Don't sleep on their burger. It's cool to just sit there on a nice day and enjoy the car side service but this time I got delivery. (Felt like being lazy lol) but even their delivery is just as great quality. Their dog is solid but I always LOVE their SuperBurger. IMO they really got the idea of simplicity right. Nothing fancy about this burger. Just a juicy 1/3 patty dressed Chicago style on a sesame seed bun. But it hits big time. Their crinkle cut fries are great too but if there is one thing that stands out to me at Superdawg it's their SuperBurger.

The food was good. It was my first time being in that place. My coworker introduced me to and saying that the hotdog were good so I guess I believed him that yeah I got two hotdog during my lunch break. It was really good. The place was nice. It was kinda clean too. The service was pretty good too, so I'll make sure I'll stop in there next time and try something different.

The food was solid, but the service was slow. Not ideal for late night munchies if you're in a hurry. Arrived at 8:00 and didn't get food until 8:30. I suspect it was because they were busy cleaning up before they close at 9:00? The burger was juicy and ample. But this place is best known for their dogs. Nice, snappy sausage with all of the trimmings. I love the pickle spear and pickled green tomato on the side. The crinkle fries were crisp on the outside and fluffy inside.

I mean, what else can I say about this Chicago icon? A local staple and one best example of the goods eats from the greatest city in the world? They've got a solid hotdog here. The classic Vienna Beef frank we know and love paired with their epic super fries, pickle included. They've got indoor and outdoor seating, and plenty of drive in space if you' d prefer to eat in your car. I can't say I've had a bad time here. Absolutely a great joint to go to, especially in the summer. I love this place, and I hope to explore more of the menu down the road.

Another birthday meal! I got the cheeseburger on dark rye and onion chips. Dude got a cheeseburger. We're taking leftovers home.

This was my first time here today ordered a shrimp dinner came to 17 something plus tax so pretty close to $22 opened up the box. The shrimp was good. The fries were overly cooked and very greasy and the garlic bread they gave you was soggy and wet. I'm very disappointed for the price I paid.

What a fun place! I really wanted a milk shake, and this is the place to get one, 10/10. I added a hot dog to my order. The dog was okay, 6/10. Fries, so-so 5/10. Service at the car was great 10/10. Ambiance's was 10/10, super fun place.

I loved Superdawg!! The crunch and juiciness of the hot dog itself would have me return itself! My bae digs hot dogs so we had to stop by as soon as they opened 10am for our brunch post workout. Already there were a few folks coming in to enjoy meal..I wanted to try the tamales, pineapple shake, and original Superdawg while my fiancé got the Polish sausage dog with fries, cup of cheese, and a beer. I could not finish the tamale, the taste felt off..kinda reminded me of the smell of play doh. The hot dog itself sang a symphony of flavors in my mouth tho! I loved the relish, juicy dog, poppyseed bun...all of it! So yummy! I tried my fiancé's meal and the cheese dipped in fries was so yummy too!! The pineapple shake had chunks in it but the base tasted more vanilla like..overall the meal was sensational and nostalgic. We took picks by the wieners too! Had a kitschy cute time at Superdawg!!

Good experience. Never disappoints. They got some good hot Dawgs and are quick to please. Very fulfilling and have great ingredients.

As many times as I've been to Superdawg, I've never tried the Superfish. Super indeed. Two large deep fried fish filets on a grilled brioche bun (or dark rye) nestled among crinkle cut fries, pickle spear and pickled tomato wedge. It was too much of a good thing, unfortunately, and a bit greasy. The fries seemed a bit soaked in grease. I did feel a bit queasy and did not finish. Still, a fun experience to come here and eat. Next time I will order a hot dog.

Went recently and got their fish sandwich and their supersoda. The food there was delicious if you eat right after you get it. The soda was super overfilled which made it hard to clean up but it was really good. The service was fast even though they were busy. They also have a lot of outdoor seating and you can also eat inside your car.

Definite tourist destination! Stop if you are in the area. For us, it was fine. Meant to order a burger, the menu was overwhelming so I ended up with a Whoopsieburger or something, it was a double. It was $11.25, $2 more than the single. My son complains, so no toppings, plain burger ordered here. It was fine, the burger meat was meh, but I will say, the bun was delicious. The fries are also delicious, worth getting. My problem is that there is no other price point if you just want a plain dog or plain burger. It's crazy to pay the same for a hot dog with ketchup as you play for a Chicago style dog. My opinion, but I don't love this pricing. Ultimately, the food was fine, but not stellar. That said, Superdawg is a must stop in the area. The vibe is cool for sure. Go when you have times it will take a hit to get your order.

We were provided with a TON of food, to the point where to go boxes were put out since there was plenty to bring home. My favorites were the Buffalo Mac n cheese, cheese curds, and chicken tenders. The bacon jam was unique as well as the dollop of Ricotta on top. I liked the creamy texture of the ricotta on top. The other pizza that stood out was the New York Style white Pie. Simple, tasty and thinly crusted. It had a nice light garlicy taste with shredded basil on top of the mozzarella. We were celebrating my birthday and had a large party of 17. We stuck around for the Trivia Night which was a fun activity for the adults. I really liked the atmosphere-- a slew of different flavors of hard ciders, beer, wine to drink, talk with friends, and engage in a collaborative activity. I would definitely want to come back. The staff was friendly. I got to spin the wheel for my birthday and won a free beer. The server gave me a sample of the pickled pear hard cider before committing to a whole glass. I usually don't drink alcohol, but I enjoyed it. It felt appropriate to kick off the summer with this fruity beverage!

I did submit feedback, a while back, about their fry seasoning being flavorless, but on our recent order they seem to have fixed this. Much better. The BIG issue we have had is with the delivery via Door Dash. We have had significant issues with Door Dash at MBB and at other restaurants. I refuse to order when Door Dash is involved. We have had our food picked up and then eaten by the driver (confirmed by restaurant), food never picked up, drivers commit then cancel leading to long delays, drivers picking up the wrong order, etc. Each time the restaurant calls DD customer support, DD does nothing. There is no recourse to DD's incompetence. DD customer support has simply said they cannot be of assistance. Their own customer support has no concern for their customers (after repeated issues and attempts to fix). Mr. Beast Burger, please drop Door Dash! They are the weakness to your otherwise great (but expensive) product. It's sad that your business model is reliant upon a very poor delivery partner. My suggestion would be to allow customers to choose who they get the delivery from. It would be amazing for us to award good service by choosing your other delivery options and not have us forced to use Door Dash.
