Sunrise General Services did what my local detail shop couldn't do, which was to provide stellar, responsive, and responsible service in the comfort of my own home. The pictures don't do this job justice, but do take a look! I had a 'New Car Detail' performed on my new 2025 Polestar 3 including wash, paint correction, and a long-lasting ceramic coating. I didn't think there would be much difference between the new-car look and post-ceramic application but it's incredible how much better the car looks. I'd say the look rivals a paint-protection-film but at about 1/6 of the cost. It's a superb value. Not only did they do a good job, they communicated and worked with my schedule like no other detailer would. I highly recommend Sunrise for any detail job, big or small. I'm very picky about things it took me 2 weeks to narrow down who I was going to ask to detail my car. I bought my E46 off someone who didn't appreciate it so I had to get someone who'd take good care of it. When I tell you I didn't expect my car to look like this I mean it. On top of the service itself, I've never had the pleasure of meeting someone who cared about what they do as much as Johnny does, he explained everything in detail, gave me tips on how to care for my E46 after the fact, and was just as happy as me lookin at it after he was done. Sunrise gave my rugs a new lift. Johnny was fantastic, and he worked very hard on my rugs. We had a lot of stains, and our rugs were in need of a desperate clean. He made them look great. We wanted our basement done at the last minute, and he happily took that challenge after my first two floors. He was a one-man band and made my carpets look great. He was very affordable, and on time. He gave me little updates of the carpets, and he was very forthright when my carpet stains were not going to be removed. We had a car that was in very rough shape cosmetically. A family member had hoarding tendencies, exacerbated the last few years by cancer. Things got really out of hand. Before I get to reviewing the job that Johnny did I would like to say what a special young man he is. What a genuine.nice guy he is. First he's the only one who answered when I called. He asked for photos and gave me a quote based on those photos. I called him because the interior of my son's handicapped van was completely covered in mold.
