This place is just OK. They don't know what the meaning of an appointment is. I've had appointments and when I arrived I had to wait an hour AFTER my appointment,another time I ended walking out. When you walk in and if the girl you had an appointment with is busy,the other girls are just sitting around doing nothing not helping you,so I just put myself in a chair,turning on my own water to soak my feet then I have to get up to turn the water off so it doesn't overflow. They don't know what good customer service is! I need to find another salon, I've been putting up with this for years hoping they would get better they haven't. read more

Went in today to get my manicure and pedicure done they did a great job. The lady who did my manicure suggested a flower and I decided to go for it and they actually look very nice. Paid $43 total for my gel manicure and a regular pedicure. That's including the $5 tip I left. This is my go to spot for my nails. read more

I really had a bad experience here I came in there for a very basic manicure and pedicure the pedicure was fine because how do you mess that up? The manicure was horrible the girl took 20 minutes to rip my acrylic nails off she didn't even soak them the whole point of me going there was to get my cuticles taken care of and she completely ignored them after me repeatedly asking and if you view my pictures attached then you'll see the end result she didn't even file my nails. Absolutely horrible! It's been over 1 month since they did my nails here. I got regular acrylics. Took off after 3 days as I only needed them for a special event. Anyway it's been over 1 month and my nails won't grow, they super brittle and cracked still!! The woman that did my nails filed down the top of my nail bed so much there was a significant gap! I'm NEVER coming here again. Plus she cut down and trimmed the acrylic nail so much it was barely a tip of actual acrylic and 75% of that pink build up stuff! Worst ever! read more

I read all reviews and saw that Lee was the best to go to. I could not be more disappointed. I am Vietnamese and she straight up asked if I was in a very rude way. I asked for warm water (more on the hotter side) and she said she couldn't do that. She complained how dry my skin was the entire time. I went to Super Nail Tek due to the high reviews. My first impression upon walk-in should have already been an indication of the overall experience. The place is old, unclean, and the equipment are aged. Many of the pedicure spa chairs apparently wouldn't drain and the water from the previous customer sits waiting for the next patron. The actual service itself was good. The women who worked on my nails were meticulous and did a great job cleaning up my cuticles and painting my toe nails and finger nails. My nails were neatly trimmed and manicured/pedicured. Upon payment, however, when I handed them my credit card, the lady hesitated and asked that I pay in cash instead. I pointed to the sign saying they accept VISA/ MC. It also said minimum $10 and my payment was for $40. The lady told me that she needed to get her 10% and she can't do that with a card payment. Doesn't this sound shady to you? I don't care how they divide up their commission and whether or not she wants her pay under the table, or if they don't want to pay the credit card fees. This is something they can figure out within their accounting, or with the IRS. The lady also told me to go to the grocery store next door to take out cash. Are you kidding me? I am not going out of my way just so you can avoid paying your fees! I told them no - and the lady got furious and walked away from me! Another lady processed my transaction and I walked away - will not be going back. read more

I called in today @ about 5:30pm after being rejected from other places for not having an appointment. Person who answered was easy to talk to regarding going in, and pricing. Once i was there Lee was the one who worked on my nails. I requested acrylic nails. She saw the picture and did exactly what i wanted. Worst manicure I've ever had. I went with my god daughter to get our manicures. The lady only painted one coat on my god daughters nails and it was very messy! With my nails she painted on too much, and did not clean the polish that was on my skin. It was embarrassing to walk around with my nails looking like a 5 year old painted them. On top of that they used bad nail polish, which stained my nails. I went to get my nails redone AT ANOTHER SALON a couple days after, and the nail polish at Super nail tek stained my nails. The lady who redid my nails had to try scrubbing the stain off, even after many attempts of removing the stain; she could not take all the polish off. Anyways, this place is horrible in every way. It's dirty, small and they use cheap nail polish. Save your nail, money and time, and don't come here! read more

It's kinda annoying to my have cuticles look like this and my gel chipped after only 6 days. When I got it done it already looked as though my nails been grown for a week and with The uneven texture of the polish I let it go but the chip and end result I am irritated looking at it. I come here every now and then but recently I went to get my nails done last week and I WAS NOT HAPPY! The short lady with glasses with super short hairstyle DID NOT do what I wanted. She did my nails like she didn't care at all. I wanted my nails to be filed in a round shape. I told her 3 TIMES that I wanted my nails round but it still looked squared. Also, the way she cut my nails was so uneven, some nails were long and some were short. I had my nails in gel but it's already starting to peel!!! I used to love this place but now I hate it so much. I came with my mom around 3pm...no wait whatsoever we were helped right away. The lady who did my pedicure was nice and really did the job well, only complaint is can give is that she didn't really get in there when cleaning up the cuticle area. I wanted her to get in there on the sides...but overall it was pretty good. Toes came out cute and we'll painted. The lady helping my mom was not so attentive...once my mom told her she just wanted a regular pedicure she kind of just started doing a lazy job...geesh! My mom wasn't too happy...I'll leave it at that. 4 stars for my service and 1 for the lady who helped my mom. Probably will be coming back here again. read more

I go to Lee because she knows what I like all the other lady's are nice too. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE NICK. I was referred to this place by a friend of mine who is another gogo dancer after I saw her with these beautiful CLEAR glittery nails. I was raving about the nails to my girls, who LOVE getting theirs done and one of them tried the place and found that Nick does Japanese Nail Art. Yes, he isn't a "certified" artist like those in Torrance or Little Tokyo, so his designs are limited, but for the price he charges, you get some pretty amazing work done. He mostly does flowers and some hearts, but they are well done. He is by far my favorite technician. He is So sweet and professional. I give them 4 and not 5 stars because I wish he could do the Japanese nail art on my TOES and because they have gotten my appointments screwed up MORE than once. My suggestion is that you are VERY clear with the person who answers the phone of your appointment time and date and EXACTLY what you want. I think the English is somewhat limited, so be prepared and patient. The pedi's here are fabulous too. They last long and the technicians are very meticulous. DEFINITELY recommend. read more

I've been here plenty of times over the last two years. It seems like there are always customers here no matter what time or day. I usually just do a walk in and they're always happy to take me. I especially like getting my manicures and pedicure done by Jenny. She's friendly and always gets it the way I want it. And she always remembers how I regularly do my nails before I even say anything to her. My French tip gel pedicures are only $27 and they last forever! I get my gel pedicures every two months or so. It's pretty entertaining to come in here and listen to the ladies gossip as I'm getting pampered. There's plenty of parking in front. I have been coming here for about ten years now. I still love this place even with the change in ownership because they have kept the same staff, which makes their business. The prices are affordable and everyone is good there. Usually, I get a spa pedicure and polish change. Which comes out to seventeen dollars. Occasionally, I do gel nails and that runs about twenty dollars extra. I highly recommend going to Nina, she is my favorite. She is professional, very thorough and accommodating... never rushing clients out of her chair. read more

The women and the one man who work here are nice and friendly. They are usually busy, but there is always at least 1 person available when I walk in, so I've never had to wait to get my nails done. I am pretty easy going, but they always do a good job no matter what I choose to do, including full sets, manicures, pedicures, etc. I get a different person every time I come in, but no matter what, they always respect my preference to not talk while getting my nails done. read more
