Super Fast Electric is one of the three electrical companies I called for a quote on a job. I called Super Fast Electric for a outlet installation and they booked an electrician to come out as soon as possible. However, they didn't tell they were going to send me the best one on the roster! Steven showed up in one of the worst Florida storms with a giant smile on his face. On top of asking me about the details of the job, he did his due diligence of checking the wiring around the house and circuit breaker. I lucky had a squeaky clean one so he was able to go ahead with the estimates of the job. I don't know if it was just an amazing procedure that Super Fast Electric implements or it was a "Steven original," but he provided three different estimates based on the conversations we had. I don't have a job quality review yet, because it hasn't been completed, but I will update the post in the future, with the results. Before hiring Super Fast, I had received several estimates from different companies. One company tried to pressure me into getting items I didn't need at a very high cost. Another company didn't even bother to come out to give me an estimate but gave it to me over the phone. Another company came out and tried to have me do it on the side and pay him directly instead of paying his company. Steve O'Toole from Super Fast electric was very friendly, personable and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and gave me a very reasonable price. The electrician they sent out was very proficient and worked quickly and did a great job. He also cleaned up after he was completed with his work. I have a background in residential construction and have experiences with companies that do quality work and feel this is what I received. I have been searching for a whole home generator. Appointment with Super Fast was able to be scheduled within two days of my phone call. Supervisor Kevin appeared on time, and during the next hour provided essential information related specifically to my home's needs and what Super Fast Electric could do in this regard, being careful to prioritize those features of the resultant estimate were essential along with recommended/suggested elements which I might choose to include in the installation. Kevin's presentation was by far the most informative of the six I have had thus far in my search process. Best of all, at the conclusion of our tour of the property and discussion, Kevin went to his van, and 30 minutes later returned to present an itemized estimate which I printed following his departure. We had Super Fast repair some outdoor lanterns last year and were very pleased with their work. This week our outdoor TV outlet went dead, and we again called Super Fast. James, the tech, said it had to be a GFI, and we checked all of them around the house to no avail. He then checked the breaker panel and all was fine. Before checking all the GFI's individually, he insisted on a final walk around the house, and we found a tripped GFI on the outside wall between houses near our A/C unit, well camouflaged. This proved to be the culprit, and though I regret not being able to discover it myself, I'm very impressed with James's persistence and knowledge and will call Super Fast again for any future electrical problems. read more

I had Carlos over a few weeks ago to do maintenance on my electrical system to make sure everything is operating conditions. He also created estimates for fan I wanted to get installed. We have aluminum wiring in our home. Super Fast Electric installed alumiconns on the aluminum wires and pigtailed copper wires to new plugs and switches throughout our home. This was a pretty big job for a pretty good price! The office called us on the first day and texted a picture of our electrician. Each morning, until the job was finished, they called every morning to let us know our electrician was on his way. Our electrician was knowledgeable, courteous , professional, and did a fantastic job! He even cleaned up along the way! We would definitely recommend Super Fast Electric! read more

After deciding and scheduling a install date, Tyrone arrived on time and explained everything prior to installation. I recently purchased an electric vehicle and needed to install a 240V outlet in my garage. Steve was very accommodating in setting up a time to complete the work. He even tried to come by our house prior to our appointment for an estimate of the job and verify the cost to us. Even even though the service charge turned into extra than expected, the timeliness and first-rate made up for it.
