The service was great. I called at 2:30 in the afternoon for a burnt outlet to my stove. Pat arrived soon after that. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He replaced it rather quickly. I then asked him about smoke detectors in my house because they were seriously lacking as well as carbon monoxide. He drove to Home Depot to pick up a smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector and installed it. I feel much safer. He offered to drive to Home Depot. I reached out to Superpower Electric to get a quote for upgrading my 60 year old Federal Pacific panel to a 200A one. Wonho provided a very quick response and estimate and set up a time to come check it out. He was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of upgrading versus replacing, and his quote was very fair based on the others I'd seen. He answered many questions I had about what work was needed and gave a very honest assessment about what he recommended, without upselling. In the end, we agreed to upgrade the panel, add a 30A 240v plug for a dryer, and rewire the kitchen which was running on a single circuit. In the end, the panel upgrade went extremely smoothly, and the inspection passed without a hitch. Wonho and his assistant were able to do the replacement in about 2 days work, then finished the rewire and dryer plug on the day of the inspection.
