Smells so great when you walk in. They were making fresh waffle cones. YUMMM. Friendly Hello and you know I love friendly service. Love their chalk board menu. It has such a classic ice cream shop vibe. Very conviently located. As soon as we are leaving the beach they are right there close to the stop light. And Honestly who would say no to a wonderful cold treat after a day on the beach. Plus it is nice and cool inside. They also have a lot of outside seating. Stopped by the Sugar Shack for a mid week, after lunch sweet treat. They serve Hershey's ice cream and while it's a basic brand, the flavors they have chosen are more than your basic flavors! I really loved the oatmeal cookie ice cream. The portions are huge with the kiddie cup being more than enough for each of us. It's a cute little shop with only one small table inside and many picnic tables outside. It looks like they do a bunch of regular special events like fairy hair, live music, and face painting so be sure to check them out! read more

Great local ice cream spot!! When in Sandbridge you gotta drop by sugar shack for their ice cream. So many flavors and so hard to choose. They let you try to help you pick your flavor. They are also very very generous on their scoops. I get the kiddie cone and it's still huge! We came back during the night right before their closing time at 9pm and the line was outside the door. They were so nice cause they didn't turn people away that were waiting in line and more that came past their 9pm closing time. Awesome local shop to support!! read more

This was a pretty great ice cream shop. The line outside was pretty long, which was a good indicator of how the food was. There's only a couple of Ice cream shops over here which is why the line is usually long around peak hours. We went towards the end of the day, so there were a lot of ice cream flavors that were sold out (kind of a bummer). Got the single scoop waffle cone which was a lot more ice cream than I expected which was great! And I also got a smoothie which was pretty sub par. Definitely stick with ice cream here. Super sour taste in my mouth after visiting this place. When we entered the store we weren't greeted instead an employee kept on running her mouth about a certain customer who "didn't tip". She then made a sweeping generalization that "older people just don't tip" with both of my parents in the store. She continued on to complain about how she isn't paid enough, and customers need to understand that. It was just an awkward experience, and honestly soured the evening. read more

I'm a huge fan of the elaborate decorations that are literally EVERYWHERE and the bathroom that has an old man statue staring at you is ever so pleasing.
