This place was horrible. I went in for a simple haircut this evening and I left with my hair wet, so I really couldn't tell there was a problem. My hair is totally uneven. Not sure why they have an appointment policy. I made a 12pm appointment on the phone and when I came in I was told the appointments aren't guaranteed and that it would be longer because they were very busy. Didn't look that busy at all. So maybe it's the current employees. Only one person cutting hair at a time. I hope management see this and makes some changes or this place will join the other hair cut places to go out of business in the area. All the chairs empty but one. I've been busy hair cut places. All chairs full people waiting. But this place doesn't look anything like that. God I hope the owner of the place does something to save this place. read more

He really took his time cutting my hair and listened to exactly what I wanted (which seems to be such a rarity when I get my hair cut!). Went in here to get my daughter's hair trimmed. I didn't think it would be a big deal since she doesn't have layers or anything. We walked out, paid and went to eat lunch. After lunch, I noticed her hair was uneven. We thought we could live with it but it was pretty bad. We went back and asked for the lady to fix it. Luckily the manager Melissa came to the rescue and supervised the cut. She was very apologetic and gave us a free haircut for next time. So it gets an A+ for customer service but I don't think we will go back to the same person. Melissa was awesome though. read more

Called ahead to get my son in. He's 5, so I don't love to have to wait in the waiting area with him if I can avoid it. When I called, they said 15 minutes, so I asked to have my name down and drove over. Got there and they had failed to record my call. There were three folks ahead of us and two stylists so I was for sure in for a wait. Overheard the stylists talking about how another coworker who was supposed to be there had gotten stuck in LA traffic after buying some concert tickets. The first thing you notice is how clean they maintain the place.Every one seems organized and very much involved in there own work. I came in with a hair cut accident, i had made a hole on the back of my head trying to trim down the hairs. I wont do that again. Thankfully Joshua is a master of his craft because as if like magic he manged to make the hole disappear. For whatever reason, I've always gone to Supercuts. I'm a stage actor and I travel all across the country and it was nice to know that whatever city I was in, I had a crew close enough to me that would have me in their system... make me a cookie cutter of what I needed to be... But here's the thing about THIS location. When I was stationed in T.O., I had about 4 different S.C.s in my general vicinity. Actually, I only landed on this one through a series of events. But I landed Melissa on my first adventure and I seriously never looked back. I'm in no way knocking the cooperation as a whole, but THIS specific establishment, is far beyond the norm of the price you are paying for the cut you are given. Look no further than the fact that S.C. takes no reservations. Yet, that staff and my girl Melissa's schedule fill up by the time they start taking calls. Walk in? Shoot man, should have called but no worries. They will get you in and NOT rush you. Folks in T.O. are lucky to have a dedicated crew like this. I'm a starving artist. It's hard enough to cover lame costs in the business world. I cut corners WHEREVER I can... but I can't cut the cost of a haircut. It's not something you can get online. This place is legit. This is the type of place that if you go in and there is a wait- you are PREPARED for that and you wait. Bring a book. Check your email. Chat with a neighbor... They are quick on their feet but honestly? Who really wants a haircutter that doesn't take the time to get your stuff strait? Just being honest, folks. read more
