Sunright has been my favorite boba place for the last few years. They started in Diamond Bar probably a few years ago and just blew up in almost every popular city. I love how they have the ipad to order or you can quickly order on your phone. The place always seems to be pretty clean and the ppl are pretty nice. Their drinks and boba has been pretty consistent. I haven't tried all their drinks but my favorite is the creme brulee milk with boba, or if they're out, their pudding is a good replacement. When it comes to boba or refreshing drinks, I prefer sunright. read more

There is no lack of sweet tea shops in our locale. This is one of the newer shops and they distinguish their teas from other places using what they call a cheese foam. Ordering is super easy using a touchscreen device, you can personalize and customize your drink in any variety of ways. Got myself the crème brûlée with boba drink and regular ice but half sweet. It was refreshing without being cloyingly sweet. The daughter always wants the full 100% sugar fix, she got the strawberry frosty drink and also added boba to her drink. The wall says to shake it! It's completely sealed when you get it so you can do a side to side , up and down or swirl around shake to get the drink mixed up before punching it with the boba sized straw ( there's nothing worse than getting a boba stuck midway up those straws and this is exactly the right diameter for the boba. They have a loyalty rewards program so today's drinks were freebies! Very friendly and efficient super young people mixed and served the drinks. read more

Yum! Glad there is a Sunright in the neighborhood now (RIP Nest Teahouse). I've tried the strawberry jasmine tea w agar boba and the strawberry matcha latte w oat milk and honey boba and both have been great! Heads up, you cannot adjust the sweetness on the strawberry matcha (I'm presuming bc of the strawberry purée). The agar boba was interesting - hard to describe its texture besides that it's not as sticky or chewy as honey boba haha. For one of my transactions I had ordered 4 drinks and they forgot to do one of them, so I had to wait for them to do it during a busy time. It was about 20 mins from walking in and out... not ideal but I know the staff tried their best during a busy time. Other transactions have been totally fine and are quick! read more

So happy there's a Sunright in Artesia! It took over the spot where NEST TEA used to be (rip Nest). I came to their first day of soft opening and they were very friendly and got the drinks done fairly quickly. Flavor is consistent with all the other locations I've been to, fresh juice and flavorful tea! We got the yogurt orange and the oolong milk tea with drinkable mochi (which is available even though I couldn't find it at first glance on the menu). A pretty decent sized parking lot that's easy to find a spot for currently since there's only one other open restaurant in the plaza. Definitely will be returning! read more

Sunright is always a safe option for good fruit teas! I love getting their grapefruit yakult drink with lychee jelly and 75% sweetness. Not too sweet, and just tart enough. Their lemon drinks felt a little bit too sour for me to order again, but it was still delicious! Their milk teas are also quite popular, and I would get it again. Located inside a rather small plaza that is filled with cars. You can order online first and pick up upon arrival or just walk in and order. I really enjoy their ordering system because you can really see what you're ordering, see all their options and different add oneand what the price will come up to. Their cheese tasted like a regular cheesecake on top of your drink. I personally preferred their brown sugar boba as the consistency is softer than their honey boba. I'm happy that they have a kids boba menu, but the strawberry drink that we ordered didn't taste like strawberry at all.. which was disappointing for me, but my daughter enjoyed it so that's all that matters. read more

I'm so happy they opened a Sunright in my hood! I don't have to drive into OC anymore. By far this is my favorite tea spot! I would totally choose tea over boba milk any day but they do have a big selection of boba milk, milk tea, cheese foam, and teas here. Place is new so service is kind of slow but it's worth it. I love their fruit tea because it has pulp in it from freshly squeezed fruits and it's not ever too sweet. Definitely recommend coming here to try out their teas! read more

Ordered Sunright Milk Tea with Honey Boba and Ceylon Tea with cheese Foam and Boba I went during their Lunar New Year celebration, hence the cups, and at the time, the location was having its soft opening. I've been to the Sunright locations throughout Irvine, but I have to say I was slightly disappointed by this location's drinks and service. It took about 30 minutes to get our drinks and although there was a line because it was also the weekend, I expected the drinks to be made a little faster. This may have changed since I went, but it seemed like their drink labeling system wasn't ready, so a worker had to manually write every order on the cup. As for the taste of the drink, it was just alright and I was expecting slightly more. The boba consistency was hard and I was surprised since there were a lot of drinks being made. I've also heard from friends that they regularly ran out of toppings in the middle of the day. Hopefully this supply and service issue improves and this was just a hiccup in the beginning. Aghhhh congrats Sunright for expanding and now having a store here in Artesia !!! I feel like I only discover Sunright late summer last year and now they're everywhere. It's only been 2 weeks since I've heard about their opening and I've gone twice now. Does not help my New Year's fitness goal that they're only 10 minutes away but I'm so happy as I used to drive to Sawtelle for their drinks. Though I prefer not having to talk to anyone (social anxiety), the first time I was here, it required a little bit more interaction which I didn't mind as staff were friendly. To all the review that said they don't have a self ordering kiosk like the other locations, they heard ya !! Came by today (Saturday 2/5) and they have a self ordering right by the cashier. I also noticed they updated and added more drinks to their menu, at least the drinks that were a staple. Not sure why they didn't have it before ! Quality wise: I would say it's 3/5. My boyfriend favorite and only drink he get is the mango frostie. When we got it today, it was super icy. It wasn't blended enough as there are large ice chunks which was disappointing as it's not consistent with the other places. I got the Mango Jasmine Tea with 100% sweet and it was still light. I know they're still in the "soft opening" phase which is completely understandable of the quality as they're still training staff. I hope they take this review into consideration to improve for future. Either way, congrats Sunright and welcome to Artesia !! read more

I love sunright! They opened one in San Gabriel Valley and since I'm there all the time I went almost every week. I was so excited to hear one was opening up so close to me. It made my year. I only went to Nest tea once and I thought it was okay. I love the drinks at sunright. During the summer, the fruit tea or the grapefruit tea is delicious especially during the hot weather. I also enjoy the crème brûlée oat latte with boba. That's pretty tasty too! This location doesn't have the kiosks yet. When they first opened, I did need to wait an insane time. So I hope they are able to speed up their ordering time and speed of service. read more

I was so happy to find out a Sunright location opened near me and HAD to go to the soft opening. I ordered the jasmine brulee w/ oat milk at half sweetness and they delivered! I found the balance between the drink and the brulee to be just right. Their boba itself is great too, so be sure to try it! The workers were friendly, but the atmosphere was a bit different from other locations (hard to explain since I can't place it, but also it was their soft opening so maybe I'll edit this review after they settle in). The process seems a bit more inefficient than the other locations but again they're just starting out, so time will tell on that I don't know how crowded that plaza can get, but I didn't struggle to find a spot. I love sunright but this location needs to get their act together. Their brûlée drinks never come out right compared to all the other locations. The parking here is tight and their online ordering is not always working so I've had to call in to check if they're open. Since I can't get the brûlée, at this location I've been getting the wintermelon with lemon drink cause I live nearby but I seriously wish they would learn how to make the brûlée right. We tried it when they opened and a few times in between and then again on Feb 2023 but it's still not made right. read more

Drinks are bad. Low quality, watered down, and just taste awful. Got the watermelon and their Honkai Star Rail Blade drink. Maybe because it was due to the rush of people, but it literally has no flavor except a hint of what it's supposed to be and just sugar. Don't recommend. They also ran out of the other collab drink and expected me to buy two of the shit flavored drink rather than another drink for the coasters. Probably needed the collab because there are just far better places than this sad excuse for a drink place. Went specifically to another place and threw these drinks where it belongs. read more

I preordered the matcha milk tea for pick up and thought my drink was fine because it looked normal with the layer of matcha at the top with milk. However, after I shook the drink, the color was yellow and not green like how matcha should be. It just looked like milk with no matcha. It was too late to complain as I didn't notice until I was on the way home. I'm very disappointed with the quality of their matcha drinks and it has been going downhill. Sucks that the drink is almost 6 dollars. I had to add some of the matcha powder I had at home to save the drink! read more

I ordered a cheese foam peach oolong tea, and the tea looked really dark and thick--almost like it had been poured from the bottom of the cup. I also had a terrible experience with the only employee working that day. She was extremely rude and gave me no help, just saying "it looks like this" with a terrible attitude. This is a good go-to boba place with fast service and good options. I love that they use real, high-quality teas (as opposed to powder mixes) and have a good selection of toppings. It's usually quiet, but has its busy days as well. If it's particularly busy, the parking situation can be quite annoying as the spaces are small and few. Overall, though, a good spot for bubble tea. I don't go to this milk tea establishment as much as I should, but every time that I visit here I'm always happy receiving the drinks made by the staff here. Thank you to the ladies from around 1 PM or so today for making and serving the drinks I ordered promptly! The customer service here is great and I'm always happy to return back whenever I can. The other times I've visited the staff is very friendly and the place is simple and clean. Ordering is easy, you can either order from the big tablet screen when you enter the tea studio or from the staff member by the register. Looking forward to more future visits as the drinks here always brings me joy. Sunright is my fav tea spot around here and so happy they opened on South St! I used to go to the one on Costa Mesa but this is so much closer heheh it's dangerous being so good. My go to drink is still the white peach oolong with cheese foam (I get it 30-50% sweet depending on mood) without toppings. If in a nonfruity mood, I go for the crème brûlée milk tea. I am not sure how they make their crème brûlée but it is smooth, creamy and addicting. Boba has been consistent too! Service is very quick. There are two lines - one is a self serve kiosk and you can order your drink on the screen, and the other is you order with them. The lines can be really long, and on busy nights the it goes out the door. I notice folks don't know what to get until they get to the front and it holds the line up. Sometimes I have to wait like 10-15 mins to get to the front because of that. But when I finally get to order, my drink usually comes out in the next few mins. There is also an app so you can collect points, which I appreciate! I love the packaging and logo of the drinks themselves, with durable cups. I sometimes use the cups as propagation cups for my plants. The space inside is chill, you can def hang out or do work here. Parking can be a little tough on busy days, but I have always been able to find a spot in the plaza. read more

I had the strawberry tea with Jasmine jelly and it was fruity and so refreshing. I enjoy the selection and the matcha latte was flavorful and soothing. Accept only credit cards & tap to pay (my fav because i rarely carry my wallet anymore). Downside for those who only like to pay cash they don't accept it here. Delicious bubble tea, and I am so glad to have found this place as my new favorite! So let's start with I've been looking for a sorta healthy boba place ever since boba guys moved out of NYC (and stopped serving grass jelly). This place can let you adjust your sugar and ice level easily, has califia almond milk available, and has actual fresh taro, fresh boba, and grass jelly available!!! Not to mention good service, and a great price, like prepandemic boba guys prices! So seriously, what is there not to love!?!? I feel that this location isn't as good as the other locations, which is why it's a star off. However, it's still a pretty good choice if you want a drink with salted cream. I got their new grape tea and the flavor was great. I don't like artificial grape flavor and was glad they used real grapes in this. That being said, they don't strain out the grape skins, which got pretty annoying when drinking. read more
