I asked if the amount was correct and explained that I had been told $30 for the original order. The employee recalculated it and still said it was correct, then asked if I still wanted them. Unfortunately, this put me in a very uncomfortable position because there were people behind me, my children were with me, and the doughnuts were for my daughter's school class. I felt embarrassed and pressured into paying an amount I was not prepared for based on the quote I had received.
