I sat and saw everyone who was there before me and everyone who came in after me be helped. Finally at 1:50 I asked the girl how much longer it would be. She said it'd be another 25 minutes (after I've already waited an hour and a half). I asked her why and she said the stylist had to take a color, which wasn't planned. Really? I put my name down so either (a) you told me the wrong wait time or (b) you took someone who came in after me and didn't bother to tell me. Estebana is Amazing! I have gotten so many compliments on my hair cuts with Estebana. She's patient, and is super meticulous with her hair cuts! She does both men and women. She takes her time, and is super chill to have conversations with. She does get a lot of "requests" so her wait time might a bit longer so its always a good idea to call ahead and check if she is available...even if u have to wait a bit, you can hop over to panera, grab a drink, and bring her back a cookie...lol. read more

So just needed a trim after a disasterous "I can just cut my own hair at home what can go wrong" and boy did it go wrong so after letting it grow a bit I needed to just even everything out and I saw this was close to me so I though why not. So on a slow Sunday I went. I used the app to add my name to the list and seeing the reviews I decided to try Estebania. Had to wait a bit but it was not a big deal to me as I made sure to give myself enough time for my later engagements and thus not in a rush so not a deal breaker. So when its time for my hair Estebania was sooooo nice sli showed her the cut I wanted and she gave me her professional opinion on what would work and what wouldnt we came to an agreement and went right to work. We talked thoughout the cut...and in summary I loved it....i asked for a trim and FINALLY I got the trim I wanted and needed. Overall I loved this place....even though I only saw one person I'm a have to see if I can see the other girls working there as everyone I saw working on other people were doing great jobs. Front desk person was so sweet....always smiling....giving ballons to kids. It was nice atmosphere overall. Charged me 3 times and then got mad at me when I told her to give me my card back. The lady charging me kept insisting that I didn't get charged when I had already looked at my bank account which was charged $75 for a $25 hair cut. The lady who cut my hair cut it the wrong way. I just went there today to get a new style, Let me just say I have been going there for 5 years and i'm a VERY good tipper if the job is done right. But I never, NEVER had such a bad cut today! In fact I never had the GREAT opportunity to get my haircut by BERTHA!! (she's a short mexican woman, with light brown cruly hair and she has eye liner tattooed i believe, And she NEVER SMILES!) if you ever get her STEER CLEAR she is by far the worst stylist I EVER HAD! I showed her a picture of what style i wanted my haircut, she glanced and said "ok ". She never measured the length of my hair NOR tried to even my damn sides! my right side is longer than my left!! I mean she only took 7min to do my haircut! WHICH IS SOO HORRIBLE!!! I called them and just told them that they have lost a regular customer, from now on i'm going to make sure NO ONE gets a haircut from this so called stylist. I have never ever been soo angry in my life. I would like to nominate Bethany for hair stylist OF THE YEAR! I have been coming to Bethany for hair cuts for over 4 years now and it was after 2 that we started our color relationship. This lady is one of a kind and a true asset to not only her store but to the super cuts company. Other women have told me about how much they paid for their styling and color treatments from big named salons and still had complaint. I have to this day never walked out of my salon unsatisfied and even when I do not know what I want Bethany is patient enough to take the time to discuss it with me. From the endless hours she puts into my hair to the endless stories I tell her she always greats me enthusiastically and I come out of the salon much happier than when I went in. This next year will make half a decade of excellent service with a stylist any girl could dream of and I get to come to her for half the price and all the personality. Love Love Love her! I called ahead and was helped right away as soon as the 35 minutes were up, so pretty good estimate they gave me as usual Estebana helped me this time around and helped me achieve this bold cut I was looking for (my profile picture here) I really really loved the cut, everything was done wonderfully and her advice was spot on. I came out 100% satisfied with the service given to me, I know achieving this cut took a lot longer than most haircuts. My boyfriend also came in with me and he never leaves happy with haircuts he gets but for the first time he was really happy with his haircut too (sorry I don't remember the stylist name but she has purple-ish hair ) so we will definitely be coming back! I went to salon with a picture of how I wanted my hair to look as a matter of fact I even told the hairdresser that I wanted my hair to look a bit longer. Well Bertha the hairdresser took it upon herself to cut my hair really short, when I saw that she had to cut it short I asked her why she had done that, she said well I showed you the length and I couldn't believe it, she has telling me that I had asked for my hair that short, she took less than 7minutes to cut my hair and then said okay you are done, I was still in shocked and asked her if they would blow dry it, she said that was not what you asked that is separately but I don't have time someone else will have to do it. She said had me sit with another hairdresser to blow dry my hair, and the more I looked at it the more upset I became, I couldn't help it and started crying I couldn't believe it, I then told her that she should at least apologize and she laughed and said that she had cut my hair like I told her to, I asked her to look at the photo and see how she had not. She continue to laugh, I told them that I wouldn't pay for the haircut just the blowout , I was told that a manager would call me back, and it has been 3 days and no call. I wanted to like this place soo much specially because I've come here before and I've gotten haircut from grisel. She is awesome. I figured the stylist that did my haircut would be just as awesome and experienced but she totally sucked, and did a haircut I did not want! I should of just walked out and not payed. She left my hair like a masculine mushroom cut aha like ruby rose and I'm no ruby rose :'(.. my hair is above my ear, I wanted it to fall below my ear so I can sweep it behing me ear and a bit layered so I could blow dry it and add volume..I told her not cut my bangs really short I just wanted them at a angle because I sweep them to my right side, my bangs where already at chin length and she left them at the same length as my eyebrows!!!!!just awful like if she put a bowl over my head and cut around it..I wanted to slap this lady for taking the freedom to do as she wanted or to her ability vs what I asked her for and per the image I provided her to get an idea of what I wanted..I wish I could remember her name but I figured it's not worth because I will never return here.... It's best to go elsewhere to pay a little more and get what you want...lesson learned never stray from my regular stylist even if she's busy, she is busy because she's that good!! read more
