I can't say enough great things about this place! Superheroes Ice Cream has been closed for renovations for several months and was originally set to reopen on 3/19. I reached out about hosting my son's birthday party on 3/27, and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Even though their grand opening had to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, they still honored our reservation which truly meant so much to us. The only adjustment was that they weren't able to provide pizza or ice cream at the time, so we brought our own food, which honestly wasn't an issue at all. That kind of commitment and genuine care for their customers is rare these days. Danny was our host, and she was absolutely amazing!! She was so patient, kind, and engaging, even as the kids ran around nonstop asking her questions. She handled everything with such a positive attitude. The shop itself is incredible! Bright, colorful, and filled with fun superhero details everywhere you look. It's truly a dream spot for kids. The party room is a great size, and they offer fun packages that include superhero caps and eye masks, which the kids absolutely loved. On top of that, they have a variety of arcade games that are free to play, which was a huge hit for both kids and adults. What really stood out to me was their integrity. They kept their word, even when it would have been easy to cancel and leave us scrambling to find another venue. That alone speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers. To say my son had an amazing time would be an understatement. He kept saying "this is the best day ever!" with his hands in the air. That's a memory I'll never forget. I'm not sure when they'll officially reopen to the public, but I truly hope it's soon. What a cute ice cream place. My grandbabies love it here. They've been here before with their families but it's my first time. It's a great place to take the kids and have them have fun while having ice cream. All the games are free of charge once you purchase the ice cream. There's no limit of how many games you can play or for how long. We were greeted when placing our order. There's almost 30 different flavors to choose from so it's safe to say there's something for everyone. The serving size was way bigger than I anticipated and extremely generous for the price. Came here just before closing. Walked in and noticed all the colors everywhere. Not like a normal ice cream shop, definitely targeting kids. As for the flavors, I feel like there could've been more options, they had pretty standard flavors. Most of them were appealing to kids, the vanilla one being gluten-free if I remember correctly. They did have some interesting character inspired flavors like superhero named ones, as well as one for Rumi. Rumi tasted like bubblegum though, which is my least favorite thing. So, I got the safe bet of confetti birthday cake. The two staff behind the counter were chill and nice. The guy portioning out the ice cream LOADED the cones. As he was doing my dad's first, I took note of how he kept scooping and shaping up a big dollop and put it on top of the cone. Then, he did the same for me. I couldn't believe it even sat up on there properly. Prices were astoundingly cheap for the amount and fact that it's made in house apparently. Only thing is that the confetti was all it was, no cake mixed in, but it was still good. The cookies and cream one was definitely better, it was more chocolatey than creamy, different than the normal ratio, which I loved. Overall, I really like this place. Took my 3-year-old to Superheroes Ice Cream for a meet-and-greet with Bluey, and it was a hit! She had rainbow ice cream loaded with sprinkles and gummy bears, while I enjoyed the cherry poundcake ice cream with cherry and waffle cone pieces--yum! Met my friend and her 3-year-old for a play date, and the girls went wild for the free arcade games. Only one size cup, but the scoops are generous, and you can sample as many flavors as you want. The staff was awesome, constantly checking on us and making sure we were happy. Beware before you book just take a look inside. Probably one of the most dirtiest establishments for kids I have been to lately for a kids birthday. Half the games were broken, missing buttons or knobs, or just didn't work. The flooring logos were all mangled up and dirt smothered the walls. I can see why the exterior windows have dark imagery blocking the view to the inside from the outside. One look from the outside would make me keep walking by. This makes it so people have to enter and once in are ashamed to walk back out. Take pride in the establishment. Clean it. Fix it. Repair it. Otherwise a dirty business means low quality food. Almost all the markers were dried out. No decorations to decorate the super hero capes. Two staff on hand just eating and playing on the phones. Superheroes Ice Cream is such a unique and fun idea! We've been looking for more family friendly places in this area and this fits the bill! You can get delicious ice cream and entertain your young ones all on one place. The superhero theme is cool and good for all ages. They have free classic arcade game like Mortal Kombat and Ninja Turule too. I'm pretty sure kids would love this place for fun and a sweet treat. There are a good variety of flavors with superhero themed names to make it fun. After consulting our toddler boss, we got 2 scoops of cookies n cream and biscotti cookie butter. The cookies and cream was good but it melted pretty quickly. The biscoff cookie butter was an amazing choice too! If you like biscoff, you will like that once as it has a rich and buttery biscoff flavor. They offer a very affordable membership to this place and it comes with room rentals and free scoops. Hands down one of the best ice cream shops I have ever been too! The staff is always extremely friendly no matter what day of the week it is. The games are so much fun to play and they are free to play as well. The icecream flavors are delicious and there are unique ones on top of that. The pizzas are also great and overall you can't go wrong going there. I am so happy we had my youngest's birthday party here and would recommend anyone to throw a birthday there. All the kids and the adults had a blast from the arcade games to decorating their very own Superhero capes and mask it was a party like no other. We have been twice with our 5 and 7 year old grandsons. The ice cream was OK, the service was excellent, and the ambiance MADE the entire visit. Really good ice cream with lots of of different flavors! There was only two worker that looked like a mom and daughter so the line was a little long but they were both very nice!! I got the nacho ice cream (the "nacho chips" were made of waffle cone) and it was so delicious and filling. Definitely good for a group of like 4 or so. The decor was cute too. They had a comic book theme going on and they sold little plastic lightsabers, masks for the kiddos, shirt hoodies and more. They also had a couple of the arcade machines. read more

So I spotted this place by accident. Actually have driven by it everyday for 4 years before I noticed it. I told my hubby that we have to give it a try. I was impressed as soon as I walked in. Walked in and it looked like a zoo was released in there. Tables were dirty, trash all over the place. Customer service was non-exsistent, so was cleaning the place apparently. Waited in line behind some kids in yellow uniforms and it felt like the line never moved, these teenagers looked like they didn't even know how to read the menu and get ready to order. Waited 5 mins and walked out. So much trash outside the building, tables outside were so sticky looking. Looked at the prices and it didn't seem reasonable for the scoops they were giving out. read more
