The Benedict was a little salty for my taste, but thankfully, it didn't overpower the other flavors. The seasoning and hollandaise sauce complemented the dish really well. My father ordered the exact same thing and absolutely loved it. My mother went with the Mexican Avocado Toast, which she rated a 7.8/10. She also found it slightly salty, and the dish was a little cheesier and oilier than she preferred. Since she isn't a big fan of cheese, that affected her overall rating. However, she still enjoyed it enough to finish her meal. My wife ordered the Chicken & Waffle Mac, which was definitely an interesting and creative take on the classic chicken and waffles. Having macaroni incorporated into the waffle made the dish unique. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and she gave it an 8/10. Thinking there wasn't any macaroni with her entrée, my wife also ordered a side of Cheesy Macaroni. She was pleasantly surprised by it and gave it a 9/10. It ended up being one of her favorite parts of the meal. Overall, Parlour Brunch and Late Night Burger Bar was a solid family dining experience with a comfortable atmosphere, creative dishes, and plenty of flavor.

The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

Service was fast, friendly, and attentive the whole time we were there. If you're looking for a solid, delicious brunch spot in Downtown Las Vegas, put this on your list!

My wife and daughter and I tried the Sunset Grill for the first time today. We were extremely happy with our experience there. The ambience was great, our server Anne was exceptional, she was there when we wanted her there, but not there when we didn't need her. The food was terrific! I had a simple breakfast of three eggs, sausage, bacon, and country fried potatoes. My wife had the Florentine omelette, and my daughter had the Eggs Benedict. They were both very happy with their meals, and my daughter even remarked that she thought the ingredients were of exceptionally high-quality. The prices were reasonable, what you would expect to pay for a high-quality breakfast in Las Vegas. My wife and I both ordered the strawberry lemonade and my daughter had the blueberry lemonade. They were both great, fresh squeezed if I'm not mistaken. The only thing that I would change is that I wished that they would offer hashbrowns as well as the country potatoes. It's not too sweet. It's super late. It's well balanced. Absolutely fantastic and worth every penny. And in case you're wondering, I believe it is $5.25 per order of coffee cake. But like I said, completely worth it. If you have read any of my other, more recent previous reviews on breakfast places in Vegas, you will have read that I am for whatever reason on this huge French toast cake. So of course, I had the French toast here. It was fantastic. All the berries and things that come with it. It was amazing. Everything was delicious and fresh. I think just amount of berries and things on the French toast alone is a meal. It's a perfect fruit salad. The restaurant runs is a very well oiled machine. Everybody helps everybody. There is something about a dynamic like that that makes a restaurant feel all that much more comfortable and like an environment, where family and friends are welcome... like home. I honestly have no idea how much money we spent on breakfast, but I really didn't care. This was one of those meals where the food, the quality of service, the quality of the entire experience was all just so worth it. And keep in mind, this is not a fancy restaurant at all. But I think that that's what also made it that much more special. This restaurant really isn't trying to do anything but happily serve their customers and promote repeat visits. But in doing so, they absolutely nailed it. If I could give more than five stars I would've. And like I said, you would be so lucky to be helped by Vivica. We also had to clean our own table and chairs, and some dried stains on the floor appeared to have been there for a while. When the dining area is not kept up, it can create an avoidable impression about overall attention to cleanliness. Overall, there is plenty to like here, especially the food and local café feel. I would still recommend giving Baguette Cafe a try, particularly during a less busy period, but a little more attention to the dining area and order details would make the experience much stronger.

She told me they had already made it and she wasn't giving me my $2 back. I politely said, "Not a problem, have a good day," and left. And to be clear, this is NOT about the $2. It's about the principle and the customer service. For a $15 burrito, refusing to refund a $2 upcharge for something I didn't even receive makes absolutely no sense. That $2 just cost you more than $2, because you lost me as a customer. That whole interaction just left a bad taste in my mouth. The burrito might be called Effin Egg, but the customer service was the real "effin" part of the experience.

She was friendly, attentive, and quick with service, which we especially appreciated while dining with a toddler. The restaurant's décor was similar to the other location we've visited--bright, inviting, and comfortable. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and the Steak & Eggs with herb fries, which were a huge hit with our son. Karen also recommended the sourdough toast, and we're glad she did--it was delicious, especially with the jam. Our total came to $57.50, including tip, which felt very reasonable given the portion sizes and overall quality of the meal. I definitely recommend checking out one of the Rise & Shine locations if you're craving breakfast. They offer a great selection of dishes, and the service has consistently been excellent. We're only docking one star because my husband mentioned that one of the poached eggs in his Benedict was overcooked. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable experience.
