Extremely Disappointing Experience at Super Cuts I recently visited Super Cuts with high hopes of getting a quick and efficient haircut. However, my experience turned out to be an utter disappointment. Not only did I have to endure an hour-long wait, but I eventually discovered that my name hadn't even made it to the top of the list for selection. It was a frustrating and disheartening situation. Upon arriving at the salon, I was informed that there was a slight wait time of approximately 10 minutes. Despite the inconvenience, I decided to patiently wait, assuming that the staff would ensure a smooth process. However, as the minutes turned into an hour, my frustration grew. To make matters worse, when it was finally my turn--or so I thought--I was shocked to find out that my name hadn't even been called, let alone selected for a haircut. The salon staff seemed indifferent and disorganized, giving no explanation or apology for the oversight. It was as if my time and presence were completely disregarded. The entire experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer. The lack of communication and disregard for my time was unacceptable. As someone who values punctuality and efficiency, this kind of service is simply not acceptable. Waiting for an hour for a mere 10-minute wait that didn't even materialize was an absolute waste of my time. I understand that salons can get busy, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, proper communication and transparency are essential in such situations. The salon should have informed me of the delay and offered alternatives or compensation for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, my experience at Super Cuts was far from satisfactory. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and without a haircut. I strongly urge the management to address these issues promptly, improve their organization and communication skills, and ensure that no other customer has to endure such a disheartening experience in the future. I regretfully state that I cannot recommend Super Cuts based on my recent experience. Sadly I still recall going with a female co worker here. I was her driver. We still,sadly recall a very nice female Hispanic customer. She was very nice. She wanted to get all hooked up for some wedding she was going to. She sat down for the female hair stylist. Great Service. Both stylists were awesome! Came in Sunday around 1pm the day after 4th of July and thought it would be slow (Holiday weekend). Oh man was I wrong. Staff greeted me and told me I had about an hour to an hour and a half wait. I didn't mind waiting. I told them take your time I didn't have anywhere important to be. Waited for an hour before I gave up as i wasn't prepared for an evening at the DMV. Not sure what the point of calling ahead is.
