Went in be cause it's been WAY too long between trims. My hair is wicked long and I have a lot so usually it's just a pain. Had some time and decided to just pop in and get it done. Was greeted right away and they explained it would be 45 min or longer. Not a problem. I saw 2 people getting color, 2 people waiting and a gentleman mid cut. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a full 45 min, but I was called over. Danielle asked me what I was looking for. Let her know I'm very low maintenance and usually wear my hair up for work. She showed me how much she thought she should cut off to make it healthy and while it was more than I wanted, I trusted her opinion. So glad I did! Decided to splurge and get it washed and that was amazing! Danielle was really awesome. She listened to what I wanted and I am so happy I went in. Some of the conversation went to color and she let me know about their options and I'm so glad she did. Turns out I spend way more "saving money" buying boxes of color when it would be the same cost to have her do it! It is right next to my work which makes it even more convenient. Danielle is amazing. I strongly recommend having her cut your hair. She did an amazing job on my mop! I think I may actually go more than once every 8 months now! read more

Having curly hair is hard because most salons don't know how to cut it even thought it is such a common type of hair. When I walked in this salon, I immediately asked the hair stylists (after greeting them) if they were comfortable cutting curly hair, and they said yes. I told the woman who was doing my hair that I just wanted a small trim and a long layer added with a few face framing pieces. I specifically her before my haircut that I wanted my hair to remain thick with no thinning of my hair. She agreed and started cutting my hair. Towards the end of the haircut, I noticed she picked up a different tool to cut my hair and it didn't sound right. I asked her if she was doing my layer, and she said no, she was done layering my hair and now she was thinning my hair out. I was appalled and shocked. I asked her why she would do that when I wanted my hair thick with no thinning, and she just looked at me like a deer in headlights, and then said that she wanted my layers "to show". I asked her why she would do that without permission, especially when I told her not to. She just shrugged and said that thinning people's hair was a part of layering, but I've never been to a salon where they do that. She did not care. Curly hair takes forever to grow and it takes a lot of trust and hope to walk into a salon ask for a haircut. This place is definitely untrustworthy! Do not go here! read more

Horrible experience went there with my 3 sons to get haircuts yes 2 of 3 are young but very experienced at the barber and know how to sit still during haircuts we started with my youngest son told the lady what hair cut we wanted and showed a picture told us multiple times that what we wanted was to short for him last time I checked he is my child not yours!!! So do your job and cut his hair like I ask!!! During the cut she cut behind his ear in multiple places to the point of it bleeding quite a bit she rushed through the haircut it wasn't even the same length I don't know if she is too old or what during this there was some guy who was going to cut my oldest sons hair because the old lady said he couldn't cut younger kids hair turns out he can't cut hair at all after about what seemed like an hour he said he was done his line was crooked hair was different lengths and he looked goofy as could be on to the 3rd son got his haircut by the old lady again tried to shave his head all different lengths his line looked like he did himself so to sum it up one child looked like a teletubbie the other one looked like a 4 year old cut his hair and the oldest one I don't even know how to describe how bad this was thankfully there was one lady 3rd chair in on the left who I asked to fix their hair she was able too but when fixing she asked what I happened upon this no apology for cutting my son and still had the hill to try and charge me for that till I said something long story short don't go here unless you want to look like a teletubbie or a demented k pop star read more

My husband cut his hair with Les and she cut his ear. Didn't even acknowledge that she cut him even though he had blood dripping down his ear and neck. We will never go back to this place. Sorry supercuts I wanted to love this place, and at first everything was great, but unfortunately after this haircut, I won't be back and I won't be recommending supercuts either. Two stars for cleanliness and the staff is great! Very friendly, polite, and welcoming. They have so many hair products fully stocked so if you need anything I'm sure they have it. Location is great too. Very nice. Now to my haircut My hair was almost to my waist and I just wanted layers and bangs to add wave and volume to my hair. I told the stylist I wanted to keep my hair as long as I could but to cut all the dead off. She said she would cut about 2 inches off (my hair is right under my shoulders now, a little more than 2") and layer the rest. I didn't notice anything until I got home and styled my hair myself but boy was I in for a surprise! My layers are NOT subtle at all, they are blunt and choppy and the layers in the back are longer than the layers in the front! My bangs don't blend with the rest of my hair either and its a total mess! I can't even wear my hair down now and I now have to get my hair chopped off completely to my shoulders just to get it fixed! Ughhh.... The stylist was super sweet but I won't be coming back ever! First time here, needed a medium-length cut with no styling, scissors on top, trimmer on the sides, no idea what numbers. I think the hairdresser's name was Fatimeh; I think she was less experienced. She was meticulous with blending and frequently asked me what I thought of the length. The haircut took 2x as long, but my hair turned out good except for my bangs being longer on one side. The price was $25 with tip, more than my usual place but noticeably better quality. I'll probably come here again. read more

Horrible experience today, took my two young boys for a cut. My 3 year old received a cut from a new person in shop. I specifically told her to only scissor cut and trim his hair. She cut way too short so much so that another stylist had to cone fix her mistake. There was no coming back. Between the both of them they left my son bald. I was very upset. All she could do is smile and nod? I guess she didn't understand me but instead of asking clarification she went ahead and kept cutting. Two stars for decent service and courtesy, along with efficiency. However, I received a really bad haircut today. I went in with limited knowledge on hair and its terminology, as I don't have any sort of unique style, just REALLY thick, wavy hair. I asked for a trim, cutting a decent 1.5 inches off. However, all the stylist did was wet my hair and make the chop, then sent me on my way. I was confused because a normal, full-length haircut would AT LEAST require the stylist to run through the rest of my hair and not leave most of it untouched?? Now my hair is in a blunt cut, that is somehow uneven?? And as many would know, thick hair needs to be combed through carefully as a blunt cut will make it look huge! Although my split ends are mostly gone, I'm extremely unhappy with the cut that took literally less than five minutes (no exaggeration!) and a stylist who didn't really seem to care. I don't plan on returning here for a future cut. Not worth the $20. read more

Horrible, just horrible. Worst haircut of my life. Went on a Friday afternoon. Even though it was mostly empty, I still had to wait 30 minutes because they only had three people working. My "stylist" felt compelled to sweep the entire shop floor before calling me. She did this as slowly as you could imagine. Really? The haircut was horrible. I have a very conservative haircut, just needed a trim. I was very clear on what I wanted, simple cut. The cut took 30+ minutes! usually my cuts are done in 10 - because it is so easy and straight forward. The gal shaved my sides and back way too high, not just on the sides, but all the way up to the top of my head. The "blending" to the top was a complete miss. I am so embarrassed about how bad it looks. Even my wife couldn't say "it's not that bad" and she can sugar coat most anything. I don't think it can be fixed without just cutting it all off. Came in for a hair cut and shampoo. The older woman who cut my hair barely cut my hair but just trim the edges. And I have been to other salons where blowing dry the client's hair is part of routine after shampooing cuz ones hair is wet! But this woman charged me for blow drying because she couldn't cut my hair to the style I requested! What a rip off. I now know why supercut has such terrible reputation!!! Horrible. Absolutely horrible. IF YOU HAVE CURLY OR WAVY HAIR, DO NOT GO HERE. (I'm a guy) I used to have luscious wavy hair, like a semi-Afro, and asked for a simple trim (3 on the sides, 1/2 inch off the top). But the lady cutting my hair cut AT LEAST 3 inches off the top and did my edges way too high. The right length of my hair is much longer than the left side, and now I look like a porcupine on a rainy day. Worst haircut I have ever had. I wanted the shaved sides of my head to go higher by about .5 to an inch. She sectioned then cut the length then shaved.. very quickly and did not check with me before the initial cutting... when I got home and took my hair down I saw she missed spots! So I had chopped hairs that were cut in her initial chop... but not shaved.. spots on my neck were missed. And she took wayyyyyyyyy more off the back than what I asked... instead of having a side shave I now have the side and back shaved..... I thought it was a simple ask but I learned the hard way. I went here about a week ago to cut my son's hair for his 3rd birthday. I'm sure they do well with adult cuts, but I wasn't happy at all with my 3 year old son's hair cut/ experience. I cant recall the name of the woman who helped us, which no doubt she was really nice, but let's just say I wouldn't go back to have her cut my son's hair again. My son is a toddler & he did pretty well. Didn't resist or move too much, of course at times towards the end, he did become a little impatient, which is what we should expect from a child. But the woman who helped us, seemed as if she's never cut a kids hair before. She wasn't trying to help him stay calm & still, just backed up every time he moved & didn't give a "kid- friendly" experience to help my son. I've had my son's hair cut many times & so I'm familiar with the #'s any Barber uses to tell how short you want his hair. I asked for 1 around the bottom of his head, & 2 for the top. His hair was soooo short & looked nothing like I normally have it when we've went to other barbers. She even cut the side of his head with the clippers. They charge $17 a cut not including tip, so I paid more then what I would normally paid. It was a horrible experience & I will never go back. I am new to the area so I thought I could try a new place closer to me, but I was wrong. And I'd drive the extra few miles to get a better looking cut, more importantly a better experience for my son. read more

And the lady who was doing hair still happened to mess it up. I didn't want a Bob cut I had a pixie style haircut. I got a straight forward cut. It looks embarrassing!. Now I can't get it fixed!. I didn't tip her cause it was not a satisfying cut. I look stupid with the cut she gave me. Then when she blowed dried my hair she didn't even do it right she made it stiff and put tons of hairspray on. I don't need hairspray I need a better cut.
