I have dined here regularly with my family -- sometimes up to three times a month -- because we genuinely wanted this restaurant to live up to its high-end presentation. Unfortunately, after repeated experiences, it simply does not. As someone who frequently travels and dines at upscale restaurants and banquets, I can confidently say that what is marketed as refined here does not align with what is delivered. On multiple occasions, we found long dark hairs in our food -- including in my children's mac and cheese. This was not a one-time oversight. It became a pattern. Even more concerning, management-level staff with very long dark hair were consistently seen delivering food without it properly secured. When basic food safety standards appear optional at the leadership level, it speaks volumes. Beyond that, service execution is disorganized. Tables are crowded, and we repeatedly received incomplete settings or missing items -- condiments, steak knives, and at times portions of the meal itself. These are elementary details for any restaurant, let alone one positioning itself as upscale. The only bright spot was one blonde server named Sandi who handled the situation with professionalism and composure. She demonstrated the level of service the restaurant claims to embody. What ultimately makes the experience untenable is the atmosphere created by the head chef audibly yelling tickets and shouting at staff throughout service. A dining room should feel polished and controlled -- not chaotic and tense. After giving this establishment many opportunities to improve, we have decided not to return. High-end dining is not about price points or aesthetics -- it is about consistency, leadership, and standards. Those fundamentals are currently lacking here. Gorgeous place nonetheless. read more

Let's Break this Baby Down: Pros: 1) Dog-friendly 2) Chocolate Martinis 3) Servers and Restaurant Service (top notch) 4) Rooms were pretty great on like a Americanized English Patient Economy Way Cons: 1) The hot tub gave me a UTI. I got it on my birthday instead of nookie and it took 10 days of medical treatment to expunge. I reported it to the health dept and they just repeated what the hotel told them about pH balance and sanitary levels. I spent three hours in a tub without a staffer taking levels. In Palm Springs, it is on the clock hourly. 2) in the snow tubing area, which was vast, I flew into a frozen pond and broke through to what smelled liked raw sewage, Suncadia reports it's just water run off. It was not quite "It's a Wonderful Life" traumatizing... but it's the first thing I remember about my birthday... even over the UTI that prevented me from making love to my husband for two weeks. 3) My gift was left in the room but never reported as missing. My only birthday gift this year. 4) Suncadia is a total cheap repelicant of rich people resorts. I don't want to go to those places because I detest rich people. However Suncadia is simple and overwhelmed, like the Vegas version of the Eiffel tower instead of the real Effiel tower. read more

Booked for my daughter's bday in advance only to show up and find the amenities that we pay a resort fee for were closed or unavailable. One of the blankets in our room had blood on it at check-in, the ice skating rink was plastic, and the water slide was out of service. Probably won't be back. read more

This was a gorgeous resort. This was my second time visiting, but my first time staying there. I saved up enough Hyatt points for a free night stay. We had a gorgeous view of the mountains and river. We arrived a bit late, but still had time to see the gorgeous sunset and get good food from the snack shop gift store. Just like many reviews also mentioned though, the customer service could be improved. We wish we would have been given a map of amenities and notice about the nightly s'mores reception. Luckily, we decided to stay at the resort for dinner and noticed the families and kids running around with sticks and s'mores supplies. This complimentary s'mores reception made our stay extra fun, but we didn't originally know about it. No one told us, so if we hadn't had down time in the lobby we wouldn't have known about it. We also asked for an 11:30 am or noon check out due to my mother 's mobility issues with her knees and my Hyatt status and were denied this. They wouldn't accommodate the request or come up with another option like watch our bags at reception. Housekeeping was right at our door at 11am pushing us out after we requested multiple times for a slightly longer stay. With my hotel status, I rarely have ever had a hotel deny a late checkout. We were checking out on a Sunday so we didn't think it would be an unreasonable request (like a Friday might be because of Saturday rush) to get a short extension of time. They have other amenities that we could take advantage of like a pool house recreation center but unless you stay here for an extended period of time, the staff won't tell you about it. You really have to study the website to see all the activities and lodge amenities. We did check out the pool center which was an added bonus. They do let people use it until 3 pm on check out day so that's an additional bonus. We decided to check out Swiftwater restaurant winery for lunch though and had a great flatbread pizza and wine. They honestly need more staff, but because of the remote location the staff is limited. The lobby area doubles as a lounge for the bar restaurant and the lounge would get dirty quickly with no one to clean it up. We loved our stay, but would suggest better customer service and more staff. Parking was also very limited on Saturday night so we had to use valet. read more

While working at a Dermatology conference I stayed one night at Suncadia resort, the views and quietness were welcomed as I was extremely exhausted. The hotel welcomes children of all ages, and pets. The lounge area located in the front is really cozy and accommodating to all, and there is also a s'mores available in the evenings directly outside from the lounge. The food served by the hotel at the conference was also filled fresh and crisp vegetables (that is VERY rare, thank you!!) If you're looking to host a meeting, or a quiet weekend for yourself Suncadia could be a great option just be sure to book MONTHS in advance; I recommend! read more

This has been one of the best family vacations we have had. We only booked two days as we had never been here, but am already planning a longer return trip. It's perfect for kids, there are parks and pools everywhere. The staff was overwhelmingly nice and helpful. The rooms were cozy and beds comfortable. There are walking trails everywhere! Everything is also extremely well kept as well. They also seem to be building additions like a little store and coffee stand? It doesn't hurt it was only an hour 1/2 drive to this little paradise in the mountains. read more

So just want to set the record straight that though the reviews aren't great, I really like the actual location and surroundings. The views are free and same as the 1000 steps to the river. My husband and I brought our father in law here and we booked an Airbnb within the suncadia resort so it was cheaper. We didn't get the amenities like pool usage but that was fine with us. We mainly dined outside of the resort to save money but just wanted to give a heads up that the trailheads etc are all free. Their parking is also free in the lot but really crowded at times. I would consider another trip to Suncadia. It was a pleasant experience for us. Extremely windy though!!! read more

My wife and I booked a stay at The Inn at Suncadia for a quiet, romantic getaway. What we got was the opposite. At check-in, we were told we'd been "upgraded" to a large condo. Sounds great on paper--if we had brought kids, cousins, and a dog. But we didn't. It was just us. The Inn would have been perfect for something cozy and intimate. The condo? It felt cold, oversized, and awkward for two people trying to reconnect. Check-in was also surprisingly unhelpful. No walkthrough of amenities, no guidance on how to make the most of our one-night stay--just a map and a "good luck." For a resort that markets itself as luxury, the welcome was sterile at best. The one real highlight was the 1,000 Steps hike down to the river--beautiful views and a great bit of exercise. And dinner at Swiftwater Cellars was excellent: great food, fantastic service, and a lovely setting. Easily the best part of the trip. Checkout, however, was another headache. The "express checkout" email had a broken link. I had to manually email the front desk to confirm we were good to leave. Then I got my final bill three times, in three formats, from three different addresses. It was like no one was talking to each other behind the scenes. Bottom line: Suncadia might be great for families or big groups, but it's not built for couples. It felt more like a high-end corporate retreat than a relaxing romantic escape. Also, there's a strong air of wealth here, but not in a warm or welcoming way--more in a detached, "you're lucky to be here" kind of way. Glad we came for the hike and the wine. Loved our visit to Suncadia. We stayed in a suite because it was a weekend for us sisters, mom, and our pups and we needed the space. The grounds are great and they have trails and a smore's bar in the evening. We enjoyed the pool at the main resort but that's really a token pool. You have access to the many pools of the resort, which we discovered on the last day, so we pool hopped. The big pool with the water slides was great, but the day we were there, the chlorine levels were so high you couldn't breathe just standing near the exit of the slides, so we didn't try that. (Btw, pools aren't supposed to smell like chlorine. If you smell the bleach, it's because a lot of people have peed in the water, so ew). The dining is fabulous and the spa side is great. There are two hot tubs in the spa- the co-ed side which was sunny and the shaded side for the ladies. Can't speak for the men's spa, but the ladies side was cold from the shade, but definitely had more space because everyone else wanted to be in the sun. We took that side because we liked the seclusion. They serve snacks and drinks to order which you can sign for since you're probably not caryring a credit card in your robe. If you get a spa treatment, then you go into the waiting space which has gigantic doors so the scale and opulence impresses. My masseur was good. Not the best massage I've had, but he was nice. Can't wait to go back to Suncadia! read more

The place itself is beautiful and has great potential for a wonderful stay, but unfortunately the service completely ruined my experience and my entire vacation. I informed the hotel in advance that I would need early check-in and late check-out, as my schedule was very tight and I carefully planned this trip. Despite that, I was offered neither early check-in nor late check-out, and no effort was made to accommodate me or be flexible. I arrived early and waited about 3 hours to check in. I was told the room was being prepared and cleaned. However, when I finally entered the room, it was dirty: the floors were dirty and there was trash under the bed and sofa. This means the room was either not cleaned at all or cleaned very poorly, and I was misled. Additionally, the hot tub in my room was broken. The staff clearly knew about this in advance but still checked me into that room. As a result, I had to pack all my belongings again and move to another room. I was told the new room would be the same, but that was not true -- it was completely different and worse. I had no choice since I was paying around $430 per night and had already paid in full. The next day, I had to waste more time and energy moving back again once the hot tub was fixed. Instead of relaxing, I spent two consecutive days moving between rooms due to issues caused by the hotel, not by me. I was also denied even a small late check-out, despite requesting it in advance and despite losing a significant part of my vacation because of their mistakes. I was told housekeeping needed the time. However, considering the level of cleanliness in the rooms, it was clear that cleaning takes minimal time, and allowing even one extra hour would have been reasonable and fair. As a result of the hotel's actions, I lost several hours of my vacation, spent two days resolving their problems, and did not receive a single apology or any gesture of compensation or care. The front desk staff were completely unaccommodating and showed no willingness to help. My vacation was completely ruined due to the hotel's service. For this price, I expected a completely different level of hospitality. I do not recommend this place and will never return. read more

Disappointed Longtime Guest -- Suncadia Is Losing Its Heart Our family has been visiting Suncadia multiple times a year for several years now. We used to love it here -- so much so that we even considered purchasing property. Unfortunately, the experience has steadily declined year over year, to the point that we're now considering taking our future vacations elsewhere. Last summer, we arrived looking forward to one of our favorite spots: the Nelson Farm pool. To our surprise, it was now restricted to "members only." No prior notice. No email. No signage at booking. And certainly no adjustment to resort fees or pricing to reflect the reduced access. We felt blindsided. Had we known, we might have chosen a different resort altogether -- instead, we spent our vacation frustrated and feeling misled. Fast forward to today, while I was using the gym for some light yoga (on a mat I fully cleaned afterward), a "member" audibly complained about me not wearing closed-toe shoes and then muttered that he was "sick of guests." I was doing nothing disruptive and had every right to be there. Comments like these, unfortunately, aren't isolated. Over the years, we've heard similar remarks from members who seem to believe they're somehow above the rest of us. That kind of elitist attitude is not what anyone should have to deal with on vacation. My husband attempted to clarify gym and pool policies with the on-site manager, who was dismissive and rude -- he barely acknowledged the question before turning his attention to the next person in line. For a resort that charges luxury prices, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. We were also informed at check-in that housekeeping is now something we must request daily, rather than being a standard part of the stay. Again, for the price point, that feels like a step down in service -- not a neutral change. Suncadia used to be a peaceful escape. Now, it feels divided: members vs. guests. The culture is shifting, and not for the better. It's no longer welcoming or relaxing, and that's a real shame. There are other resorts -- particularly in Oregon -- with similar offerings that, hopefully, don't foster this kind of exclusionary atmosphere. At this point, we're likely to explore those alternatives for our next trip. We want a peaceful mountain getaway, not a place where guests are made to feel second-class. read more

The setting is beautiful, the staff were very nice and friendly and helpful. So service I would rate 4-5 stars. But.... The rooms are so worn and gross. Furniture is really wearing out and splitting on the top of the surfaces. Our room had trash in it from previous guests, stains on the bedding, and my feet kept picking up stuff from the carpet. So yucky. The carpet was all wrinkled up in places and you could easily trip on it. I cannot believe the amount they charge for this experience. I've honestly stayed at a cleaner and more comfortable Motel 6! Food is mediocre and super expensive. No fridge in the room for self catering or even cold drinks. I'd always heard how great Suncadia Lodge is but we will not return. Maybe would stay in a nearby Airbnb or similar but wouldn't stay or eat at the lodge again. read more

Suncadia is great! The spa and restaurants are lovely. The Nordic center is fun and the staff are helpful. The most disappointing aspect was the ridiculous fake ice skating rink. The rink used to be picturesque and we always looked forward to skating! Now, It's plastic, tiny, ugly and hard to skate on. The former rink has always been a highlight of our stays, the new plastic rink is such a let down. read more

Suckadia. This place is a joke. We were here at the resort last weekend. My mom and I, who are from Seattle, made a fun girls trip out of it. But be warned, for what you pay for, it is not worth it. If you don't get a suite, you get no patio and an outdated room with no microwave or mini fridge. The cheap carpet wasn't laid properly so you could easily trip over it (we did). The bathroom was nice and big, but your shampoo or body wash containers already in there will be empty, so be warned to bring your own. Furniture was worn and torn, the whole place needs updated. The lobby is nice. Beautiful view and bar. Didn't even eat at the 2 or 3 restaurants in Suncadia because it looked way overpriced for what you got. The drinks and staff were great. Those poor people do not get paid enough for what they do. Besides the cleaning ladies. You guys could do better with making sure everything is properly stocked. THE ELEVATORS. For the lodge, you get 2 elevators for the whole place, so if you are thrown at the end either in the left or the right wing, be prepared for the trek to your room. Activities? Some. But if you don't plan on golfing, just don't come to Suncadia. Put your money elsewhere. There is NOTHING to do here it is so awfully boring. Not relaxing much either because there's kids everywhere. Even in the small, poor excuse for a resort pool. My mom and I were so bored, we decided to drive another HOUR to Leavenworth because Suncadia doesn't offer anything as far as shopping, food, activities, nothing inside this place. Unless you live there or are having a wedding? Don't go. If you wanted to go for the views, it's Washington honey. This view you can get everywhere for a lot cheaper. read more

We spent 3 nights in a 3-bedroom cabin on sweet lane and spent new years here. We absolutely had a wonderful time with our toddlers. I feel like after reading the reviews it's a bit of a hit and miss depending on the place you stay in. I guess we lucked out! Hot tub was great!! Indoor swimming pool is nice and warm and accessible to families and nonmembers guests 10am onwards. Drinks at the lodge with the view was fun! There's a nice area for sledding in the winter months. I had to file a noise complaint multiple times only for the front desk to just dismissively she will talk to them but won't send anyone down to physically talk to them. I'm not sure why she seems irritated with me, she should place her anger somewhere else. I paid a lot of money to come and enjoy my time with God and my women's retreat. How can I do that with lack of sleep? Incredibly inconsiderate. The man I talked to on the phone yesterday was much more nice and actually handled the situation without any form of rude treatment. Issues: - Broken hot tub - Broken shower - Made service never came when requested - Children in public hot tubs - Dog doo left unchanged In private patio and on side walks - The biggest issue we faced was that our hot tub did not work. I intentionally booked a room with a private hot tub after realizing there would be a lot of kids around (we are an adult couple), thinking that we would just cook most of our own food and some adventures and then hang in the room and use our private hot tub. But when we arrived the hot tub was empty. The next day, we were informed it needed a part and was not operable. The manager offered us a switch to a one bedroom (no a tub), instead of our studio with a broken hot tub. We didn't feel like moving. There was dog doo doo left on the patio from a previous guest and, after multiple calls and a trip to the front desk, no one came to clean it up (we waited 2 days and gave up). Also, the shower head in our room didn't really work so we had to take bathes. All of the public hot tubs in the resort were filled with small children (I thought you had to be twelve to use a hot tub). I thought I had booked a massage at the spa and figured I would just use the hot tub there since it probably would have only adults in it. But I made a mistake on my booking, and to use the spa facilities, it would have cost $120 per person. To get access to a child free hot tub. Lots of dogs around and owners did not pick up after them, so, doo doo on the side walks. We ended up just giving up and leaving a night early. We just were not having any fun and were too disappointed by the hot tub situation a maid services never arriving that we decided we'd rather just be home. At check out, the woman at the front desk was really kind when she realized we were leaving early and asked if there was anything to do that would make us stay, I explained that we were just over it. A little while after she called back left a message saying her manager wanted to offer me compensation. I called back and she was busy. The next day I called back several times. And received a couple of voicemails. And I even gave a window of time that I would be available to answer my phone. I kept my phone on and was attentive and nobody called me back and I called back again and no one answered, once again. And there wasn't a machine who even answered on, so I just gave up. Like most adults, I don't really have a whole lot of time to be sitting around waiting for a phone call to remedy a trip that I just wanna pretend never happened. I will say, we came on a holiday weekend, so it was very busy. I was aware of that ahead of time, which is why I intentionally booked a room with a private hot tub. The children really were everywhere and most of the parents were pretty rude. There were multiple times where I just wanted to sit and take the beautiful view and then parents would plop their child literally right in front of where I was sitting on the windowsill, two feet in front of me, while I was actively looking out of it. Or I'd be walking in they would walk right through me except me to move aside. Or I'd start to get into the hot tub and three children would run in front of me, take up the whole tub, and start splashing around. I walked out of the pool and a child cannonballed into the pool, splashing my robe. Never any apologies from parents. Had we had a private hot tub or I had made plans that didn't involve a hot tub, we would've been fine. But it was hard to pivot with no notice. As compensation, I did get $100 credit that we spent at the restaurant. The Stone Stove was really great. The manager was attentive, staff were kind and the food was delicious. The drink menu was great. They had a whole Old Fashioned section on the menu. I had the fire side one and it was really good. We also booked a snowmobile tour with Motor Toys through the resort. That was absolutely the highlight of the trip. It was so fun and the people there were so great and organized. It was really nice that we could just go out and hike right from the resort. There is a trail right there in the trail is really nice and has some good views and a river trail. And there weren't very many people on it so it was nice little escape. read more

No hot water in our one bedroom suite. Reported this issue on multiple times, with nothing other than a $100 credit towards a future visit, or move to a different room, with loss of river view. Totally unacceptable, regardless of the price of the room. What a shame, that the only great thing about this resort, is the view. We did not stay at the resort. We greatly enjoyed the warm cozy lobby, a cozier library, outside gas fire-pits, and bar with food. You can sign up for winter activities (online) even if you are not a guest at Suncadia - skating, snow shoeing, skiing, shuttle to Snoqualmie, etc. There is a sledding hill at the golf range hill (look for the tall netting). We were there a few days after NYE and it was very quiet. Many of the winterfest activities were done, but they still had rentals, sledding, skiing, etc. Free parking. read more

Our family checked into the Lodge on December 25 for a two-night stay. We were very much looking forward to our winter vacation, especially since we splurged on booking the two-bedroom penthouse suite. Even thought we knew the condition of the hotel room desperately needs updating from other reviews (very true, btw), we still were thoroughly disappointed with our experience. Two main reasons that really affected our experience were the constant lack of hot water and a leaking sink in the kitchen. Having hot water is a basic need that all room guests should have, let alone when it's snowing and below freezing outside. The hot water came back for short period of time, but we weren't able to shower the first night when we arrive. Even washing dishes or brushing teeth was unpleasant at best. On the second night we were not able to bathe our kids before their bedtime. What made the might worse was that the kitchen sink started leaking while doing dishes, causing a mess in the kitchen/hallway. When we looked under the sink, we found the drainage pipes completely separated from each other!! These issues really made our stay very disappointing. We can live with banged up walls, dirty linens, and torn sofa cushions, but having hot water and functional pipes seem nonnegotiable for any hotel in my opinion. We hope Suncadia will do a better job with facilities maintenance going forward, so that guests truly get the experience Suncadia is marketed to offer. read more

To start off, location is a hit of beauty. The resort is 7/10 and that is because of so many things not working. The lodge is pleasant, the rooms are comfortable especially the bed. However the ice skating was horrible, paid 45$ to skate for 2 minutes. It was sluggish so the skates were sliding, the water is 8$ for 2 bottles. Very expensive. The bell boys do amazing job, the reception would need some work, the ladies are not very welcoming. I will add though, the location is nice, views are free and beautiful. The pool was a miss, outdoor hot-tub not working, indoor jacuzzi needed a clean. The water in the slides was freezing hell and its December, steam room closed and better sanitation is necessary. Sauna was cold which should be hot all the time until guests leave. To our surprise the outdoor pool was warm and enjoyable, and the indoor pool is nice also. We maybe would come back during more freezing snowy weather and if everything would be working. But overall it wasn't a bad experience, just a few inconveniences for the price. Horrible stay as always.. used to stay here a few times a year, and we stopped due to consistency of horrible service something was always broken. We stayed here for a wedding last weekend.. we booked the penthouse, which we did not get and still unclear if we paid for it. Sofa bed wasn't made and we had only 2 towels. When I called housekeeping to remake main bed which didn't look made, to get 2 more towels and to make sofa bed, all they did was put a sheet on the sofa bed. No pillows, no blanket, and didnt re-make main bed. I called again, they brought pillows, and a blanket, but guess what? Forgot to make the main bed, on the way out to the wedding I told the front desk we needed the bed made, it never was. Garbage still in trashcan when we checked in, dirty dishes in cabinets, safe broken, no black out curtains. Indoor pool closed, waterslide broken, teens couldnt use driving range due to a private event.... all for the low low bargin price of $687 for 1 night!!!!! Yikes. I have heard nothing but great raving reviews of here but I was super surprised by my experience. No one helped with my bags at the inn. Didn't see anyone at all at the front except blaring music. The interior at the lodge and inn is so tired it's all brown, and looks like it has not been paint with all chipped walls. Chipped furniture and scratches galore. The overall feel was tired and need of a reno. The food is ok, obviously a bit pricey for what is. My tuna appetizer's rice was so undercooked I couldnt eat it. The parking lots are also quite small so if its the popular season to go you might have a hard time finding a spot at the lodge. read more

If you want one of the best views in WA this resort definitely has it. The rooms are a little dated as I prefer rooms more modern. (Just my preference). Was nice that my room came with a small kitchen and updated mini fridge. You really come here for the views. Got lucky that it was a nice day with no rain. Rare for October. The restaurants are just too expensive for what they are. It's Cle Elum not Bellevue. Relax..... overall nice experience. Fire pits are great and enhance the view. read more

Worst hyatt experience. For the price of a suite you get a cheap Airbnb experience. The room was not cleaned. No one for three days did nothing. Chat through Hyatt did nothing although they claimed they will. Hyatt sucks and Suncadia is no value for the company. Could not get through the front desk most of the them. Also resident make so you can't use certain roads and some pools that you thought it was a part of the resort. Stay a way rip off. read more

This is our third year coming to Suncadia.... We keep thinking that the condition of the properties will improve.... to our disappointment they have gotten worse.... Extremely dated, extremely run down and extremely dirty.... Obviously the people renting their units, are not required to keep up a certain standard to be in the rental pool!! So dated and tired and most furniture in bad repair.... Definitely, not what I would expect from any hyatt property.... The setting is beautiful and the views are lovely... read more

I've lived in Seattle all my life and have always heard wonderful things about this very popular resort. The price is a big stretch for our family- something we can only indulge in once every 5 years or so, but we really wanted to check it out. Unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. The room conditions are not at all a luxury experience- there were holes in the sheets, no bathroom fan, lights that don't work, pillows that seemed to have no filling inside them, outdoor chairs and ottoman literally falling apart. The restaurant had extremely long wait times to get food or even to order food and we had reservations. The food wasn't great. The waiters are lovely but clearly not fully staffed and can't keep up. The pool next to the resort is tiny and full of people- the bin with used pool towels is overflowing and they are all out of fresh towels. I left feeling completely bewildered about why everyone raves about this place? We will not ever go back. read more

The perfect A+ getaway. Breathtaking golf resort in the Mtns. Sometimes we spend the night and other times we day trip Love t o take the 1000 steps down for a beautiful hike along the river. The kids love the indoor pool on winter vacations. Terrific food and wine tasting at Swiftwater Cellars. So picturesque!! read more

This was our second stay there so we were hoping the experience would be better. I did not like the fact that I had to give out my driver's license if I wanted to shoot pool. We were not allowed to touch the luggage carts and had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to bring the bags up to our room. Upon departure , I had to wait over 15 minutes for the luggage cart to come up to the room so I ended up carrying all my bags down to my car. The hot tub jets did not work, and the pool and hot tub were flooded with leaves and nobody out there attending to them at all. We had to get the pool skimmer and remove all the leaves before we got in the hot tub. Also, they only have ice behind the front desk and you have to request the ice or go down to the front desk to get it yourself. When I let the manager know what my concerns were his response was well we are a four-star resort. They certainly were not acting like one. read more

Nice resort for families and plenty of activities. We enjoyed a 4 night stay at one of the condominiums this past weekend. Only observation was the front desk for checking in and out was less than friendly and helpful. It's too bad they lacked enthusiasm to welcome or thanks guests. Most likely will not come again read more

First time here and kinda comparing it to Sunriver in Oregon . Had a great time at the pool with our toddler grandson - workout facilities and hot tub close by. Dinner at Sources , extensive wine list and great views -casual atmosphere and tasty food . Will check out Nelson Farm, spa, golf course and trails tomorrow. Seems like a good fit for a family reunion or multi gen celebration. read more
