We recently celebrated our children's birthday parties at Super Llama Inflatable, and the kids at both parties had an absolute blast. The inflatables are a huge hit, and the children were entertained the entire time. However, for parents considering this as a birthday venue, there are a few important things to note regarding the booking process and party package details. Observations for Parents * Communication & Booking Discrepancies: I had toured the venue in person and booked the 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. time slot along with party room #3, which we included in our invitations. Two days before the party, we received an email from an event planner stating the time was 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., which caused panic since invitations had already been sent out. I had to call to confirm it was a typo, but I never received a call back from the planner. When we arrived, we were also assigned to party room #2 instead of the one we had reserved/toured/booked. * Undisclosed Discounts: I just noticed on the website a "Back to School Party Special" for $50 off weekend parties, but this deal was not offered or applied during our booking or checkout process this past weekend for either one of our parties. * Party Package Details: The standard package advertises a free future pass, but we never received one until I drove back afterward and asked. The online invitations provided were clunky and difficult for our guests to use, as they couldn't easily find where to RSVP or the birthday child's name and event details. We also asked for both green and blue balloons, as the event planner had offered, but only blue were provided. The standard package also came with two cheese pizzas that cannot be substituted for other toppings, and no outside food is allowed. This was unfortunate for the birthday boy who doesn't eat cheese. It also came with a free t-shirt, but the children would much rather be playing at the venue than wearing it. It would be a great business option to trade the t-shirt for a game card, at least for the birthday child. * Inconsistent Mascot Appearance: A new llama mascot made an appearance at one of our parties, which was unexpected, and it was a no-show at the other child's party. While not a dealbreaker, the inconsistent offering was a bit odd. * Hostess Role and Tipping Transparency: The standard package includes a party hostess, but it's not made clear that a tip is expected. I later found out the hostesses' wages are extremely low (around $2.50/hour), and they depend on tips for their livelihood. This is a major factor that should be transparently communicated upfront so parents can budget accordingly. The business structure of this role also felt more focused on monitoring the number of kids and coordinating upcharges on food, drinks, and attendees, rather than providing the kind of hosting service that would traditionally earn a significant tip. It would be great to have an option to host the party ourselves. * Arcade Games: The venue now has numerous arcade games, compared to years past, that are not included in the standard party package. This was a major point of disappointment for the kids, as it created an unexpected expense for parents who had to purchase separate game cards. While the kids had a great time, the lack of clarity and inconsistencies between the booking, the event coordinator, and the advertised package details made the experience more stressful for me than it needed to be. Hopefully, Super Llama's management will improve its communication and transparency for future parties, because it has tremendous potential. read more

Found out this place opened on April 19, 2024. Fair pricing and great way to burn an hour or two over the weekend. It only cost me and my kiddo $30 total for two hours of fun. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The best advice I can give to first timers is to sign the waiver before you come in. I've included the QR code in my Yelp photo dump. If you wait until you get there I'd like to warn you they currently only have two kiosks to sign up. If there are two families in front of you, you'll need to wait a bit depending on the size of their party. We will return! read more

Saw this place on IG and decided to bring my kids here one day with some friends. We filled out the waivers online, which I recommend. My friend did not and it took a minute before she was done checking in. Pricing was around 30$ a kid, then a $4 charge for me and then we had to all buy their socks with the grip even though we had our own. Rules are rules. They said you can bring those socks every time so you won't be charged in the future. Walking in the waiver tablets are in front and then there's an opening to the inflatable play place and to the left is the counter where you pay and check in, then you go around the corner and in the back there's the restrooms, concession stand, seats for a party and a small area with tables for parents and a bunch of game machines. The negative thing I as a parent have with the layout is that opening in the front by the front door. Because who's to say your little one doesn't go out that way and someone is able to easily walk them out the front door if you're not jumping with them. I myself go with my child, but there were lots of parents just sitting at the tables in the back, never looking up from their phones, so it's bound to happen. They need staff at the doors at all times to prevent that, because the people at the counter are too busy to see who's going in and out of the doors. The staff was for the most part friendly, but not as friendly as you would find at a Pump up Frisco, Playstreet Museum, Cheeky Monkey or other kid friendly place. Some of the workers looked miserable especially the concession guy. The actually jumping place was pretty cool, even as and adult I had fun. They have a small area for what I assume the smaller kids with an area to jump and a small obstacle course and a ball pit with an interactive projection screen. The main area had jumping areas, slides, mini zip line, climbing walls, foam blocks, etc. My kids are 5 and 6 and had a blast. There are workers that walk the jumping areas to make sure kids are following rules. It all looked fairly new and clean. And it wasn't overly crowded so that was nice. I did look at pricing for birthdays and in my opinion it's a tad high for what they offer. Again we had fun, my kids loved it, it's nice to have a new place to add to the list. Just that opening to the front door bothers me for safety issues with kids getting lost wandering out the front doors with or without strangers. It needs better security from staff. read more

The Good: Our kids had a blast! Very clean. It's basically one huge room of connected inflatables (not separated inflatables). Everything looked either new or well cared for--and there are staff inside monitoring play for safety. We paid for 2 hours and that was enough. Parents can sit at tables around the inflatable. I think they have wi-fi because I saw several ppl on computers. But, FYI the inflatable is so big you won't be able to see your kids inside the inflatable while sitting. We paid the extra $5 parent fee, so we could periodically go inside the inflatable to check on our kids. There is a pretty large "toddler" inflatable area for kids under 5. The Bad: The only criticisms, like others have said, the locker situation isn't easy. It's I believe like $2 cash for an hour or two--but then you have to get staff to open it each time. It seemed like a whole ordeal so we skipped it. Also, we moved a 3rd chair (from an empty table) to our table at one point, so my daughter could sit down and take a water break. A little later, a staff member came by questioning me about it and took it back. It was clear he took his job very seriously. Lol. Always a great experience. We loved celebrating my daughter's birthday here! Everyone had a blast! The staff and our hostess were so wonderful. They always are so willing to help with any questions. Jaiden was very sociable and sweet! She gave us such a warm greeting! I love how safe everything is and it's great there are so many areas you are able to see your children. The place is great. The price is expensive but for all day play, i understand. I have two issues with this place that rub me the wrong way. 1. The socks. We do not need to pay for THEIR socks. Many of us already own urban air, cheeky monkey etc type of socks. Let us wear those or do what urban air does and allow us to trade our socks in for yours. If children wear their own socks without grippies, so be it. That's on them. I think this is just a money factor. My other issue is making us as parents pay $5 to GET INSIDE the inflatable. 1. I have a 2 year old. All i did was SIT inside the toddler section. Wasn't even playing. And they came up to me to tell me i needed to pay for my self to be in this. After just paying $100 for my kids to be here, go ahead and pay for your self to sit here. I understand if i was truly playing and jumping around but to monitor my kids or do the occasion welfare check that last all of 5 minutes is ridiculous. I payed $25 only to get kicked out 1 hour in there. I got kicked out for "running" but I was just jumping. I also got in trouble for standing in a corner while playing with my friends. Meanwhile there's a couple being touchy in front of kids. The staff is very rude i know they don't get paid enough to be following my friends and I the whole time just watching us to kick us out. Terrible experience at this place teenager not committed to work on the staff, on the frontdesk attendant looks like got mad I disturbed her book reading to get an information, I have brought my own anti slippery socks and the attendant said you should buy their socks, I denied to buy them so she said I could return the socks at the end and refund it, I bought the fkng large socks for my 2yo daughter which she couldn't climb properly the inflates because this socks slipped out her feet everytime. Besides this it supposed to have some staff inside the inflables helping out the kiddos but this employee (unresponsable teenager) was too busy playing basketball on the games area on the back, he was doing some tricks with the ball and almost step over my daughter. Since he wasn't on the mood to work I had to pay extra to get in with my daughter, mor extra socks ass well!! There was 2 teenagers inside (15 to17) huge strong boys playing super roughly and aggressively wile the staff boy was busy playing basketball, they was jumping upside down from the top of the inflables and chasing each other jumping over the walls off the park ( which is prohibited by the rules). But the staff was too busy reeding a book on the front and playing basketball on the back. I went to the little kids zone my kiddos was playing throwing bals on the screen and this rough boys totally nonsense literally dive into the balls pool and start throwing balls on the screen, a staff came and ask them to live that area they laughed and jump over the wall super close to my son, if he fall we would smash my son, all this in front of the staff, and he did nothing. At the time I live i return the socks on the frontdesk they denied to refund the socks ass the lady said on the beginning, at that time was another attendant there and she even tried to refund me but the stupid manager denied to authorize and obey me to take that fkng XL socks to my 2yo girl and 4 yo boy which they will never be able to use. If they really care about security they would let people get in with proper size anti slippery socks, and hire more committed people to work and keep kids playing safely. So this place is nice and fun for kids but it is pricey: $50 which includes two kids admission and two socks. However the women's bathroom was closed for an hour and a half on our first visit and super llama actually closes half an hour earlier than the times posted on the website. The only other thing that this facility needs is a working public water fountain and it would be even better. The workers do an excellent job monitoring and jumping with the kids though! read more
