    New offerings (summer 2025)

Sundaes continues to be a family favorite. They offer all the classics as well as some new (trending) items like a Dubai chocolate sundae cup. They quality and offerings has stayed the same year after year, this is a definite must visit place each summer.

Hands down my favorite local ice cream shop. Huge variety. My favorite is the fresh Main Blue berry ice cream and pumpkin ice cream. Friendly staff and gives a home feel. Always back every summer. Huge portions of ice cream for only a small. Great value.

Several visits since my last review. Consistently great service, friendly staff and excellent ice cream, shakes, sundaes and cones

Sundaes is hands down, my FAVORITE place to get ice cream! Growing up, this ice cream stand was a constant through many milestones and events. As a child. . . the first time I accomplished getting more ice cream in my mouth than on the ground, many a treat after father/daughter dances, trips with friends after getting a driver's license, first dates. . . the list goes on! Gets ridiculously crowded and busy here during the dog days of summer. Hit the stand at an odd time to ensure short waiting times. Stopped by at the end of October for my usual. Small twist in a wafer cone with chocolate jimmies. Yummm yummm. Service with a smile and a HUGE amount of choices. Over 20 soft service flavors to choose from, yogurts and no-sugar-added ice creams for the diabetics out there, sorbets and non-dairy dolewhip for the lactose intolerant, and so much more! Definitely worth the wait on a busy day, definitely worth the satisfaction with their product. Plenty of picnic tables and benches for the crowds. Sit in your car, sit on the curb, sit on the grass, and enjoy your treat from Sundaes! Delicious by yourself, with a date, the family, or a whole group of friends!

I've been coming here since I was a kid and nothing's changed. The ice cream is delicious but the building could do with some tlc. Parking can be a bit tricky in the summer but there is usually a spot to be found. You get a lot of ice cream for your money and there are SO many flavors to choose from. Strawberry soft serve is what I usually get. I've had better hard ice cream at other places, so I usually just stick to the soft serve when I come here.

They have a huge selection of flavors, and every time we go in I end up standing there longer than I planned because there are so many tempting choices. It's the kind of problem every ice cream shop should have. The ice cream itself is outstanding. It's fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor without feeling overly heavy. Every flavor we've tried has been excellent, and it's easy to see why this place has developed such a loyal following. In my opinion, it's the best ice cream on the East Side. Just be prepared to wait if you're stopping by on a nice evening. The shop is fairly small inside, and it's not uncommon for the line to stretch right out the front door. Thankfully, the staff keeps things moving, and the wait has always been worth it. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the ice cream and the generous portions. Parking can be a little hit or miss since it's mostly street parking, although there are a handful of spaces behind the building. Somehow we've been lucky the last few visits and managed to grab a spot right out front, even when there was a long line. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because the small space and limited parking can make visiting during peak hours a little less convenient. Once you have your ice cream, though, it's hard to complain. If you're looking for fantastic homemade ice cream in Providence, Three Sisters absolutely deserves a visit. Just bring a little patience if you're going on a warm summer evening.

Having a job that has me outside most of the day it is really nice to have a friendly space to stop in and cool off. There are no steps to get in, the menu board is large and readable, and they offer things like individual ice creams, smoothies, and milkshakes as well as larger tubs of their homemade ice cream, ice cream cakes, gift cards, and do in store pickup for online orders as well as delivery through doordash.

I love finding local spots like this, especially when the customer service is very friendly and helpful, I didn't feel rush ordering as a first timer! It's a small local ice-cream shop with variety of unique ice cream options. Inside is small and there are not really seatings to expect to take them outside or bring it home. They have a big blackboard at the top that shows their menu and also has ipad that has menus as well. They offer ice-cream sandwiches, ice cream tacos, push pops, and cones. I got their almond coconut chocolate ice cream taco. It was very chocolaty with hint of almonds and coconut flavor. The crunchy shell with chocolate was tasty. A bit heavy and rich but to be expected. Service is quick as they seem to have all the ice-cream already prepped in the freezer. Overall, the place was good. Another unique Ice cream shop in the area which is always welcome. Would like to coke back yo try their other type of ice-creams.

Even though it's Massachusetts technically, we claim them as part of Rhode Island tradition lol One thing about Eskimo King, there is a lot of parking! The red brick building sits on the edge of a small field with picnic tables and two photos ops, you can be an ice cream cone or take a selfie in the giant Adirondack chair. It was a beautiful day to get some ice cream. The service is walk up, cash only. The red brick the perfect background for the big white signs that list every possible ice cream flavor you can think of. This was the first time I would be getting ice cream that wasn't soft serve. As I tend to do during a scoop shop month, I asked the cashier what her favorite was. She suggested coffee Oreo. A few moments later, I had my cup of ice cream. Creamy, rich coffee flavor and still crunchy bits of Oreo, a more adult version of the classic cookies and cream. It was delicious. There is no doubt I'll be back! Only a matter of when.

They have a very big parking lot, a few of picnic tables, and a little playground. I think my jaw dropped to the floor when I saw that they have about 200 soft serve options to choose from and on top of that, if you don't see anything you like, you can create your own. Their hard serve list is far shorter, so I decided to choose something unique from the soft serve list like the egg nog cheesecake. It appears they only offer wafer cones since they did not ask (I forgot to ask too) and it came out in a wafer one. After a couple minutes it came out and for a kiddie, it was a good size. I tasted more of the egg nog, but it was delicious and creamy.
