We had spent the day at Pinnacles National Park and driving through Hollister and we were hungry!! And definitely don't want chain food, we always want to try and support some local business. We had the egg roll which wasn't bad but it wasn't special either, so I would pass in it. They were out of Spring rolls and I would have loved to try it. My family had pho and the chicken pho and they were all pleased with their selection. What I had was great!! Very flavorful, nice heat of spiciness. It's their #9 shrimp curry noodle. I instantly sent out recommendations to family and friends that would ever be in the area. Their Boba drinks were great too! The boba pearls were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were spot on!!! The service was good and friendly. This would would be a 5, the only knock is the egg roll. But I'd definitely would come back again if I'm in the area. read more

Watch the bill. Food was good. Server was friendly. My order was a large #8 and I was rang up for a large seafood. I saw it on the register. This meant it was $14.99 instead of $11.99. When I asked about this discrepancy, they said they gave me extra beef... This didn't actually feel like it was the case nor did I ask for extra beef or agree to be charged for it. I didn't find it worth arguing over. I still left a good tip and am giving them some stars. Super Noodle, please make sure that doesn't happen again or to future customers. Our order was not completed correctly. We ordered two #1 combinations. Upon opening the main add ins (meat/noodles) we only received the noodles paid for something we did t get. I don't know where to start. Do I start that every table was dirty? Or where I was shocked they were #1 Pho in San Benito County per the plaque on the wall. For $70 the food was blah at best no flavor but the water was mold flavor. So there is that.. While we were eating another family came was given a table but no one came back to help them so they left without eating. They were the lucky ones to got away. I have been going to this location since they opened and they have always seemed nice until I talked to one of the workers and found out if they don't get tipped cash they don't get their tips at all... the owner of the business steals from his employees. I've had the beef Pho the 3 times I've ordered Togo and all 3 times everything was absolutely delicious. Comes with noodles and beef and cilantro in a Chinese type take out container to be added to the lovely broth, with another bag of sliced jalapeños bean sprouts and fresh lime quarters mix it all together with a touch of sriracha and hoisin then enjoy !! Very very good I will be back. My only complaint is that on one occasion I tried to call ahead for my order but no one answered the phone. We were in Hollister for a wedding and stayed at a nearby hotel. Being Asian, we were craving some hearty soups. Friend found this place on yelp. It was the one of the only Asian spots in town. There's a wide variety of food. Pho, fried noodles, rice dishes. They even had bubble tea. I ordered the beef balls noodle soup in a large to share with my toddler. The quality was ok. The soup was a bit too sweet for me. I'm from San Jose and I had some really good Pho here so I already walked in with high expectations. I also ordered a strawberry smoothie for my toddler. Tasted it. Was just Strawberry Nestle Quik. She still enjoyed it. The place is decent. I'd come back if I was in town again. If you have time, drive to San Jose for great pho. read more

Terrible food, zero flavor. Leaving one star for the young man who helped us only because he was polite. Decided to stop here on a whim while on the way driving home. The restaurant is family owned as the owner and main cook (I presume) was entertaining his friends and introducing his sons who were also the waiters. I ordered chicken chow mein and a mango Boba and my husband ordered beef teriyaki with rice and a Thai Boba and we got the pot sticker appetizer. After we ordered the cook who was in the seating area with his friends went back to cook our food (we were the only ones inside) and came back less then ten minutes later and at the same time our food came. My chow mein had zero flavor and was so greasy that I could mop up excess with a napkin. My husbands teriyaki was less greasy but was so salty thst it was hardly enjoyable. The pot stickers were mediocre. The bobas were very watery and lukewarm. I realize this place has a lot of good reviews for the pho but given the name super noodle I'd expect the rest of their food to be just as good. I ate my food because I was starving after being on the road for almost four hours but I will never be back or recommend this place to anyone. SUPER disappointed. read more
