If I could stand outside this place and say turn back now I would. We were so excited to bring our kids here because the name and overall theme of this place screams great for kids and fun! Everything online made me think it would be a neat place for breakfast. While the waitress was very nice, I've never had to wait so long for bacon eggs and waffles. Especially at a place that specializes in this. The house made sausage wasn't really the flavor profile I like and while I'd never fault someone for just having different taste, I will fault them for sending out sausage that's raw in the middle. I've never seen a waffle be able to be messed up but they nailed that. My 4 year old ate one bite and wouldn't eat them. My husband and I both tried them and didn't like them either. They were gritty and had an "off" flavor. I will say, the scrambled eggs were very good and whoever makes their whip cream did great! Needless to say we will never be back. If you're considering coming to this place, save your money, your time, and your stomach the ache.

Fun place! Loved the decorations! Staff was kind! Food was fun! We went on a Sunday morning so it wasn't very busy. Very relaxed. We loved the theming, and the prices were fair. They accommodated for one of the kiddos in our group that wanted a simpler breakfast. Lots of fun superhero logos and art! They also had some inspirational quotes on the walls in the restroom. We would certainly go back and try different menu items! It was so hard to pick one thing!

It's worth the wait .... Dropped in on these super (duper) hero chefs and was pleasantly surprised. If you're in that breakfast mood they got that all day. If you're trying to get your lunch in you will do just as well. We ordered the hulk and juggernaut which are naturally good sized waffle chicken sandwiches with a difference in meat that goes on top of the chicken. Powdered sugar on the plate served with the spicy maple sauce prepped you for a flavorful smack down (in a good way of course). Eating on the other hand had two approaches, you can fork and knife it or just pick that beauty up by hand. The savory flavors pop the whole sandwich through. Had to try the sticky ribs and with 4 on the plate it was the perfect amount to compliment the fresh flavorful salads we had which were the the Flash and Superman. Being from Cali these salads beat most anything put together out west and were the perfect balance to the southern flavors and heartiness of our main orders. Whole and half options on the salads give you room to work. They also saved the day when it came to getting those daily veggies in. Last up was a veggie omelet that made you feel great for choosing healthy along with tasting an omelet that was cooked to perfection. Especially that bottom part! Do ask about their lemonades and teas as the flavor schemes are worth exploring and tasted more authentic than artificial. We were visiting familia as we crossed the country and this mellow restaurant was most def a highlight of the quad cities in this corner of Alabama!

Food was delicious and so creative. We had a large party of 11 and the servers took good care of us. The food took a while but was certainly worth the wait. We had breakfast waffle sandwiches and platters. We had pancakes and French toast. All were yummy yummy. The coffee was strong and perfect! The ambiance is cool and very super hero like. Loved seeing pictures of the owner and all the shows he was on. We were just driving through and so glad we stopped.

While the wait time was a bit longer than quoted and they did not appear very busy, the food and service received made up for everything. Our waitress was great and the food was excellent.

Love the atmosphere of this place, it was quiet this Thursday morning. Started with the breakfast nachos, super unique and very tasty. Loved all of it. Split the Reese's super cake. It was delicious, very sweet! Glad we decided to split it. Service was quick, greeted at the door by the same girl that took our order. Overall would definitely return.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon and we were seated right away. The superhero decor was very cool and interesting. Me and my group ordered various things off the menu and everything was pretty good. My scorpion scriddle was ok it wasnt what I was expecting though. The southern egg roll appetizer was really good it's a definite must try. My group enjoyed their peach mimosas as well. I would definitely come back to try something new on the menu.

Another great find in a cute little town on our way to the Muscle Shoals Studio. Local brews on tap and friendly servers greet guests. We were eager to try the lauded egg rolls. Super interesting combination that sounds odd but really works. A sweet finish, too. I had the small flash salad topped with grilled smoked shrimp, with the dressing on the side. The shrimp flavor was so nice, I really didn't need any dressing. Other half enjoyed the full and ample Wonder Woman salad. Easy street parking. Worth a visit.

After hearing about the owner of this restaurant (Darnell Ferguson) and watching him cook on various Food Network shows, I was very interested in trying this restaurant out. Tournament of Champions recently aired earlier this year and Darnell Ferguson's bio noted that he was the owner at several restaurants. My mother and I decided to come for breakfast. We dined on a Thursday, so we were not anticipating a crowd. The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Tuscumbia, AL and building is creatively decorated in the "superhero" theme inside and out. From the outside of the building the space looks small, but one can be easily deceived. They have room sectioned off as the bar area, indoor and outdoor seating. They really made great use of the space and provides privacy while dining. Our waitress (Marissa) was very pleasant and attentive. She immediately took out orders and made sure that we had what we needed. Our food was prepared fresh to order and the presentation was exceptional. The pricing of the food is affordable and the portion sizes were what we expected. I ordered the kids meal (French toast, eggs and bacon). My mother ordered the superhero omelette, which came with hash browns and a garden greens. We both enjoyed our meals and were pleased with our experience. I would be interested in dining here again for lunch or dinner the next time.

Exploring Florence, we ate lunch at the BBB and thoroughly enjoyed it…read more Right off the bat-- as we walked in I asked my wife if we should ask to sit at the window counter (where we like to sit wherever we go) and the hostess heard me and took us there without asking us-- like she had ESP! And then the waitress was super friendly (like everyone we met in Florence). My wife had the ham po'boy which was grilled like a Cuban sandwich (yay!) and I had the fried shrimp po'boy. Both were excellent. For sides my wife chose a half grapefruit brûléed and I had marinated tomatoes. I remember having sugar on a half grapefruit as a kid, but bruleed? Epic! I loved the big wall in the front dining area-- half of a Cessna airplane on the wall, superimposed on a blueprint painting (see photo). Very creative. We'll be back!

Like me today -- I wanted a crispy hash cake and when a different server delivered my food she asked if my server had told me they were 86 hash cakes. I told her no and she offered me some breakfast potatoes which I was like yeah sure on. But then they never came and my server brought the check which included potatoes. So we asked him to remove them and I just went ahead and ate my food at that point (which was getting cold and my partner was already done). Sad that there was a failure of communication that ruined my breakfast after waiting 30 minutes. And another gripe that really can't be helped I guess: I hate having to be sat at a 2 top between two other families. That's awkward.
