Staff members were on top of their game, taking care of 50+ people who were ready to drink/eat and have a great time. Whenever I had an empty plate it was quickly removed to make room for another. This casual yet elevated bar offers delicious drinks and food. I did not have any alcohol but from what I was told the drinks were strong and tasty. The food hit the spot for me. We were provided with a TON of food, to the point where to go boxes were put out since there was plenty to bring home. My favorites were the Buffalo Mac n cheese, cheese curds, and chicken tenders. They also had veggie options which I appreciated since this was a carb heavy event. For dessert there were cookies which was the perfect way to satisfy everyone's sweet tooth.

We have had our food picked up and then eaten by the driver (confirmed by restaurant), food never picked up, drivers commit then cancel leading to long delays, drivers picking up the wrong order, etc. Each time the restaurant calls DD customer support, DD does nothing. There is no recourse to DD's incompetence. DD customer support has simply said they cannot be of assistance. Their own customer support has no concern for their customers (after repeated issues and attempts to fix). Mr. Beast Burger, please drop Door Dash! They are the weakness to your otherwise great (but expensive) product. It's sad that your business model is reliant upon a very poor delivery partner. My suggestion would be to allow customers to choose who they get the delivery from. It would be amazing for us to award good service by choosing your other delivery options and not have us forced to use Door Dash.

It's been a long time since the last time I went here in Superdawg. I just went here recently, and it was so much fun since I was with my friends. The picnic tables really have such a vibe, and for me, it is the only fast food restaurant that has these kinds of picnic tables that I could really enjoy while eating their amazing food. Their parking is spacious, as are their picnic tables. I mean, there is a lot of available space even after the fact that there are a lot of customers on that particular day. The service was quite fast, and the server was really nice and friendly. My friend and I got different orders, and mine was just basically the superdawg with fries. I really like the idea of them serving the food in a box, and even if mine was kind of a mess to eat because some fell when I bit into it, I would not really make a mess since the box is really helpful. It's as almost as good as the original location! I went on the second day it was opened, between the busy lunch and dinner hours, and was served promptly by a friendly (and cute) carhop. She was just as excited to be at the new location as I was. Same prices, same hours, same great food!! I had my customary TWO Superdawgs with everything, and a Coke. Going to Dogs n Suds is a classic park and eat experience everyone should have if they're in the area. This location is newly built/renovated after a fire a year or two ago, but it's always been a great location. The staff is always friendly. They come straight out to your car, no buttons to press. So I took it from the manager got only 4 burgers nothing else was replaced in my order when my order came out and the young lady said,that'll be $8 and change more! What! It's a shame that customer service isn't respectable and the customer gets treated like they're nothing. The managers are completely disrespectful and rude.
