This place definitely exceeded my expectations. We all loved it! My only complaint is that they carry Pepsi and not Coke products haha. We went to swig beforehand haha. Very large portions of fries and sides and the chicken was juicy, tender, crispy and delicious! Pickles were crunchy and tasty! Absolutely loved the buffalo ranch sandwich. I thought this is weird bunch of fries.... until I noticed the next customer was a bunch of great looking fries. If you are going to charge $7 for fries, then throw the rejects away and give your customers good fries. So happy there is a chicken sandwich shop closer to home! We have some favorite chicken spots around both Salt Lake and Utah County, but having one closer to home is great and it didn't disappoint. It's different then other places we have tried, which we like! Unique is great as long as the food is good and it's great! The chicken was cooked well and the bun was really good and folded over the sandwich so the chicken didn't come out as you ate it. Been curious about this place and so the whole family went here for an early dinner (which is a fantastic time to go as it's not busy right before the dinner rush). Ordered the chicken deluxe, kiddies ordered the chicken strips - loved that their meal comes with a drink, a side (fries), and a small serving of custard for just another dollar or so. My chicken deluxe sandwich came with pickles, tomato, and and lettuce. It was a bit disappointing that my chicken wasn't as crunchy on the outside as I expected. Seasoning of the batter on the chicken was a bit bland for me. Not enough flavor and not enough crisp per bite. However, the staff were very courteous, friendly, helpful, and super attentive and accommodating. Super chix has been such a good experience for me. You wanna know what? Gabriel, one the of the employees, has made me come back over and over again. I have never been so excited to go to super chix and get attended by Gabriel. He has made my experience incredible there and I can't thank him enough. Super chix in general is a very good place to eat and such a delight to eat there, not just because Gabriel works there, but also the other employees there too have made my experience there wonderful. Another employee I would like to mention is Kaden, he has brought my food to my table a couple times and not once did I ever feel rushed or disrespected. In fact he always likes to make a bit of small talk after he gives me the food just so I can feel comfortable. Incredible service here! Pleasantly surprised over how good this place is! Super clean inside, really fun, noisy atmosphere. It does take a minute to get your food so be prepared for that (well worth the wait though). My husband and I shared the chicken fingers, cookies & cream custard and salty fries. We got the signature sauce which is AMAZING. They also offer buttermilk ranch, bbq sauce, honey mustard, buffalo, and a hot sauce. Their fries can also be sweet, Cajun, or rosemary. Fun options. They offer salads and sandwiches as well. The chicken was fresh and didn't taste greasy, wasn't too thick of breading either. The custard wasn't my fav, but my husband loved it. I'm not a huge fry person but I loved the fries. There are so many chicken restaurants out there. Chick Fil A, KFC, Popeyes... Super Chix stands above the crowd at an astronomical level for me. it's my go-to whenever i get those chicken cravings. the chicken sandwiches are so juicy and it's crazy how filling it is. they also offer ice cream pint sizes (i believe) that you can buy and that is also good as well. i recommend it to anyone who asks and always get so excited whenever i see one, even if we're just passing. amazing business read more

Ok so the chicken is really really good. I got the basic chicken sandwich the first time and a salad the second time. The custard was also yummy. I asked for the dressing on the side and instead they put way too much on. Again the chicken was good but the rest of the salad was meh. Both times we went they were extremely crowded and the flow of the restaurant makes it almost impossible to navigate when it's busy. All the sauces and drinks are right next to where the servers are picking up orders and they crammed too many tables in. Clearly I'm in the minority with that opinion though, because the place was jam-packed and that right there says something since there is no shortage of restaurants around and that includes plenty of chicken restaurants! In my group of 14, several really liked it, a few thought it was okay, and 4 of us called it a one-and-done. The fries were overly greasy, not crisp at all. I love trying new chicken sandwiches and had to see how this place compares to dirty bird or Chick-fil-A. I ordered the crispy avocado chicken sandwich and wow was it a lot. Normally I complain about restaurants not putting enough avocados in my dishes but they litterally had a full deep fried avocado, breaded and stuffed with Gouda cheese in my sandwich. It was very delicious and surprisingly didn't over power the taste of the chicken. It was much bigger than I expected and definitely left me feeling very full. As far as the chicken goes, I think the chicken at dirty bird/Chick-fil-A is better, but I appreciate and enjoy the variety of options they offer here. If your wanting a gormet chicken sandwich with lots of options this is your place. If you just want a nice chicken sandwich a different place may be best. read more

I loved the hand-breaded "Deluxe" chicken sandwich as it was crispy and not oily. The best part for me was the chicken with whatever heavenly pickles they use. We also had the rosemary fries. The fries are thicker shoestrings so you get a good crunch and maintain a soft potato center. Unlike other places that you get one or the other with no consistency. The custard was good, but definitely served as a supporting character to the other food. A heads up, based on the two times we visited, they shut down the custard machines 30 minutes before closing. Yes, this place is good. Yes, you should go. My wife and I stopped in here on a date night. It was very busy. Here is the cool thing, it didn't really matter. We got our food in under 10 minutes and all staff were helpful and friendly. Fried pickles were great. Hot and bursting with salty goodness and a yummy batter. Nashville hot chicken sandwich was good. Good amount of chicken, well battered, right amount of sauce, with pickles. They also had these specialized buns that were partially connected keeping the sauce in. Delicious and even more delicious with their extra sauces. Sauces. They got some great sauces. I'm a big avacado fan so I got the Crispy Avo sandwich- they do charge $3 extra to add the chicken (grilled or breaded and fried). My honey got the Cheesy BBQ Fried Chicken sandwich. We have tried their Cajun fries, they were meh. If you like shoe string fries you'd probably like them. The fried pickles were pretty good. Thick sliced pickles with a yummy batter fried to perfection. We've tried their mint Oreo Shake- it was unbelievable! Big chunks of Oreo in thick ice cream. Tried the Nutter Butter today- flavor was good but I love pb too much. I would have liked to see them add more pb into the shake with bigger chucks of the nutter butter cookie. And on to the sandwiches. The chicken Avo has a big chicken breast filet that is battered and deep fried with a half of avocado that has Gouda cheese in it, bread crumbs then fried. Amazing! The cheesy BBQ same thing but with cheddar cheese melted onto the chicken, onion rings, bbq sauce and he added bacon. They are both deliciously savory, crunchy, deliciousness! I've been a fan of this place since it opened, the tenders are one of the best I've ever had. My family and I love the ranch, like buying the big tubs of ranch love. The ranch was so good with the tenders and fries. However recently within the past weeks or so, they switched recipes or changed something about the ranch. At first we thought it was just that night we went, but we hesitantly tried again and it looks like they officially changed the ranch. The ranch is no longer good, and doesn't complement the tenders or fries. We definitely won't frequent this place anymore. Please bring back the original ranch. read more
