I usually like this place and they usually give good service, however I went to get a oil change and it looked like it wasn't busy. They might have had a couple people getting a tune up or something but they had me waiting for 15 mins the part that ticked me off is two techs walk right by me a couple times and didn't acknowledge me or ask me what I needed done or how long it's going to be. Came here around 10:45am for wheels alignment and balancing, got written estimate for approval, realized they added a brake inspection I DIDN't ask for, told mechanic it isn't what I requested, so they came back with the right estimate bumped by $40. Ok please proceed, a few mins later they came back saying ONE car's wheel-lug-nut thread was worn and needed replacement, approved another $60 bucks for 20 nuts that didn't need replacement but 'You Never Know, Right?'. Wait starts, an 1hr goes by and no news, it seems they didnt have the parts(lug nuts), left car at the shop and waited for their call. Had to pick up car at 4:45pm, all errands got postponed cause a shop's desire to constantly upsell and apparently not knowing how to get upsold parts on time. Most expensive wheel balancing and alignment service ever. AVOID! read more

I went there this morning to ask if they can put air in my tires as my light turned on and this was on my way to my destination and the employee told me it was $20 to inspect the tire and patch it if needed so then I just asked him to put air in it in which he then told me it was $10 for air! $10- just to put air in it. I had just gotten my oil changed at Valvoline. I was going on a trip the next day so I asked if they could check my tires. They said I had a nail in my tire and that I should get it looked at. This place showed up a couple blocks down on Maps. I gave them a quick call asking if I could drive up and to do a tire patch. They were really nice and inviting on the phone so good sign! I drove over and they checked in with me and told me to wait by the seating area in the corner. I waited around 30 minutes, which is not bad considering I was last minute and they already looked pretty busy. I paid 25$ and were very transparent on that! I hate dealing with car places but this place wasn't intimidating at all and I was able to get my tire fixed before my road trip! Yay! read more

I was also able to use my $10 off for this service since I had the service 4 times prior to my recent visit. Remember to keep that punch card! Due to covid, a tent was set up outside of the office where I used to go in and pay for the fees. The chairs were 6 ft away from one another to keep the safe social distancing.
