During set-up they notified their might be a power issue related to the system but after discussion with the owner, they determined that the system would be adequately powered. Overall it was a great experience and I believe the system the set-up was a great value. Looking to get lower bills in the summer when the heat cranks up! Only issue that I did not notice till later is that they actually had changed out to from a stealth to a trident but they had upped the version. Elite Heating and Air called to schedule a technician between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Their technician, Mark, arrived shortly after 11:00 a.m., inspected the system, and clearly explained everything he was checking. He was also very informative about how to properly use our dual-zone system for better efficiency. I realized we hadn't been operating it correctly, reducing efficiency for 5 YEARS. I think it was a Friday night and I sent a quote request on Yelp and Roi reached out right away, offered a quote to take a look at it. Scheduled a visit to the following Monday. They sent Thomas out to take a look, he was very up front about the condition of the unit and advised that there was alot of issues, which we totally get. He was very thorough and took a lot of reference photos and explained what he was doing. We agreed to look at getting a new system and set up a meeting with Kyle for later the afternoon. Kyle was also amazing and went over the pricing and options, you never want to pay for a new AC unit but it's a necessity here so and they made sure we had a great deal.
