Never again will I come here. I came here once when i accidentally broke one nail so they fixed it. That one nail looked fine and I figured, next time ill give this place a shot.. (worst idea ever) They helped me right away but the lady kept doing the opposite of what I told her to do. I told her I wanted long nails and she gave me short, I said thin and natural and she heard super thick and bulky. I literally wanted to cry. I kept stopping her to tell her what I wanted and she kept saying " i know hunny , i know " I was so annoyed and upset. I wont come here again, cant wait till its time for a fill so I can go elsewhere and fix the damage this place did. read more

I called today to book an appointment and a girl gave me bad service I had asked for a specific person and all she said was no okay shes Booked you mean I asked for her name and she said Why and For What I tell her that Iwould never go there again becuase of her attitude and her service and she said Why REALLY .... Worst place ever! I've been coming here for four years and have never had an issue with my waxes the one time I use someone different they mess up horribly. I told the lady four times that I was allergic to baby oil and aloe Vera and she puts it on my face!!! I was very upset coming to this nail salon. Was recommended by a good friend of mine. I wanted to get my manicure & pedicure done for my birthday weekend & I showed them what I wanted & said they would do it. It was just a small heart on one of the nails & the rest would be navy blue & beige. So then when they got to my color they said they had no navy blue. I was upset, so then I just went all plain beige since it's a neutral color. Then I come to find out when I'm leaving they have a navy color hanging on the wall & they just didn't want to do the design I had showed them. Very upsetting plus they still charged me regular price even though I downgraded to just a plain color. NEVWR AGAIN! read more

They do an okay job but beware of the clientele: ghetto, rude, etc. I look forward to my mani/pedi bc it's a a moment to spoil myself so when a grown woman from "Santa Ana" thinks it's a place to start her shenanigans, it ruins everything. Another wonderful visit at Super Nail Tek! My nails are prone to breaking at the sides, mostly due to the weekly cleaning I insist on completing at our apartment, and recently been doing a yearly spring cleaning as well. This absolutely kills my nails even with an awesome gel manicure (gel spa pedicure ALWAYS stays fabulous, no matter what!). So I opted for a thin full set (not a big fan of the long chunky style) which not only came out exactly the way I envisioned but look almost natural! I picked a pale pink color which makes my nails look like I have a natural light tip. The look is perfect for a professional office style and a shorter length is great for typing on a keyboard all day. As always, the service was wonderful! Danny is so kind and a joy to have conversations with. Lisa has a magical touch and completes the callus remover without the slightest foot tickle. This is the only place I would recommend to my friends and coworkers. read more

These reviews are so true do not go here.I dont know how this nail shop is even in business still there customer services is terrible.I was here on Wednesday to get a gel manicure and spa pedicure.Let me tell you worst spa pedicure experience i have ever had they charge additional for a foot scrub that normally comes with a spa pedicure and she didnt even scrub off all the dead skin so i wasted money paying additional for no reason .After my pedicure was finished the lady didnt even put lotion on my feet so my feet were dry .To make my experience even worst no one was at the nail shop it was so empty i was the only one there so you would have thought i would have gotten excellent service but no. I asked for there color selection one of the lady's bring one color selection to choose from when they had other color selection sitting at the front desk .I was so upset when i left from this nail shop i do not recommend going here.Every bad review written here is definitely truly. read more

The people who work there look miserable Wouldn't recommend, don't ask for Jenny I would rather pay the extra 10$ elsewhere, lady was on her phone the entire time she left pieces of toilet paper in my hand, she twisted my finger, her idea of a manicure is used supplies and dirty towels, I picked a color and she argued with me saying it wouldn't look good, I didn't ask for her opinion, she just didn't want to put in the extra work because it was a delicate color, she left me there waiting while she took care of two other walk ins, and still didn't do a good job on my nails, and she still did that lousy single dollars cash back expecting a tip! took my wife to get her nails did and the lady was complaining as if she wasn't going to get paid because my wife apparently wanted some nails that take longer to do not sure but if your getting paid to do something you should do it the way the customer wants not the way is easiest for you -_- FAIL!!! Went last week to get a pedicure and they don't sterilize there tools! I watched one employee finish up with a client and walk over to the sink and rinse the tools and go work on another client with the same tools. The employee I had, finished up with a client and grabbed a sponge from the sink and put hand soap on the sponge and washed the spa. As I was sitting in the water, I dare not put my feet on the bottom of the spa. After washing the spa for 1 minute, she didn't even wash her hands before giving me a pedicure. I was praying she was going to put gloves on.... Yuck nasty! read more

I hate to write a bad review so I will just grade this salon and say my nails chipped two days after I had them painted.

The service was terrible. I am a nervous person and my hands kind of shake but I was trying to relax. The lady told me to pick a color and I chose a light pink color. The lady was being rude. she said "that color ugly" but I said I wanted that one. She was getting mad at me because I accidentally smeared paint on my finger. She got mad ,"no no, I told you to relax". I felt that she saw meas a stupid girl I could see it on her face but I was just nervous and It hurt me. I wanted to cry. Also the paint was really old and when it gets old well it's not good. Since I was new at this I didn't know how long I should be drying my nails. No one told me how long I should be there and no ladies that work there even bothered to tell me you are done. I know I should know but I didn't know but thankfully my cousin told me. I dried my nails for a good 30 min and the nail polish was horrible. I was just getting my cousin's purse and just by doing that my nail got chipped ,it didn't want to dry. The nail polish was old. I was in desperate need of a pedi today and decided to come here because my sister frequents this place and have been for years. I didn't have an appointment but on a Monday morning it wasn't busy at all. I heard this place gets pretty busy. Loved it. Walked in and all the ladies were super nice. Had the full treatment for a pedi since it's been years, sadly. I don't even know her name but she was an older woman in her 50's. She was very professional and fun to talk to. Told me, I'm too pretty to be single (nail salon talk...lol). The whole works for my pedi included so many different oils and massages and masks that I can't remember them all but my total came out to $26 which I find not that expensive for all that she did for me. I did also get flower designs which is extra of course. My feet are beautiful and smooth!!! Definitely coming back! read more

This place has full with a lot of memories for me. Starting from when my mother work here back in 1990's. My mother work with some of the ladies who are still here. They have transfer so many owner but kept the same ladies. Some of them are new but not that new. My family always come to this place to chit chat and get our nail done with good price. The lady's here are ok in what they do. They are only good with the basic stuff if that's what your looking for like me. I don't need flowers, 3Ds design or anything like that. I like mine classic and clean. I been going to Julie and I won't trade it for anyone else. It's super clean and very good on making sure your happy with what you get. She normally off on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. She might retired soon and I'm bummed about it because no one is like here. Ask for here and you'll know what I mean. read more

I have been going to this place for years and figure I should write a review right about now. I love this place for my pedicures. I especially like this place because they are great at trimming my cuticles which is not always done at thoroughly at other nail salons. If you like designs on your toes, they also do very intricate artwork. I do have to wait sometimes when I come on the weekend since the place isnt especially large. And i love the fact that Im not overcharged. read more

Came to this place since my co worker told me it was a pretty good spot ! Very rude and disappointing, I came in asking how much it was for a full set the lady in front told me $15 halfway done I wanted to pay and this other lady that works their wanted to charge me $27 I told her they had told me it would be $15 she said ohhh,,, than continue on saying she would charge me $17 because my nails were sharp never have I heard any nail place I've been to say they charge more for sharp nails which I didn't even ask for!
