Wondering if Supercuts stylists are post-Covid in another business other than haircuts now. Has anyone seen my earring? Lg CZ Diamond stud kept in ear always. Heard a clink. Felt my ear & it was gone. Not a loose earring. Worn always. Took shower, washed & dried hair just before arriving. Had been in chair over half hr. Hadn't removed mask or jostled ear in anyway. What caused earring to fly 2-3' from chair? When I discovered it gone, I asked- 'Did I lose my earring?' Hair stylist Acted surprised, but showed no concern & said little. I glanced around & saw my stud 2+ ft from chair. No back in sight. Hair stylist didn't offer at anytime to help me find it or the back of it. Didn't try to sweep up & see if it was in hair clippings around. So odd. She should have helped, since she caused my earring to fly across the room. I left w/o the back & almost left w/o the stud. One thing is for sure, I will NEVER go back! No help or effort put forth in finding my jewelry that was Ripped from my body by either accident or on purpose. It felt planned. I Felt fleeced, almost robbed! I'm 30+ yr Super cuts customer & this has NEVER happened before. Left sad. Losing faith in post-Covid society. If that was not bad enough lady who finally decided to help me she thought I was cutting my hair. When I tried to explain that's not what i came in for she seemed upset and confused. Came in at 9:00 am for a 9:00 am appointment. Door was unlocked so we went in. The 2 employees inside told us to get out because they are not ready. I asked her if my mom can stay inside to sit as she is disabled and one of the employee just gave me a disgusting reaction with no response to my question if my mom can stay seated in the waiting area. It's currently 9:15 and the 2 employees are still "getting ready". Terrible service. Do not come to this place. read more

I checked in online and arrived and check in with the store. The reception I received when I checked is was pretty yuck with her just saying give us a while. Fast forward 58 minutes and they called people that walked in 30 minutes after I did. I questioned my turn in line and was told I did not check in. The person that checked me in said she did. They could only say once the customers they called, that hadn't even warmed the seats, were done I would be next. Sorry but I walked out. I have longer hair, and I usually get a fade on the sides and back only. Bertha greeted me as I walked and took me. She asked what I wanted and I asked for a zero fade on the sides and back. Instead of telling me she doesn't know how to do a fade. She decided to just shave off my hair. When I came back home I also noticed that my hair wasn't even (she forgot to shave off part of it). She charged me $28 dollars for a 3 min haircut and didn't even do what I asked her to do. read more

Rather than apologizing for the mistake or for the unpredictable outcome, they made excuses to make it seem like their customer is at fault. Well, just had my hair cut done and the lady that did my hair name SONIA was not very nice at all. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted and she disagreed with it. She said " Oh your hair is so fine and it will not come out the same way like the one on the picture". I said " OK" and I already could tell that she will be a complainer,then showed her another picture of a haircut which is very simple and just a straight line cut. I have asked her maybe she can just do this straight cut to make her comfortable .She said " Oh , I'm very comfortable " . Then I've ask her if she can do a little bit of layer on each sides of my front hair and again she disagreed and again started saying that she can't do it because my hair is different but did it anyways.She sprayed my hair and my FACE ( on purpose) with water. I just felt embarrassed on how she was talking to me when I asked her if she can do the haircut like the picture I showed her. There is a way on how to speak with customers. She needed more of a customer service. Very disappointed with her manner. And I didn't like it when she was spraying my face with water without even saying sorry. I expect some spraying on my face because she was spraying my hair with water but I felt like she was spraying my face on purpose. I'm sure there is a camera installed and hope the owner reviews it. Today I needed to get my haircut, so I called this Supercuts location. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I put my name in and told them I would be there in 10 minutes. After the 10 minute drive I arrived and there were a number of people waiting. I waited patiently for 20 minutes as I watched customer after customer go before me. Finally, I went up to the counter and inquired. She looked down and said "Oh, you'll be next. It should only be 15 minutes more." I told her the woman behind the counter it was unacceptable to lie on the phone about the wait time and that it isn't right. I left. I then called the Supercuts at Newhall Crossing which had no wait. I put my name in, drove over and they took me right away. Got a great cut there! Additonally, I learned their price for a haircut is cheaper, too than this one! Why waste your time with bad customer service and higher prices when you can get it done elsewhere, where they make it right? read more

I made a reservation for two haircuts. The lady that answered the phone gave me 2 pm and 2:30 for an appointment. We were there waiting for almost an hour then I followed up after waiting for so long when the lady said that they didn't have my reservation while the other lady I talked to on the phone to make a reservation was just right next to her and ready to clock out. The other lady doing a haircut across the room yelled that she asked me when we entered if we have a reservation and I said "yes" because we did call for a reservation. The lady at the front desk was upset that we even asked how long do we have to wait coz they're already behind. If they only told me on the phone that there's no available spots, instead of giving me two time slots it will be ok, no time wasted. Fary was so good with my hair today. I walked in and she said she would take me without an appointment. I got my 3 inch trim quickly and professionally in a quiet and clean space after the other salon I made an appointment with overbooked. I took a chance on this Supercuts and was grateful for the excellent customer service and limited staff. I called ahead for a wash and a cut, came in 30 minutes later. I had to wait a bit because they were quite busy but it was no problem. However, if you are on a tight schedule, make sure to ask how busy they are and if they will be able to take you right away when you arrive. I had an absolutely lovely experience with Sonia. I showed her a couple pictures of what I wanted, she worked super quickly and did an excellent job, and was very polite as well. I used to love this location. Not anymore! Called and made an appointment for a cut and color. Arrived early and was asked again what I wanted. "Cut and color" I replied. Was told it would be about 10 min. An hour and 15 minutes later they have me sit in the stylist chair. Again, I'm asked what are we doing today? My reply "a cut and color please..." To which i was told "Sorry, we don't have time for that today. You'd need to be here before 6 for all that. I explained I was here well before 6! I even had an appointment. yOUR MANAGER KEPT TAKING WALK-INS. How is that acceptable? to which the lady replied: Yeah... sorry, we cant work overtime. I'll miss Carmen. She is the only one left from the old group. The new manager seems overwhelmed, not trained in customer service, and not into her job. Not sure why it has taken me so long to write a review for this location. Everyone that works here is extremely sweet and professional. I've had my hair colored here about three times by different stylists and have never been disappointed. I met Adrianne today for the first time and she was kind enough to stay late to color my hair. She made some great suggestions so that she would do the least damage to my hair, which I greatly appreciated. My hair feels so healthy and soft, not dried out like it usually does after I dye it. I had my highlights done by Adrianne and let me say, she is a miracle worker! I came in with pretty horrific self dye job that ended in patches of random color throughout and was absolutely awful. Adrianne took the time to really analyze the problem and then come up with a plan without embarrassing me for the condition of my hair. She then spent over 3 hours fixing my color and it turned out better than I could have possibly asked for! It was exactly what I wanted and she was so very patient and kind throughout. Excellent experience. Irene was very knowledgeable and friendly. She had no problem cutting my hair exactly how I wanted it. She had a nice pleasant friendly attitude. I will go again! The store was clean and well organized. They even had my favorite tea tree shampoo and conditioner. I got a 25% discount off the hair products purchase. I made an appointment through their app and they took me right away. Cons: - Parking lot was full. Mary Lu destroyed my hair. She cut it uneven and then took the chunk in the front to cut it to frame my face. Basically I have a huge chunk short in the front and then an uneven back. I gasped at how short she cut it, without asking what length I wanted it. I have To go to a professional now to fix the mess she made. She did not care what i wanted as the client and left me with hair I cannot wear out in public. I am ao sad at what she did to me. My little sister could have done a better job. I called this location was greeted took my number and was told to come on down. It was late afternoon came in sat at the most 10 minutes and my daughters were in chairs being taken care of very nicely. Ladies did a good job quickly with good service. Bri (Bree? Not sure of spelling) has been cutting my son's hair for close to two years now. No matter how long we go between haircuts, she always remembers his name and whatever little kid topic they talked about on his last visit. The hair cutting part is great, but the 5 star rating is mostly due to her customer service. My son loves coming in to see her, and gets excited every time we tell him he's going to Supercuts. They allow call ahead appointments, and are very good at keeping them. We typically call about 30-45 minutes before arrival, and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes after checking in. There was an accident here a few months back, so one of the front windows is boarded up for repair. Other than that, the inside is always clean and well kept. The rest of the staff here seem to be just as friendly and professional as Bri, and all of the stylists seem to have their own sets of regulars. Bri gave our son his first haircut (technically his second, but we have erased the horrific memory of his first one from our brains... until just now when I reminded myself. Great) and we have not strayed from her since. If you have a youngster, I highly recommend requesting Bri for his/her next haircut. read more
