I do not think it contains marsala per the original recipe but even so, it is by far superior to any other tiramisu I have had in the US. I do believe the owners have chosen to invest in good quality ingredients and it shows. I have yet to try their gelato so I cannot speak to that but if like me you miss your European desserts, this place is for you.

When I came in on Wednesday to pick them up, I added 4 additional doughnuts at the counter for my family. The total came out to $62, which was more than double what I had been quoted. I asked if the amount was correct and explained that I had been told $30 for the original order. The employee recalculated it and still said it was correct, then asked if I still wanted them. Unfortunately, this put me in a very uncomfortable position because there were people behind me, my children were with me, and the doughnuts were for my daughter's school class. I felt embarrassed and pressured into paying an amount I was not prepared for based on the quote I had received. Mistakes happen, but the situation was handled with very little concern or effort to make it right. The experience left a bad impression, and I won't be returning.
