Mr. Kim and team helped me with a project to install a 240 V outlet in my garage for my electric car. This was a great experience: 1. As anyone should do, I got multiple quotes (5) for this project and Mr. Kim's quote was the most reasonable and transparent. Many quotes I got had no rhyme or reason for how it was contrived. 2. Mr. Kim came home to assess the project first before providing me with a quote. All other electricians just gave a number without better understanding the details. 3. The work was done in an efficient manner. He explained everything that was done and tidied up after everything was tested and completed. We were quite panicked because our whole electric system at home was going crazy with major flickering on all lights and appliances. Mister Kim was kind, calm and very knowledgeable. Despite his busy schedule, he took time to listen to us, advised us over the phone and squeezed us in his schedule as soon as he could. He was supposed to come tonight, got an opening this morning and came over after making sure I was home. Extremely polite and caring (covered his shoes to enter, vacuumed after his work), he found the problem after some testing, went to buy a new breaker at a specialty store and came back to fix everything. Had a 220v NEMA outlet installed for my Tesla Model 3. Wonho offered the best price among all quotes I got, and the service was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable about Tesla models. I was actually considering to install a Wall Charger, but he explained it might be an overkill given that my M3 SR+ can get up to only 32A which can be surely provided with a mobile charger. I followed his suggestion and saved $500 by returning the wall charger. I will definitely work with him again for other electrical issues. read more
