I was charged $77 for the service, and my hair initially came out uneven and "choppy" looking. I did ask for long face framing layers. When I went back to address it, I was told I should have blow-dried my hair first before the cut/style, but that would have been an additional charge. That was confusing to me because I assumed that would be included in the wash/blow dry/ style I already paid for. They did fix it when I returned, and my hair looks "fine" now, but I don't think the price was worth the service I got. read more

Would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. I walked in for a HAIRCUT & left with extra service charges on processes they recommended. They don't know how to communicate to customers. They lack professionalism. They don't know how to greet a customer that walks in. It's sad I was treated with such disrespect. Never have I felt so compelled to write a review. Horrible service. 2 of my daughters went in, one got charged $75 dollars for having long hair. The other got charged $60 but they both had the same requests. We were also charged 40+ DOLLARS for a wash and style we DID NOT ask for. Called and complained, workers began stuttering when I asked if they had told my daughters about the additional fees. They are scammers and liars. Take advice from these reviews and don't cut your hair there. Also they were so rude. Daughters walked in, nobody said hi or greeted them. $137 dollars down the drain for terrible service. read more

No she never asked me to do shampoo and blowout so that's a lie. A went a couple days after to another salon, and even my new stylist said they had given me a bad haircut, so she fixed it. So in other words the stylist is saying she only does good jobs if you spend more money. read more

Made an appointment for my Son Friday at 4 with Adela. We showed up on time. Adela came to the counter and said "you need a haircut"? I said "we have an appointment at 4 today". She said no your appointment was yesterday. Um, first of all how do you know my appointment was yesterday, you didn't even look in your books, your just guessing? Then she asked if we could come back at 5:30. My son was leaving out of town that day, so no we couldn't just come back he had a flight to catch. Be careful when booking here, you may not have an appointment, have a back up plan. Lady Adela didn't care, she brushed us off like oh well. Luckily we were able to get an appointment same day just 20 min later at DiClemente Salon!! Book with B! She did a great job! Facility is clean and friendly. read more

Worst waxing I've ever gotten! I asked if they do facial waxing and the lady did not seem sure if they did so she went to ask the owner and she said yes it's $45 so I went and thought everything was fine but as the lady "prepped" my skin, i let her know that I had some makeup on my face so she could remove it, and she used a dry cotton ball on my face to "remove" my makeup. She also burned my face and gave me a horrible rash. I'm pretty sure the lady that waxed me only knew how to eyebrow wax but didn't want to lose a customer, so that's why she said "yes". she also used the tube dispenser of the aloe gel on my face to apply the aloe and then put the tube back in the bottle!! They're lucky I'm not pressing charges. After being there for an hour, she did not get all of the hairs and blamed it on my hair saying that it was too thin so that's why it didn't remove. Not to mention the horrible bedside manner from the owner of the establishment giving me attitude because I didn't carry cash, when I had asked if they accept card. She told me "next time bring cash" as if I'm going there ever again. I normally never leave bad reviews anywhere but this place takes the cake for the worst waxing service ever. read more

Came in as a walk-in since I was back in my hometown visiting. The salon seemed cute and somewhat affordable but the service was pretty bad. I had a friend mess up the bleaching of my hair and came to get it evened out. The small talk while the stylist was doing my hair was straight just her calling my hair ugly and laughing at what my friend did. Literally just that - I humored it at first but she would keep bringing it up - thats all she would talk about. Once she was showing me the result, she made it seem like if I wanted to take it a bit shorter or make any changes then, I would need to pay for a second haircut. Other salons I've been to don't finish the cut until the client is happy. If you want people to come back, maybe don't be rude to clients and listen to what they want - Wouldn't recommend... read more

Scheduled an appt for Saturday with one stylist that was recommended confirmed time days in advance- showed up to the appt and I stated I had the appt and they sat me down with a new person! I asked for Long layer and got short layers and as she blow dried she was pulling My hair out !! If you make appt please confirm with who and that they are available, it's nonsense to say yes and then send them to someone new and she didn't even say anything !! I asked for price but said it depends on process which was informed until end of bad service. I would give 0 stars if I could, if you look at her page most of the hair looks the same. It's as if she only does that type of hair, I asked for a very soft bronde (brown blonde) and instead she gave me a very light blonde. They left me and someone else with bleach in our hair for 2 hours without regularly checking up on the hair. They didn't let our toner sit for more than five minutes and when I told her about how light my hair was and complained she insisted on how it would look darker once dry. It was still super light after ( almost white on some pieces.) The lady that did my cousin seemed very inexperienced constantly asking for help. We asked for baby lights and they gave us highlights/ balayage we wanted baby lights for the natural outgrown look and they gave us highlights to the root insisting it would look better when we told them multiple times that it was not what we wanted. overall they left my hair the complete opposite of what i asked for and left my cousin looking like a zebra with thick, chunky highlights. When it comes to bleaching and dyeing she is honest and makes it clear it will be a process and takes time.
