I went back to the cleaners to ask if they could look at it and was told by Pam at the front desk that she didn't know what to tell me; and shrugged her shoulders. I ask for the manager's (and owner I think) name and number, Terrence, and was told that he does not give out his number but he would call me back. A full week has passed and NO one has yet to call me. I also was asked to Cashapp the payment for the services, which was a bit weird. Most businesses will accept credit cards. I do plan to pickup my comforter today and hope there is no additional damage! But save yourself the frustration and find another dry cleaners.

I dropped off a dress of my grandmothers for cleaning and when I went to pick it up they were showing me how the dress would be ruined if they cleaned it because of the fragile seams. I didn't even notice! But they did - they take extra care of you! If you are a regular they will give you a sack to take home and use instead of using your own bags. You can just drop the sack and they already have you in their system. Very convenient! Love it!

The suit he had ordered did not arrive in time, and the backup suit he had was previously stained by another dry cleaner. The stain had never been removed, so he asked American Dry Cleaners if they could try. Not only were they willing to take it on, but they were incredibly kind and kept him updated by calling to let him know they successfully removed the stain. That suit saved the night. Their customer service and care went above and beyond, and they truly came through when we needed them most. American Dry Cleaners has earned customers for life.
