Just up my alley $13 mani/ pedi from Monday through Wednesday. Its a small space with about 4 pedi machines and 4 mani work stations. The staff are quick and friendly. I've never had an issue with the service. My nails/ toes come out nicely and last the average time most medi/pedi last. One of the drawbacks is there's usually a wait because everyone wants that special. I usually get their midday and am out within the hour. I go to the gym in the area and then stop here for a mani/ pedi. Its a very basic nail salon without all the fancy decor and bells and whistles. Racist and purposely hurt clients they choose not to like. First, they wanted to do half the work on my nails because I was getting a fill that done with dip. Instead of just saying we can't help you she still fixed my broken nail and was going to not do the fill. Telling me I don't need it and just because Insist she began DRILLING my cuticles sooo hard. I have 8 different fingers with a cute and it's just so bad that it's just wasn't a accident. I forgot to mention that before she got upset she was trying to skip steps and not do my cuticles but the. I noticed she rushing me and I complained... in a kind manner.. she began going animalistic on my nails! Insane! This place should be shut down. Talk about last minute! My friend and I walked into this place at 8PM and it was to close in a half hour. We weren't told no, and we weren't told yes, so we decided to look for a color and waited for our manicures. The color choices are pretty limited; I would bring my own color. I went first, and the owner was a speed demon. She cut my cuticles, that she did make me bleed, and continued to work as if I didn't notice. She was lucky it didn't hurt. The color I picked was a great seasonal red, and the top coat she applied dried my nails super fast. The verdict: Nails chipped in two days. I will only be back if I am in dyer need of a cleaning. Also I went back again and tried this place out and I didn't realize it was already close to 8pm after shopping at Century 21 nearby. The owner Cindy didn't turn me away, she was actually super nice while her husband named Chen was cleaning up. I thought she would rush through my fill-in but she didn't. She was meticulous and took her time even after she was closed. Cindy is the go to acrylic nail lady at this nail shop. I got a fill-in WITH gel polish for $25! That is super cheap as well. Yes, this place is in dire need of a makeover and is a no thrills type of salon, but for the price it's totally worth it! Every girl that's done my nails it meticulous removing old polish, cutting cuticles and fully covering the nail with polish. I do love the way my nails turned out but they are very rough. I was bleeding since the lady was really rough with the drill. I would recommend going but just tell her to be a little more gentle. The wait was a little long considering when I went only two ladies were working (this was on a Sunday). Also the price is AMAZING. They have zero customer service skills. But the girl who did my mani and pedi was the reason I gave this place two stars instead of one. She was very welcoming and friendly. Decent job by nail lady, but she tried to get another $1 if I used credit card calling it tax. I usually come on a Wednesday or Thursday at around 4pm, and the wait is so long, the last few times I just walked out because I didn't have two hours to sit there just waiting for my turn. They usually only have three ladies working, only one of whom does UV gel nails, so if that's the service you want, don't even bother unless you can be there at 10am when they open. read more

I came in and got my nails done, and the woman who did my nails did a great job. This review is not about her or the service she provided ( I don't know her name ). It is however about the terrible customer service that the man who I presume is the manager gave me towards the end of my time there. After paying for the 13$ special, I gave the lady who took care of me a good tip (7$). As I was drying, I figured it's my time to go. I noticed there was a box of clear wrap so I asked the manager if I could use it. I was not asking for him to get on his knees for me, or to even redo my entire nails. All I asked was a yes or no question. His response? He said something loudly to his female coworkers. I don't understand the language but the way he said it sounded rude. Maybe not towards me but maybe to the women. As he was saying this, he seemed very annoyed with my simple question. He was on his phone , but I asked him because every other employee was taking care of someone. I think the special they have is great, but I also noticed that they rush in such a rude way. If you didn't want to be bothered, you could have hid in the back somewhere or went out of the store for a walk or something. Whenever someone spoke, one employee just spoke very fast and kind of shushed the lady. I have been working in retail for the past 4 years so I consider myself to be very patient and understanding when it comes to waiting and other things. Anyways, here I am on my way home to redo my entire mani pedi. I have been here several times for a mani & pedi and my polish lasted two weeks. I just had the gel manicure done before I went on vacation. Luna is definitely my girl, but expect a wait for her because she's quite popular. GARBAGE ! Will never return... One major issue here is only ONE person will touch your damn hands if its acrylic whether its tips, a filling, a broken nail, or replacement nail. I got a filling here before and I liked it alot and she payed attention to my requests which made my tips look natural. Yesterday I returned for tips and its was empty which was good for me...she started at 3 and while she was putting the tips on she kept staring at the tv instead of her actual job which bothered me because I also have a job and things to do. Then she made me bleed and when I gasped she said what...the woman is an idiot. She also kept hurting me with the machine and used the machine like four different times which is how she made me bleed. I wear contacts and told her I wanted them square with round corners....instead I got a different shape which would only poke my eye, when I pointed it out she immediatly said okay Ill cut it shorter...these tips were at my fingertip what are you cutting off ? Someone who knows customer service dosent go off especially when the customers requests arent met...this has happened to me at my local salon and they remove the nail and replace it, this woman immediatly grabs my arm and I told her not to touch me. She gets up and says shes going to cut my nails even though my nail is right under it or I pay $15. Anyone that knows about tips knows $15 is a filling and a manicure ! I've been to a few nail salons in the area, one doing a pretty good job, and the other a TERRIBLE one. The gels that I got done at Sunrise were the BEST I've ever gotten, hands down. I found this place after looking at a million reviews on Yelp, and I'm very satisfied. I got a regular pedicure and gels, with a total of $46. The woman who did the gels (Luna?) was very meticulous, filing and making all the nails even. Even the undersides of the nails were thin enough, which made me very happy, as I've had problems with that before. My pedicure was fantastic too. It's been a week, no chips or nails missing yet, thankfully! I'll be back soon to get the nails filled in! read more

Awful experience Have been there today because someone on an facebook group recommended this place for french acrylic nails. First of all the English there was bad and noone understood what I wanted. I showed her on the price card and then she started. She had dirrty fingernails and pushed my skin around the nails down to adjust the tips that rough and hard till it started bleeding. She did not cared at all when I told her to be more gentle , i had the feeling she got even rougher. After she glued on the tips and some customers came in she rushed so bad and got so violent I really wanted to leave. With the result I'm not happy at all she filed the white tips that hard that there are now transparent spots on the white tip and my desparate search to find a good acrylic nail spot goes on. O and btw under the tips is a big amount of glue I need to remove myself. Overall an painfull awful and rude experinece. Go somewhere else if you have the chance. read more

The girls are quick and efficient however they should be more informative about what services they can provide during certain times of the day. I stopped by around 5 PM a while back to get tips and a pedicure since it was my birthday & after my pedicure I was told they could only do manicure since there were more customers waiting in line. I thought it wasn't fair since I had waited my fair 45 mins before getting my pedicure. I was really disappointed and upset since I wanted to get tips done there because I know they are really good and detailed in this salon. I've been to this nail salon several times for manicure and pedicures, and I have to say that for a quick fix it's fine. You just have to take into consideration that none of the employees speak or understand English well enough. They don't have a huge selection of nail polishes. It's very small and there have been times where I would have to wait 15-20 minutes to be serviced. But in my recent visit the only service I got was attitude. I got my acrylic tips done there for the first time (something to also take into consideration is there is only one person who does tips of any kind if you go there) and at first it was fine but when I would tell her that she was continuously burning my finger with the nail filing drill she mumbled some excuse about how my fingers were oddly shaped. Then when I had a question about extra charges on my card she said and I quote " next time you pay with cash and you no get charged tax".
