Tried this place as read many reviews they have vegan food, they had some sweet options like 2-3, I think I just had high expectations. Came here after a couple apartment tours. This one is connected to Camden NoDa. We got a coffee, smores bar, and a mimosa. We sat outside and enjoyed the drink and sweet treat. I could definitely see myself being a regular to this shop. Nice little cafe in NoDa to grab a sandwich or a pastry. I got the avocado melt, added turkey on toasty sourdough. I love a crispy sandwhich and this was very good! They have a great chai latte as well! Service was good and fast, and the vibe at the NoDa location is cute with a ton of sun coming in the windows. read more

We can easily walk there for coffee (nitro cold brew is my fave) in the morning and it's a great place to work for a few hours in the afternoon when I'm tired of the same four walls in my house. Well, I don't remember when I last wrote a review for Sunflour, but a new location deserves a new review. Especially when they are consistent in the execution, service and offerings across locations. This location boasts an elevated interior with art on the walls, and stunning lighting fixtures reminiscent of sunflowers of course. I came here for a rainy afternoon for lunch, stayed to work and braved a borderline tsunami, power outage, and power restoration. Through all of this the staff never missed a beat. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted. I took a moment to refresh myself on the menu for any new offerings and opted for a classic: the BLT and vanilla sugar roll. In true Sunflour fashion, the pastry came out first and in the spirit of my grandma, who says, "Life is short, eat dessert first," I devoured the sugar roll. It was as good as I remember. The delicious croissant-like flaky pastry dough and powdered sugar get sticky and caramelized when warmed up. Then the BLT. Let it be known that whenever I ask for a BLT, this is the BLT I am talking about. Tons of fresh bacon, fresh green leaf lettuce, ripe, juicy tomatoes and basil aioli served on a rosemary sourdough. Sunflour shines when it comes to freshness and this take on a simple classic is no exception. A great quick brunch spot in NoDa! I walked over around 12p on a Sunday and there were a few people order food for dining in or take out. There's a lot of light coming into the space and free WiFi! I got the Sunny's Special with sausage on a cheddar biscuit. WOW. The cheddar biscuit was the best I've every had! It was crispy on the outside and soft on the insight. The sandwich was soooo yummy with sun dried tomatoes. They ran out of arugula, so I subbed for spinach. The sandwich kept me full throughout the whole day. read more

Delicious food, reasonable prices, wide variety of food and beverages, and I even had the pleasure of being entertained by live music (a solo electric guitarist playing with soothing instrumental tracks). I posted up for a couple of hours to do school work, as they had free wifi. The place was busy on a Sunday morning and I did have to wait in line a bit, but it wasn't bad. Diversity in the patrons was limited, but that was likely due to the area. My 1st critique is, though delicious, my chai laté came to me luke warm. My 2nd critique is that it was COLD in the establishment! I had a crop sweatshirt with a regular shirt underneath and I was cold the whole time. Temps outside were a balmy 74° and the AC was blasting! Again, this might be b/c of the primamry demographic being served, but this brown girl likes a cozy warm temp. The location is convenient and it has a nice atmosphere. Baked goods are well made however sandwiches are just okay. The one thing that makes this place frustrating to order from is that it takes forever to make food. My family stopped through for a little brunch after getting a pedicure. We love this location! Super walkable from where we were and plenty of parking space. I love the variety of options and the fact that there are vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free options! One of my best friends has celiacs and she loved that she had so much variety to choose from - highly recommend the gf cheesecake. Thankfully with such a big crew this go round we were able to try a variety of menu items. Everyone enjoyed their picks and the mimosas to share was the perfect way to start a weekend. read more

What a cute little place! I got a chai and it was so warming and lovely on a cold morning. I had a breakfast sandwich on a cheddar biscuit, which was delicious and probably the star of the show. I used to love coming here but service as of late has gone downhill. Workers seem distracted and at times won't even acknowledge a customer standing at the counter even while taking a moment to take care of their other duties. This is a place where people order food so what's up with the delay in getting orders taken down? A few times I've placed an order when there were barely any other customers and somehow my order was forgotten and I had to wait additional time. When I looked at the google reviews for this place I rolled my eyes at everyone saying it took over 20 minutes to get their food. That's until I went in and experienced it for myself. We were basically the only people there and our sandwiches took over 30 minutes. They came over after 25 minutes and apologized saying they had to chop up some ingredients...have y'all not heard of mis en place? Once I received my food I could not for the life of me understand how it took 30 minutes to chop a couple of wimpy stands of carrots. Everything was an unappealing temperature and the sauce on the side was ice cold. I've had better wraps at Sheetz. This was the saddest excuse of a wrap I ever had, just a scraping of all the ingredients in a poorly wrapped tortilla. Add insult to injury, they said they wouldn't charge me for it but I haven't seen any refunds. 10 dollars for a wrap that I could have made better black out drunk. I'm subtracting a star for how dirty this place was. Looks like it hasn't been swept, filthy windows, cabinets ajar, somebody dropped a sleeve of cups and just left it there. No music, it was painfully awkward being there. Never again. read more

I ordered food by Door Dash for the first time and I was shocked! Their food is awesome. I ordered the Morning Glory Muffin and the Morning Chia Bowl. First time chia seed eater and I loved it. Food 4/5 Very good! Coffee 2/5 Not good! The cheddar biscuits are amazing. They have great sandwiches. The coffee is very inconsistent. I always get an iced vanilla latte and sometimes it is not sweet enough, sometimes it is too sweet, sometimes the coffee tastes burnt. A few times it has been good, but with the inconsistency it is not worth it. Go there for food but not coffee! read more

Scrum diddly um!!!! This location is the bees knees! Stopped by on a cloudy day on my lunch break, got a latte recommended by the barista and a blt. The vibe of the place is phenomenal.
