I can't believe I've been going to Polo Cleaners when this place existed just as close to my abode. I came in here and met Ramone for the first time and his service is awesome. When I was telling my boyfriend about the new dry cleaners, he mentioned Ramone. I wish he would've told me about him before hand so that I didn't waste my time with Polo Cleaners. As the only manager on duty, Raymond Garcia, shifted radical left when it comes to respects and responsibilities for damage to my suit pants from their dry clean service! My pants came back with two giang ripped holes in my crotch area! I brought up the issue to Raymond, but he basically told me it's not his machine that causes these ripped gigantic holes in my excellent condition matching DKNY suit! As a consumer, I don't care what or how they clean my suits, but for sure it's that they damaged my pants from their service after I brought it in. At first, he tries to play it off for- "wearing and tearing" to cause that ripped holes, but I don't know if anyone would sit at their crotch area instead of the butt area at all times! Then 2nd, he tries to say that I brought it in like that because he said he only checked pockets and possible that he didn't inspect thoroughly! So now he tries to blame it on me for bringing in as damaged pants to dry clean! I have been a loyal customer for a few years for dry cleaning all my suits at this place. In addition, I was having 2 additional pair suits brought in for dry cleanings right after this damaged pair. I'll attach the photos that I took for anyone's judgment for his ridiculous excuses!  I asked for his solution, at first, he said that he couldn't do anything about it! Then after I confronted him with all these matters, he said he'll patch it up for me ,BUT, it will NOT be matching color! OMG! He must be insane for my matching DKNY suit with different color patched in my crotch area! At the end, he pushed the ball to the owner, Andrew Leary, stated that he couldn't make any decision and the best thing he can do is ONLY give me $50, but it has to be store credits and THAT'S IT!! Another great Yelp find!! After just moving to the area, I needed my husband's suit dry cleaned using the three F mentality: "Fast, Fantastic and Fu*king Cheap." We took it to Super Cleaners and were instantly greeted by a very polite worker there @ SP. He was very nice, told us the frugal price of only $7.50, for both pants and suit coat jacket, and advised us it would be ready in two days. Prices are reasonable at $4 per sweater however all 3 sweaters I brought to clean were still just as dirty as they were when I brought them in. Without exaggeration, it almost feels as if they were untouched. Super friendly. He remembered my name in only 3 visits. Usually when not busy he will see me come up and prep my items before I even walk up. Super convenient! Other than that. Nice job on cleaning however they dont actually do the cleaning on site....it gets taken off premises. At least I believe thats what he said. I had my jeans hem and sweat pants repaired (I split my bottoms and the pocket had a hole in them) it cost $10 for each item. The pants looks like new :) and my jeans fit. (Im short so I usually have to get my jeans hem or I have to roll them up.) They will ask you if you plan on wearing heels...or not so they can make it a little longer to make it fit well. Very considerate...considering I told them to hem it shorter until they brought this to my attention and then I agreed. The last time I got my dress shirts back from them, I found a shirt with a Towncraft label. I have never bought a Towncraft shirt before, so I knew the shirt was not mine. I brought the shirt back, but the guy behind the counter refused to acknowledge the problem and would not do anything about it. Today, I brought a load of 33 shirts to be laundered, and I asked him if he would take my word for it that there were no Towncraft shirts, and if not - would he mind looking at the shirt labels to verify that I do not have any Towncraft shirts. My plan was for him to write on the receipt - no Towncraft shirts, that way if one happend to show up, we both would know that the shirt was not mine. He refused and asked me to take my business elsewhere in a rather rude way... I believe that this guy is just following the owner's policy. Amazing Cleaner! Much like others have mentioned, they remembered my name the second (and every other time) I have come in. I work in a restaurant, and often get nasty grease/oil/food stains on my brightly colored shirts. I stopped using this cleaner for one closer to my house that was a little cheaper... Big mistake on my part. At Super Cleaners, my clothes always come back clean, stains removed, buttons repaired if needed, and well pressed.
