I come here when I need to fax stuff. Cheaper than a couple other places around the Rock. Very friendly service. I've probably given them every type of media to get whatever I needed printed lol. I've had to e-mail them stuff from my phone, sd card, cd, zip, I think I've even had to log onto my own e-mail from their computer, i forget. But they're friendly and great none the less is my point. They're patient with you. They have copy machines there and office supplies. It's in a small strip mall so parking is shared with a laundromat, OK CHINESE FOOD!, and YOGURT HAVEN! so parking can be full at some times during the day. read more

I have always found Alan and his family to be nice, intelligent, honest, and competent. I have used Super Copy for self-service copies, color copies, banners, signboards, fingerprinting, and notary. They can handle pdf files and produce output according to instructions. I think their son, who works there, is a Bruin, a plus for me. read more

I am so glad I found Super Copy. There's no way I would have known how amazing their service and prices are from the outside - thanks to Yelp for cluing me in. I had a 4 page color newsletter to print for my nonprofit organization and was dreading how pricey it could be to print, fold, sticker, and include a remittance envelope for this mailing, since we're operating on a limited budget. I left Super Copy literally elated because the experience was so great. It's a family owned business, and the mother and daughter both put a lot of time and attention and encouragement into helping me figure out my best options for this newsletter. I had planned to do all the folding and sticking myself because I was felt like it would probably be too expensive, but they did all of that for less than I was expecting to pay at some big box printer. I'd give 1 star but everyone here is super nice and we love the family. I came in yesterday with a request to get 45 prints and I didn't have the right color on my file. I was asked to adjust the file and went back home to adjust the file and send it back in the appropriate format. I was told the format was correct but any adjustments would "usually be $30 dollars per hour " i said I could adjust it and re-send it. Before I could do so the employee there said she couldn't work anymore and had not had lunch and was understaffed. I kindly left and took my business to kinkos. read more

I never thought I'd be writing a review of a copy shop, but the staff here has been consistently exceeding my expectations for years. They do everything on time, correctly, and the prices are better than a big chain store. Besides, wouldn't you rather give your money to a local business? I know I would. Only once did they have an issue with my order- the oversized printer was out of paper and they couldn't complete my job at the time it was due. I needed the order the next day for an out of town job, and couldn't come back to pick up the job later. They offered to finish the job when the paper came in later that day, then they had it messengered to my home for no charge so I had it the next day for my job. That is amazing customer service you'd never get at Kinko's! I don't even live on the east side, but I drive over there to support a local business that always gets it done right. read more

Not only did they let me come in and have my file reprinted and made sure it was exactly as I wanted, they also took care of a few other prints I needed on the house- which I was perfectly prepared to pay for. I knew coming in the first time that they were good people, but they made do on the first experience and remedied the situation and were kind and hospitable. And now that I know they also do passport photos I am coming back for that as well! We took the risk of designing and printing our own wedding invitations. We decided to go here as they did a great job on my sister's baby shower invitations. I called them regarding the baby shower invites since I wanted to get 50 5x7 invites printed. All the other places I called around Pasadena were pretty rude especially when I wanted the invites to be already cut down when I picked it up. Super copy was incredibly nice after I called them. They just asked to have me send a PDF and it was ready in an hour to pick up. For our wedding invitations we worked with Ed. I came in and ended up doing a few changes, I called the next day and they were really accommodating with our changes. They ended up printing a new batch and were really patient with us. We'll definitely be coming back to use them to print out the rest of our paper goods for the wedding. Thank you guys you're awesome. read more

I go for pretty small jobs, but regardless, the customer service is always personal, friendly, and helpful. This place is where I go to fax documents, and duh, make copies. There's usually a wait time, since its not a huge store and they make sure they accomodate each customer with all their needs, which is good. They let you use their computers for a small fee if you need to edit documents. I like walking around to check out their office supplies while waiting, love their little collection of pens :) its also convenient that this place is next to a yogurt place ;) very good, fairly fast service. Parking can be annoying though...minus a star for that :/ read more
