In the end, my brother never even received his drink. While we tried to resolve the issue calmly, the lack of accountability and poor service really ruined what was supposed to be a special celebration. We shall never eat there again which is a shame since the food was good but the service ruins it.

Hubby had teriyaki beef and chicken katsu. Beef tender shreds, good but nothing memorable, but the katsu was the star, generous portion of juicy chicken strips coated in a slight sweet crisp crust. I'd definitely order the garlic honey chicken and the katsu next time! Must add again the soup, gyoza and salad all prepared great as well. Service pleasant. Teriyaki like everything now is getting pricey but the portion was enough for 2 meals so it works out.

Normally, when I order General Tao' chicken, I get soggy nuggets of chicken however, this place does it right. A nice crispy batter that holds together after being tossed in the sauce. I've been looking at their sushi bar when entering this restaurant since I've been coming here but I'm so glad my grandson wanted to try them and I'm so glad he did. Now, I'm going to start enjoying the sushi rolls here, too. Our waitress was so helpful with suggestions, as she always is. They were some of the best rolls I've had and they were definately the best rolls my grandson has had.
