In fact I had my Prada glasses on me and I felt uncomfortable with her to the point where I had to show my case to prove I walked in with them. I ended up buying the glasses I wanted but they didn't work out. When I tried to return them the manager claimed that there was damage to the glasses. The glasses were Pristine and as they were sold to me. It seems like they try to reject returns so it doesn't come out of their commission. Do not waste your time or money at this store.

The customer service here is remarkable. The staff is all friendly and welcoming. I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I found what I wanted and was processed and the transaction was completed in a timely manner. I think regular eyeglasses with prescription is kind of a steal, but prescription sunglasses are kind of a scam, in my opinion. I bought with my heart and not my wallet this time. There was an irate w**te lady that complained and got the red carpet rolled out for her, which is so typical to cater to Karens. Nothing for a regular client or consumer, which is so sad. My most recent contact lens order is what finally prompted me to share my experience. About a month ago I ordered contacts and my card was charged around $300. After hearing nothing, I called to check in and was told the manufacturer "never delivered" my order. Immediately after that call, I received an email receipt from the office dated that same day--making it pretty clear the order hadn't been placed until I followed up. I understand mistakes happen, but this has happened before, and it's become a pattern. The tough part is that I'm now out of contacts while I wait (possibly another month). I also asked if I could get a sample pair to hold me over, and that request was declined, even though the delay was caused by the office not placing the order. As much as I've liked Dr. Dodge personally, the ordering/fulfillment process has been consistently unreliable, so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
