I'm very disappointed with this business, I walked in and the guy in the front said it'll be 30 minute wait for a gel manicure and pedicure. I said that's fine, well that turns into an hour!!! Mind you I was there before two other women and I still get helped last. While they both get seated on the pedicure chair and have 2 workers each I'm over here getting just a gel manicure. Well I get my gel manicure and it's already 8 pm and they think I'm willing to stay for a pedicure. Are you kidding me ?!?! So I said forget the pedicure all I am getting is the gel manicure. Well let me tell you what it cost for little boy hands and ONE heart on each hand... $27 ! From the second we walked in, the lady that greeted us had a sour look on her face as if we were inconveniencing her. I tried to shrug it off as the other lady helping my daughter was being nice. You know, customer service. Then they ask my mom if she'd like her hair dyed. I asked how long it would take as I had my 2 children with me, an infant and a 4 year-old. They say 45 minutes so we agreed. Almost 4 hours later and 2 attempts to get the right color (brown) they tried to overcharge for the 2nd attempt even after I specifically said NO red in the dye. Just a bad experience from the very beginning. Never going back and never recommending this place to anyone, ever. read more

I had one of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences here that I have had in my entire life. I have been getting nails done every 1 1/2 to 2 weeks for over a year now and have experienced a few not so great nail jobs and some rushed service, but this last visit was unlike anything else. I go in for a gel mani and pedi and pick a color I like. It sit down and we get started. When the nail tech is about to start the color she opens the bottle and looks at me and just says "bottle's empty" and shrugs her shoulders. No apologies or sympathy just "pick another color". Of course, one of my hand in the LED light and she hands me the wheel of color to pick a new one and sits there staring at me wanting me to choose. Kind of difficult to move the colors around with just one hand but OK. I pick two colors. One base color and one glitter color. I tell her that I like the glitter color but I don't like them being see through because I have lines in my nails, so maybe this base color underneath would work out. She asks me how many coats of each I want. I answer at first "I don't know" because I know some gel colors are really thin after the first coat so sometimes you have to kinda feel it out. I say, "maybe two of the first one and one coat of glitter" When she begins the second coat on one finger I notice she has jumped to the glittler and I interrupt and say very calmly, "oh, I thought we were going to do two coats of the other one?" She gives me a very defiant look, obviously becomes annoyed and says very harshly, "you said ONE coat". I was taken aback by her obvious annoyance and just say "I meant to say two . . ." She wipes off the one finger she started and went on with the second coat of the same color. No harm, no foul, no lost time, nothing had been set yet, so it was very easy to fix. After she applies the one coat of glitter, I look at the nails and notice that one coat doesn't quite work because the glitter is thicker in some places, causing an interesting tie dye look. I politely say, " I think I want two coats of the glitter, one coat looks a little weird" Then the lady blows up at me " I am having trouble dealing with you right now, you are just being so unreasonable" she says. I am shaken up and confused at that point and just say "I'm kind confused right now with what is wrong. I just want another coat of glitter?" But on and on she goes about how I haven't been chatting with her this whole time, she is having trouble dealing with me, calls me unreasonable a few more times and keeps saying, " you said one coat then you want two!" I am visibly shaken up at this point and just want the service over. I have no idea what happened. Every other nail technician has smiled and said "sure" when a single coat didn't provide enough coverage and I ask for another. But this lady is pissed off at me and offended I changed my mind and calls me unreasonable a few more times. Some people do not belong in the customer service industry and this lady does not belong. I think maybe her name was Nina but I am not sure. Customer service means being friendly even when you don't want to, being flexible with customer requests, apologizing for the little errors, and being accommodating even when you don't really want to. I was in food service for over 10 years so I have plenty of background knowledge here. My bill was $62 dollars. I tipped $20 and left and I will NEVER BE BACK. I have been there before and gotten a great nail job and great service but just the risk that this kind of experience could happen again is not worth another visit. My nail job was perfectly fine in the end. An "of course" or "sure" instead of flipping out and calling me names would have led to this customer visiting again. Not too good experience here. Came here only because I was in a rush and needed to get a new set. The first lady had no idea what she was doing. I showed her a picture and even filed one of my nail the way I wanted it and she still had no idea what she was doing. Frustrated, I asked someone else to do it. Second lady did a decent job. I came in for a $15 pedicure. Saturday morning, no wait time. I really liked how clean and sanitary this place is. Most of their tools and supplies are new. You can see them using a new supply and throwing it away after being done. They use gloves which I think is great for them and for the customer. This was my first time coming m, a good friend of mine comes in here every month to get acrylics and she loves them. If you look at the reviews it's either people love it or hate it. My experience here was pretty good, the workers are friendly & the guy at the front desk was very outgoing. Today I got white tip acrylics which were $24. The girl who was working on my nails wasn't nice or mean. She didn't really talk but she was so so precise with everything she did. I wanted my nails to look a little longer even though my nails weren't super short but she started the white tip way to close so it looks like my nails are long (tip) but if you look on the back it's the shortest she could cut them. She didn't do any cuticle care or cut my nails but besides that my nails came out the way I wanted them to, I just wished they looked a little longer. After you finish she writes on a receipt your price so there's no miscommunication or anything. Fairly good experience, sanitary, friendly, good choices of nail polish!! Came here with my sister Tuesday evening. We were the only ones there (they said Tuesday's were their slow days). Everyone there is very nice and super friendly. As soon as we sat down, the owner brought us a bottle of water. Their massage chairs are heavenly!!! They remodeled when they opened and the massage chairs are pretty new and work great. Pam did my pedicure and she did a great job. I was happy with the filing, French tip and nail design. My sister was also satisfied with both her pedicure and gel manicure. The owner told her if they chip within the 2 weeks, they would fix it for free (as long as she didn't bite her nails or do something weird to them). Afterwards, the owner gave us a tour of their wax and facial rooms. Everything looked very clean. The price was decent ($15 for spa pedicure, $5 french, $5 for nail design). I normally pay around $23-26 for my pedicure at other places, so this was in that price range that I normally pay. But because this location is so close to my home, I will definitely be back. Edit: 9/25/2013 Lowered my rating to 3 stars. My sister's gel nail manicure started peeling within 5 days of getting it done. She went back to get them fixed, since the owner said that would be no problem. However, the girl who fixed her nail was very rude. This was my third time going here. They have disappointed me so much. When I went there to get my nails done I wanted to get my nails filled and a pedicure. Something adds up to 30 dollars. I ended up getting French in both my hands and feet. Adding it up to 40 dollars. Yet, they charged me 55. And when I confronted them about it. The receptionist raised my voice at me and almost yelled at me until I had to calm him down because I had felt he would hit me. I was barely trying to ask him why I'm getting charged extra. Yet, he never fully explained it me and his reasoning was because its a different type of gel. I don't think any other places costs 35 to just get your nails filled and French. My fav go to place for Nails. Prices are very reasonable and they use high quality nail polishes like OPI and Gelaze unlike most Solons these days that mostly use the 99.$ cheap stuff. The are fast attentive and very friendly and the gentleman at the register always makes sure clients are quickly attended. read more

Most horrifying and uncomfortable experience ever. I could go on about how I was mistreated and the lack of customer service but bottom line this place is completely UNSANITARY. One of the manicurists grabbed another's nail clippers off her tray when they had already been used by that manicurist on another client and cut my nails. I am mortified. As a hairstylist my self I know about the importance of sanitation control and this place is not following state board law. Nothing that has been used on another client should touch another ESPECIALLY in nail salons where infection can be spread if someone is cut or even just simply contagious. I can deal with a bad experience or poor nail work but unsanitary tools is absolutely unacceptable. I called the salon to tell them why I left unhappy and they weren't apologetic at all they clearly don't care about sanitation or their reputation. read more

Absolutely love this place. The several times I've been here I have had different people do my nails and the turn out has always been great! I always had bad luck with getting my nails done, a week later my nails would start lifting.. But not here!! They take their time and are very catering and friendly. There are tons of colors including gels to chose from and the place is clean and inviting. Prices are definitely decent. Brought my girlfriend here a couple of times and she hated it every time. She said she felt like they rushed all the time and just wanted to get the customers out of there as quickly as possible. They also tried getting her to pay full price when her nails weren't done correctly I saw them myself and to be completely honest they did a sloppy job. I'm never bringing my girlfriend here again. My review is for a waxing service I received here. The place looked big and clean when I first walked in. My overall experience was more like 1 and a half stars but I rounded up to two because the girl was nice and seemed like she was really trying. Therein lies the problem. The girl was trying; meaning she barely had a clue what she was doing! She managed to burn me in several areas and she left hair where there shouldn't be. Also, can you say double dipping?? Ew!!! I had to say something. I have had waxing performed for several years and this ranks pretty high on my list of bad waxing experiences. Ugly job, Horrible service. The girl who did my pedicure did it waaayyyy too fast. I knew it probably wasn't very good and I was right. When I went home and looked at it up close it was uneven, blotchy and on a couple of my toes she didn't even paint the whole nail. For my gel manicure I showed the lady (different lady) a picture and one nail was silver. She said "I know which silver to use" so she goes and grabs it for me. When she applies it, it looked too light so I thought it'd be better with two coats so when she applied the second coat it was still ugly so I asked her if she can just changed the color on that ONE nail and she said "oh I already applied it, there's nothing I can do." She can easily remove the the gel and re-apply the color, she was the one who picked the color without asking. I was even willing to pay extra since I was making her do more work. But she refused so I picked a different silver and told her just to put it on top. It looked like crap but was passable. Also I wanted a simple design and one came out good but the other was very crooked. A waste of $40 total. Didn't even bother to tip the girls for their terrible service. WON'T be back. read more

Extremely disappointed at this place. I've been getting my nails done for many year so trust me I know what I'm talking about. I came here for the first time last Friday after reading all the good reviews so I decided to give them a chance since it's not too far from where I live. The same day after I got my nails done, I got two broken nails, so I was already disappointed, not only because that is something that should have never happen in less than 24 hours but because I had to deal with the inconvenience of having to come back. I came back today to get them fix, turns out that the owner charged me an additional $5.00 to get two nails fix!!! What?! Not only did I pay $22.00 the first time and they did a crappy job, but instead of apologizing for the poor quality, they charged me for their mistakes. And it's not about the money, but the principal! Never have i seen any place that charges you for broken nails after you just got them done. Another thing is that their variety of gel colors is very poor. And just like I had read on a different review, the lady that helped me today was super rough and totally scratched my nails, I had to ask her to be a little bit more gentle. Very, very upset, I'm never coming back here, and I hope my review can help a few of you and keep you from having a bad experience. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Went in to get brown highlights and VIVIAN gave me silver/gray highlights. She told me to be back in 4 days so she can fix it (so she knew she did something wrong). She left the bleach in my hair for too long and it completely damaged my hair. I had to go to another place to get my hair fixed and they did a marvelous job! The place was great! the owner was great! the nail technicians were great! They were very attentive and make sure i was comfortable the whole time. even the owner was checking up on me several times making sure i was happy about everything. they had LOT of OPI nail colors. They ALO had a BIG selection of gel colors too! the price was really affordable. This is my forever home for my nails! I found this place through yelp and it's my favorite find so far. It's beautiful, clean, large, and everyone is so friendly. Also they have a wide range of services. I got the #2 summer special pedicure and it was amazing it included parifan wax, scrub, cooling mask, callus remover, and a 15 min massage .
