This is a wonderful small business with a very friendly and helpful staff. I've had a large vinyl banner printed, endless copies and brochures made, purchased lots of office supplies, and passport photos taken here. They even took a few to make sure I liked the photo! Very friendly customer service. Got passport photos done for around $13 and change, done in about 10 mins. Problem: I brought in my hard drive to get a pdf printed out and they said they couldn't accommodate Mac formatted devices. Yep, you read it right. They said it, not me. I haven't had that problem since Windows XP, 15 years ago. read more

Came here with an image that needed editing and then, printing on special paper. Luckily, they had a Photoshop wizard who fixed up the image really nicely. So I needed old school ink fingerprinting and finally found a place not too far from me that was open on Saturday. Although I paid 20 per sheet, the service was good and it didn't take long. The parking lot was crowded and I recommend you bring a small car to squeeze in or be prepared to pay for meter parking on the street. Overall good experience. read more

We are relocating to Shanghai for 18 months, and were in a rush to have documents notarized before we leave. Our docs required a notary and two witnesses. After having called all over town, we finally found Super Copy - the first shop offering two witnesses during regular business hours (as opposed to limited hours, or only one witness available). They were very busy, but fit us in and handled everything beautifully. I overheard another customer thanking them for their work, saying that no other business would take her job on such a rush basis. Best little shop in the area they used to do my small walk-up jobs until they got this huge new Xerox unit that can pump out my custom bigger jobs quickly. Now i do not have to go anywhere else for more complicated work to be completed on a deadline. I use them for quality color and black and white digital printing. I only needed 40 double-side color prints printed off a flash drive as my printer ran out of an ink. Typically I'd go to FedEx Office but I'm so close to Super Copy and was in kind of a hurry. First off it's very scattered and disorganized inside with only one large machine handling multiple jobs. They were literally printing a book when I needed my 40 pages. They're nice, especially some of the younger guys but not too helpful or communicative overall and appeared extremely overwhelmed by the customers coming in asking for their faxes and emails (it's not self-service at all). I had to ask multiple employees without trying to be too annoying or frustrated, over and over again if my prints were coming out because I was watching the machine and could tell from the screen that my job wasn't even active in the que! I kid you not, 40 f'*%?!g minutes later I have two sets of my prints and they weren't even double sided. They said they'd only charge for one set (oh thanks!) but still charged me for 80 one-sided pages! I was in such a rush and so pissed I just paid it, like $45 when it should have been half that or less. And they almost forgot to hand me back my flash drive. I'm sorry but if you need anything professionally printed in an efficient and organized fashion, don't expect that here. Maybe if you need to fax something, send an email, or buy office supplies from 2005. I strongly support small business but only if they're really good at what they do! Others seem to feel differently on here, this was just my experience. read more

I was looking forward to working with this store because of all of the great posts I had read. Unfortunately, after I had called (Tuesday 3pm) and placed an order with a deposit and was told I would receive it the next day (24 hours Wed 3:00pm). I was then emailed a few hours later that evening and was told that they would be unable to get it to me by the time given, or even by the time they closed that day. Their reasoning was that too many walk-ins came in after I had already made an order and deposited my money so they could not get to my order. I understand things get busy, but if I had already paid then I do not think it is fair that walk-ins received priority over my order. I would have liked for them to email me sooner so I may have found another vendor to take the work. Nice people, but very dissatisfied with the way they handled my situation. I will not be working with this company in the future. read more
