here again? Maybe with some epic deal, but it just didn't seem worth it to me. Obviously if you were bringing your own RV this won't really affect you, but this is for the people planning to stay at the cabins. read more

While this Is a very pretty campground, I would not recommend or stay here again. 2 stars are for the grounds. When you check in they give you a very basic guide.. bathroom code etc. What they don't tell you is to scan the QR code to see their rules. Water pressure & WiFi is terrible, people totally out of control drunk, music blaring, a large group took over the gazebo with the jacuzzi and were so loud they could be heard all over the campground till well past midnight. No one else could use the jacuzzi at any time as these people took over the whole building. There is a bad lack of trash receptacles. They rent golf carts here so at all hours there are either adults driving and flying through the campground, or they allow there small children to drive the golf carts. For the cost of these sites I would expect someone who works here to drive through the campground at 15 minutes past the quiet time and shut down the loud and totally inconsiderate drunks and loud mouths. After all, as the office staff said, their rangers are sitting in the office until very late. read more

We have stayed here annually for the past 5 years and it's been amazing to watch it grow. The people and facilities are great and roomy RV spots. This would be a 5 star, but our last trip we got moved away from our group and we have locked our spot. Then they offered a golf cart to us and when we called to get it seemingly forgot. Love the growth, but customer service (especially for repeat customers) is lacking. Hope you can improve as we like this over others in the area. read more
