I've been to many nail salons and this is by far the best one, from the quality of nails, customer service, and efficiency! Pedi+mani +waxing for eye brows, lips, and underarm done within 1.5 hrs! I have ingrown toe nails and they were able to take it out with ease. On top of that, my French manicure was also very well done. They cleaned it at just the right width :) I didn't even need to give them any guidance. The best part is I actually messed up my toe nail after they are done. Cindy is the absolute best there is! I have been trusting her with my nails for almost a year now and she always does an outstanding job. She is so creative with her designs and I always get compliments on my nails. Not to mention my nails last up to a month without lifting which I love because when you have 3 kids it's hard to sometimes sneak in time to keep up your own appearance since the kids usually come first. I went here with a friend who frequent here often. This time however she felt ripped off as well. Nails: She did an average job on my nails. Some of them are not shaped right but oh well. Service: The service is okay but Cindy likes to work fast. I have been getting my nails done for a while now. This is the first time I felt sharp pain while she was working on me. I didn't see a cut but as I am writing this they still hurt. The reason I have them three stars is because she is super unethical. We were there for about an hour and a half while they worked on us. I got a gel fill and my friend got a new set and a pedicure. The prices on the board were totally off from what she charged us. She gave me a really stupid answer when I asked her why she charged me differently. She said the that the price on the board is for white nails not colored? What?? Mind you she charged me $27 from the $ 20 that was written not the board. So thats $7 for putting paint on my nails. It said $24 and she charged her $35. Holy Moly! I understand that in the time we were there she didn't have any other customers but that doesn't mean you charge your present customers extra. Totally wrong and because of that I won't be back. P.S. the salon and is super small and not very clean, especially the bathroom. The prices she is charging are comparable to nicer salons. read more

I am not sure why this place has four stars. The customer service was okay. They were nice, but not very attentive and on Facebook on their phones rather than starting my manicure when my pedicure was finished. I had to ask if we could start the manicure. Then I chose a color for the gel manicure and she went to get it. Ends up that she had gotten a completely different color from what I had asked for. When I brought this up, she told me that it would be the right color after she put on a few coats. I am not sure how green could turn into blue, but okay. Before I could argue, she applied the first coat and basically ignored me. She then started to notice that this was the wrong color. Her solution was "this is a pretty color too", and continued with the manicure. It came out nice. I am a little upset though because I paid her to put colored paint on my nails, and she ignored what I wanted and couldn't even get that one simple thing right. Don't waste your time, I will never be back. read more

OK, so Cindy is amazing! She has done my gel nails since May-2012... why wait until now to review... because well I'm busy ;) and I like others I was afraid she would get too busy for me! LOL. I first went to Sunrise Nails because my friend took me there so I could test nails out for my Bridal Shower. I really liked her so I came back a few days before my BS and got a full set & Cindy was so amazing she painted a little white wedding bell on each of my ring fingers, they turned out SO cute! I kept going to Cindy so I can have really nice nails for my wedding in June and she did not disappoint me, they were amazing! :) After I came back from my honeymoon I was going to just 'give up' my nails, but I forgot how much I liked having gel nails on, so I kept them up and with the reasonable pricing of Sunrise Nails, how could I not! This last December Cindy had a little girl and I was a little worried about my nails, I know a bit selfish, but come on! ;) But Cindy is amazing, if you planned it right and made appointments she would come in just for your nail appointment! Talk about commitment to her customers! BTW her little girl is so cute! :D I have also had 2 pedis done here... I just don't have time to set and relax very often... Anyways, both times my toes have come out amazing! I love the little details I get on my big toes and the chairs are so relaxing.. I'll have to make more time to get pedis more often ;) read more

Haven't had my nails done in a while and since moving to a new area, and trying random places, I still haven't found my "go to" place. Drove by the area and saw a sign for a nail salon and also looked at the reviews. 2 days later, I'm calling to make an appointment. I call around 3:30pm and make an appointment for 4:00pm. 5 minutes later, I get a call back saying that her appointment scheduled at 4:00pm is running late and to come in at 4:45pm (thought that was pretty considerate since she didn't want me waiting longer than needed). Came in, was greeted, and waited for a few minutes. For only one person working, she did a great job taking care of us all and multi-tasking. End results: I was happy with the results and was pleased with how fast she was yet how good of a job the cleaning, trimming, filing, and nail painting was. read more

I don't know how this place has so many good reviews! I used to be Luna Nails. I went there before and was not too happy. I tried to like this place, I really wanted to. Decent prices and close to my house. How wrong I could be. I came simply because my other place was booked, and I needed a quick manicure before a trip. (Next day) 1 star for them cleaning up my mangly cuticles. -100 stars for rushed service. As other people have noted, it's small, and when customers come, the rush who ever they are working on! So mad. A girl came in asking for a quick pedi and how long the wait is. She told her "now, no wait I'm done with her" she literally had painted 2 nails on one hand. She rushed through the rest, blotchy paint job all over untucked and sides of fingers. I had to ASK her to clean them up. Multiple times. I even had I point out where she needed to clean even on the underside. Terrible. I'm upset that I had to tell her to fix her errors because she was rushing. Will never come back again. Extremely flexible even though there are only two workers. Great pedicures and acrylic fills. Cindy is a total sweetheart and she was nice to talk to. When I went I had to wait about 30 minutes before I was seen but she explained it was cause her co-worker was out, so that's understandable. When she was scrubbing my feet she dropped the sponge on the ground a picked it back up and started using it on my feet again which I wasn't very fond of. I got gel nails done and she removed too much of the gel color and you can see my natural nail and I just went there yesterday. I was surprised by how incredibly small the place is, but that wasn't a big deal. She did a great job on the massage and everything on my legs, feet, hands, and arms. Her prices were cheaper than the place I usually go to, but I enjoyed the experience over all. read more

Cindy is an artist. I just pick the colors I want and she does something amazing for me each time. She does amazing hand painted designs and has a ton of colors to choose from in gels and polishes. Cindy rushes when she gets muliple clients and she doesnt seem to pay attention to what shes doing. Ive come here only because its close to home but she is my last resort. She also doesnt know what square nails means because she round's them and they are always uneven. ive pointed out all her mistakes and she then tends to get an attitude like all others. Very disappointed with her service.. Not worth paying full price. Also the older lady that does eyebrows doesnt do a good job,each eyebrow of mine was different.. Came in a little late because of traffic but we had an appointment. I got $30 pedicure with a flower, hot stones, steamed towels. Cindy did a great job with my toes and I am very pleased with the customer service. They even stayed a little bit past closing to finish my friends/ mine nails. The only complaint that my friend had (she got gel manicure and regular pedicure) was they didn't have matching gel with regular nail polish which is what she wanted. This place is horrible, horrible, horrible. The owner is very rushy, and seems to carry on 1 too many customers at once. Chi bich, the manicurist is extremely patience, and take a lot of pride in a her work regardless of how crowded and busy they are. if you are looking for minis and pedis only. I would highly recommend you going to her. For acrylics, do not, I repeat do not go there to the younger," owner"chic. which is the acrylic lady. She's a nightmare and very unprofessional. Her work is extremely sloppy. Don't waste your money or your time going to that place unless you're looking for manicures, pedicures only. Even then, go to the older lady, name "chi bich." you will be a thousand percent happy and satisfied. She is awesome and I will continue coming back there for my pedicure only. love her. read more

The deluxe pedi (includes massage, paraffin wax, and hot stone massage) was overpriced at $25. I think they spent 20 min on the whole process including the pedi. The massage was over before I knew it, the wax didn't dry before removing the bags, and the hot stone was a few swipes down each leg. My sis loves this place but I don't see myself returning. I gave an extra star because they were friendly, they were ready for us at our appointment time, and the actual pedi part was done well. read more

I dont really write any reviews on yelp but this was a must! About two weeks ago on exactly 1/22/16 i went to sunrise nails to get a pedicure done, as i came in it wasnt busy at all. There was only two women there getting their nails done and told them what i wanted to get done. They said "oh ok choose a color & sit down", so i did. Several minutes passed and i was just sitting there looking dumbfounded waiting for at least one of them to help me out because i was in a rush too, so after several MORE minutes passed they eventually realized i was still there and got started, she wasnt even gentle. By the end of my pedicure i was pretty satisfied not gonna lie but not with the service, a day goes by and i notice my right big toe begins to become sore and wonder oh its probably nothing. Another day goes by and i start examining my foot and wonder when this big blister started appearing and it eventually becomes swollen! Like it literally hurt(s) to walk and drive with my foot!! I was getting really worried by the time i knew, it was worse than ever. It was an infection! On my toe!! It even hurt(s) literally standing up, i was furious, i was fucking pissed and this has never happened to me before, EVER! And the only thing that i did with my feet was get this, get a fucking pedicure here at sunrise nails. So overall i had it taken care of because i was NOT gonna risk anything so i got my toe treated, but it hurt in the process & thats what got me even more upset. So long story short do NOT get a pedicure or any other shit done here because for all i know is, I AM NEVER GOING BACK! read more

Both ladies there are wonderful. They even entertain my children when I have to bring them. I usually don't get a design, but after reading all these reviews I will get one the next time I go and post again how it comes out. Also, when I got the gel polish on my real nails Cindy said it would last 2 weeks and wouldn't chip. I was skeptical since when I've gotten manicures the polish ALWAYS chipped and that is why I stopped getting them. Well, Cindy was RIGHT! It lasted 2 weeks. I've never seen them turn anyone away. They always make time even if they have to stay a little later. I would recommend if going on a Friday, Sat, or Sun you make an appointment, even though they will try to fit you in, the wait can be long. read more
