First time visiting this little gem. Hubby and I both had the vanilla lattes with oat milk and they were both perfect. I also like that they serve you in glass mugs. We were nearby for a dance convention and had a few gluten-free members in our group so this looked like a great option. They can only make two paninis at a time so the wait was super long to get our food. Took a little over an hour to place our order and get the food. I was a little disappointed with what we got especially for the price point of $17 for a panini and $15 for a salad. It's a little bit of a stretch for what you get and sadly the menu online had no prices so everyone was a little shocked. The Tuscan panini I got was just ok. The crust was so hard, it made it difficult to eat and it wasn't as flavorful as I'd hope. The teeny orzo side that came with it was super bland. The meatloaf panini was a favorite with the kids. That one was a hit! Avo/bacon panini was a miss for me. Minimal bacon and it was pretty rubbery. The others ordered the salads so I can't speak for those other than the portions looking tiny. $15 for a chicken Cesar and I barely saw any chicken. Maybe because it was busy, they skimped on filling the entrees... not sure. But $70 for a family of 4 was steep. Extra plus for having gluten-free options, but a miss for those who could eat gluten. read more

This place is tiny! There's nothing bad per say, but nothing great. I probably wouldn't come back. It had a few gluten free vegan options, which was nice. But the vegan sandwich completely lacked any flavor. Kind of like eating cardboard. We got a side of tomato aioli which also was pretty low in flavor. My husband got the chicken pesto panini and he said it was good as in fresh, but that was it. The sides that came with it were tiny like 2 bites tiny. Fruit was super watery. This review is a bit overdue since I visited two months ago, but I had a great experience here as a gluten-free diner with celiac disease. They have several gluten-free options, I went with an avocado, egg and cheese breakfast panini. The owner took the time to explain their gluten-free protocol to me when I asked, and I was very satisfied with the response as it is clear they are very knowledgable about cross-contamination. I'd rather wait a while longer for a safe meal than have one that is rushed and then get sick afterward. My sandwich was absolutely delicious, the bread was toasted to perfection, and it hit the spot. I'd like to come back again to try another panini and the gluten-free muffin. They recommended their house hot sauce and my husband is hooked he adds it to his sandwich every time. They sell mini cookies a dozen for $5 you can not beat their prices it helps you stay on track for your diet. We love this place we have two small children and the menu is kid friendly. We get them oatmeal or bacon and toast and fruit. This is a family owned location I think they are closed Sunday's and the indoor dining is smaller but it is very intimate and homey. There are no words for what I tried today. Your basic panini is not what you will get. It was so apparent so much time and love is given to each sandwich. A work of food art is more like it if you ask me. The sourdough bread was insane. The crunch and parmesan it was grilled with you can only imagine that crisp bite in your mouth. The works breakfast sandwich had so much avocado they did not skimp. The pesto chicken i would fully recommend. I asked for extra pesto on the side thinking it might be dry. Nope and nope it was so fresh and creamy. The sun dried tomatoes with spinach and don't even get me started how soft the chicken was. Fully satisfied with everything we ordered. The cookie was free if you check in I recommend trying their specialty coconut one. Super impressed. I know we have all spent money eating somewhere and later wanted to kick ourselves for wasting money. Today was a very happy day indeed I will drive up to Escondido just for their panini sandwiches. We went here as an alternative to mama kats and man am i glad I chose to come here instead. This place is amazing! A very small place with a mom and pop feel to it. The selection is mainly for breakfast and consists of mostly paninis. My girlfriend and I are both vegetarian and were pleasantly surprised to see vegan options that, spoiler alert, tasted amazing. The survice was excellent. I thought I had ordered at egg, cheese, and avocado panini but i think i messed up because it did not have avocado but the gentleman up front did not allow my tastebuds to go unsatisfied because he gave me free guacamole. In addition, when you check in on yelp you get a free cookie. Since it was my first time he gave my girlfriend and I a free one, each! Costumer service is amazing here! Food: I ordered an egg and cheese panini with avocado. My girlfriend ordered the vegan panini. Both orderes were delicious. They were both toasted to perfection. At first glance they do look a little small but once you're finished you'll be left fully satisfied and not overloaded like other places. I felt healthy after instead of that satisfying lethargy feeling you get at most places. I do recommend grabbing the tapatio sauce to the right of the register for a yummy time. I also ordered a cold brew and the coffee was good. Not too strong which sucked but that's not a game changer. Did not ask to use the restroom so I'm not sure if they have any. For the sandwiches and coffee it cost about 20 bucks which is affordable and well worth it. During the time I went, 9ish, there were no lines which astonished me because the lines should be out the door for this place. All in all, 10/10. I will be back again. This is a good find. read more
