This was one of the fastest experiences at a smog place I have had in a while. In and out within about 5 minutes. Used the 4 dollar off yelp check I so it was only about 20 dollars. Clearly marked signage do you know where to park and what to do. Right by the 215 and windmill off ramp so easy to get to. read more

This is the first time I have had to have my smog done here in Nevada but I must say this was a lot easier than California. I drove up and paid kept the car running he scanned the bar code in the car door, came back hooked up the car and was done in a flash. Amazing, fast and friendly. Will be back every year. Especially since it's just down the street from me. Perfect. read more

I made one phone call to Super Smog One, and with how amazing their customer service was - I wasn't going any place else. They were very fast and efficient. They got the job done right away and the lady was very friendly. They also had the cutest bulldog ever, which made my experience 10x better. I received $4 off with checking in through yelp and they give out free drinks and candy! I paid $20 and they had me in and out in less than 5 minutes! read more

I got a coupon from this smog station in the mail and my renewal had come in a few days prior so I decided to save the coupon and set a date to go get this done. We drove up to the station and stayed in our car and it was done within 3-5 minutes, paid and then done! The process itself was easy and the man working there was friendly. I'll come back next year. Smog checks are an annual and necessary inconvenience when you own a vehicle in Vegas. Super Smog One is a great place to get it done, and the high ratings prompted me to plan a trip across town to pick this spot over others. Service was extremely quick- I pulled up, was immediately attended to, and remained in my car for the entire transaction. Yelp check in discount was honored, no reference was made to the car wash part of the wording. I can't say that the smog experience here differs greatly from the norm but the service is polite, and it feels good to support what appears to be a small family business rather than a large chain. read more

After seeing that this place was highly rated on Yelp last year, we had to go back when we needed to renew our registration this year even though we moved further away. We've encountered 3 different individuals who had run our smog check and all were super nice and extremely quick. You drive in, they hook up a cable to your vehicles' computer, take your odometer reading, take your payment and you're done in under 10 minutes! Yes, the service person is wearing a mask during this time and they respect your space. Check in on your Yelp app to show the service person and boom, easy discount! The data is sent off to the DMV almost instantaneously which helped tremendously since our registration was due in the following day we were in. The guy that helped us even directed us to the nearest Albertsons where there's a DMV kiosk. Easy peasy! Smog check and registration renewed within 30 minutes! read more

Came here on a Sunday to smog my older car that requires a tailpipe emission test. Josh was very thorough and got it done with no problem. I was in and out in quick fashion. The guy that conducted the service was friendly and cordial. Bonus, I was offered free candy. It's not going to be a super detailed review but the smog test was over and done before you knew it, and I was back on the road before I could examine this place with a critical eye. The Yelp reviews are true here. Ronnie is professional and friendly. No up-sells, no gimmicks, and if there is a check in offer, he brings it up! The shop is located right behind the Shell gas station, so if you pull into the gas station, hang a slight left and you will see it with a bunch of flags and Smog signs. You can stay inside your car too! Easy peasy, but I got out to look around and what did I see? A small bowl of free candy! How nice! Just don't take the whole thing. Leave some for others too. The smog check was less than 10 minutes and about $25. It costs a little less if there is a check in offer on Yelp. So glad they were open half day on Sunday too. Will definitely recommend to others and will come back again. read more

Do you send the smog straight to the DMV?

Yes the smog will be in the DMV database before you can get your certificate.

If I get a smog check will it tell me where the exact EVAP leak is (engine light is on and got EVAP leak code)?

It can typically specify the size of the leak, but not the exact location. The location can sometimes be deducted from the size.

Can I renew my registration here as well?

I've received multiple pieces of junk mail from this business for someone who doesn't even live at my house. I called and spoke with the OWNER mulitple times and asked him to remove this address from his mailing list because I do not want any unsolicited mail sent here, and the person it is addressed to does not even live here. At no point did I ever yell or be rude in any way, I was quite calm, but he thought that yelling at me and calling me various names was appropriate because he didn't want to bother to take 1min to take me off an unsolicited marketing list of his? He said "Get a life, it's just 1 piece of mail a month! What are you, some kind of idiot? Get a life!" and hung up on me! I called back a few times to ask if he would at least try to find his marketing guy's contact info so I could call him myself, and he continued to shout "Get a life and stop calling! Just treat it like junk mail and throw it away." without listening to anything I was trying to ask him. He called me quite a few other names, insulted me personally multiple times, and called me stupid. Any respectable business employee (and especially the OWNER, in this case!) should say "I don't have my marketing contact's info but I'd be happy to contact them as soon as I can to have you removed from our list." I even informed him that denying my request to be removed from said marketing/mailing lists constitutes a legally actionable offense, which I am fully prepared to pursue as each infraction awards me with $500, and he has already blatantly committed 2 infractions and was quickly heading toward at least 2 more if I receive any further mailings. When I called back I could never ask him if he would just email me once he found his marketing guy's contact info because he would just immediately start yelling and shouting insults at me. He actually told a customer to pick up the phone the last time I called! The customer was actually a reasonable sounding person who agreed to ask the owner to email me with his marketing guy's contact info, and the customer took down my email address and (I assume) gave it to the owner. There are dozens of smog shops in Las Vegas, but I suggest avoiding this one at all costs unless you want to be treated like dirt by a business owner who knowingly breaks laws and admits he doesn't care! read more

Needed to get the smog check on my vehicle...I saw the ratings on Super Smog One and since it was on my way to work decided to give it a try. The technician greeted me quickly, offered me a cold beverage and got to work assessing the vehicle. He was courteous, professional and quick. Get your smog check here. Ronnie is a great guy and gives excellent customer service. I've been coming here for years before he took over and he made the place look nice, clean and neat. Maybe passing the smog test is our main concern, but for him to go that extra mile, it only means he likes what he does and wants to earn your business. I needed a smog check on an older vehicle and was a little nervous it may not pass. My suspicion was correct, however Ron saved the day and my car passed. They had me sold at soda and candy. All jokes aside the smog test took less than 2 minutes and they truly are the fastest and best smog business in Vegas. Peyton always provides top-notch customer service as he is friendly, attentive, and thoughtful in ensuring my repair needs are properly taken care of. On my latest visit, when I went to renew my registration and attain a smog check, I saddeningly witnessed one of the employees, Gina, get harassed by a contemptuous customer. The woman, a Karen, was upset about her vehicle's diagnosis and stated inflammatory comments in that she scrutinized some of the Hispanic employees for English being their second language. These remarks were highly unnecessary, given it did not pertain to the underlying issue of her vehicle needing some work. Anyhow, Gina handled the situation with incredible professionalism and composure. She stayed calm, respectful, and empathetic, however, the Karen was insulted by her rapport and silenced her. Nevertheless, Gina respected her boundaries and focused on doing her job, which frankly highlighted a lot about her character. Beyond Gina's professionalism and exemplary customer service, she is exceedingly experienced and knowledgeable. She has worked on my vehicle multiple times and always leaves me feeling confident that everything was correctly done. Finding an autoshop with both effective technical skill and such a high level of customer care is thinly dispersed, although, this shop never leaves me disheartened.
