Staying at the Ft Bliss RV Park and wanting some good Mexican food. I've driven by Super Burrito a number of times and with the outside looking a bit sketchy I figured the food had to be good. I went in mid afternoon and it was empty but was welcomed in. The restaurant is clean and bright. I was excited to find out they serve breakfast all day. The staff is very friendly and helpful and let me practice my Spanish as well, which I really appreciate. I ordered the huevos con chilaquiles, a dish I've wanted to try for awhile but never had the opportunity to find it on a menu. It was fantastic! It came with a side of potatoes with chorizo, refried beans and a fresh tortilla. I look forward to returning a few more times before I leave the area for some more great food. read more

Got the chili Colorado burrito. Very salty. So salty my dog wouldn't eat it. Waste of money. The verde burrito was not as bad. Salt is good but Not over powering. Used to be good place to get a burro. I called it in and waiting 15 minutes after I got there. read more

Very bad service ontop of that the food is not even good. Theiv read many reviews on how the orders always come out mlwith missing items or incorrect and that is what happened to my order . A lady by the name of Blanka was very disgustigly rude stateing ",yo soy la mera indicateing she was the manager and that was a hell no for me off the bat you cannot talk to your costumers that way mind you this was on the phone me letting them know they got my order wrong. At the time i wanted maybe for them to be like ok we can get the right burrito you asked for it was a missunderstanding but no. She argued with me on the phone and i had to personally go down there . LOVE this hole in the wall find. I am always passing by this place and have never even thought of checking out their food. It wasn't until my coworker said she would be getting lunch their that I eventually relented and went with her. It looks small on the outside but bigger when you walk on. We called in our order and got the Estilo Juarez Burger Special for $8.50 and let me tell you it did not disappoint. The food here is good the employees however are sketch. I ordered through doordash and I forgot the sour cream! So naturally, I called to see if I could add a side. They told me yes but they would have to charge it on my card over the phone and they will put it in my bag. The young man took my card number and then the line was disconnected. I called back, and this time the manager answered I gave her a brief summary of the previous call and she told me that they cannot charge me for the sour cream and I should've ordered in the app. So my question to her was why did this man take my card information?! Can I just tell you about the audacity of this woman to tell me that she's too busy to talk and I asked for the manager "I am the manager and I'm busy!" And she hung up on me! If you are going to eat here go inside and order and pay with cash. The quality of the food is the reason they get two stars. The food is good enough to overlook the abundance of flies inside their restaurant. They can cook but they cannot be trusted. Growing up in California, burritos are a main staple. When we moved here, I noticed the difference in the style of food, specifically, the burritos. In California, burritos were wrapped in a thin tortilla, with rice, beans, meat, salsa, sour cream cilantro and onions. Totally different here ! Lol We came here on a whim, based on fellow friends recommendations. So I dare tried it. The burrito itself was huge. Almost as big as my forearm. The tortilla was to thick for my liking, but had good flavor. I tried the Chile Colorado. It was too bland for my liking. There wasn't much flavor, the beans were inside the burrito too. One thing that threw me off was that I had to eat it with a fork and spoon cause everything was coming out when I would try to it eat by hand. I was recently there for work and it was suggested that I check it out; I was not disappointed! They made the biggest, most delicious chili Colorado burrito EVER. Went two days in a row. The burritos are huge, which is cool, but the beans tasted like they were expired on both days we went. The asado didn't really have any flavor and the chips were definitely stale. It's like they refried some of the leftover ones from the day before and mixed them with today's. It always looks busy so that's why we tried it. It smelled like they used an entire bottle of non-diluted fabuloso to clean the place and our waitress was yawning loudly when she was taking our order. super burro has been a weekday flex pick for work lunch.. budget pick/10. i feel the love in the food and spirit of the establishment.. the casual diner feel is easily my fave thing about super burro. they're very accommodating to requests. ie, add rice and beans to your burrito, no extra charge. paying for your bill is honor system, u go to the cashier and tell them what you had. as a local fixture, this place gets slammed at lunch. obv has a decent following from a diverse crowd not just military. that being said.. the floor service is very sloppy. tables are unkempt, the servers bring you your drink with their fingers holding the inside of your cup (EWW). servers are so busy they just plop things on your table and never wait to see if you need anything besides as formality.. the boss here is probly the head chef who has no understanding about foh operations. running it like a food truck.. need to add floor manager, bartender, runner. operation would be so much smoother.. but thats probly beyond the scope of super burro. its not that the food is bad by any means, everything else just drags it down. read more
