After they changed the menu around the food seemed to have gotten worse. The warm salsa is gross, even my Texan husband, who loves warm salsa, agrees that they ruined it by making it warm. We primarily went there for the chicken items, sadly the past 4 times we went the chicken was fatty and had cartilage attached to nearly every piece. Came for brunch and was immediately taken aback by how beautiful the restaurant was and how thoughtful the design was in keeping with modern Tex-Mex theme. Food was absolutely delicious and flavorful. I got the shrimp tacos which were fire. Yummy with a little heat and packed with flavor. My husband got the Huevos Rancheros which shouldn't be missed if you're in the mood for eggs. We also got queso which is great and you can order a side of tortillas for no charge which is a pro move. The ambiance is awesome, the service was top tier and the food was a hit! We went around 1pm on a Saturday without reservations and got in immediately. We ordered queso with chorizo for the table, that was fire! I ordered steak quesadillas, which were really good! The hot sauce on the table, was homemade and actually HOT! You must go here if you want a boozy brunch! The pink Cadillac was a nice tequila drink, but it was a special tequila bourbon type drink that was absolutely amazing! Must try - I forgot the name but the server will know what it's called. Please check the restaurant out, you won't be disappointed. My boyfriend and I were passing by and saw this restaurant just open so we decided to check it out. I am so happy we did because it is one of my new favorite restaurants! Service: the service is 10/10. As soon as we walked through the doors, we were happily greeted by the hostesses. Our server, Hayley, was super attentive and friendly. She refilled our chips immediately without us asking and gave great recommendations. The manager even stopped by to check on us and held the door open for us as we left. Food: This place has the BEST queso I've ever had. It had the perfect sweetness and heat with the fire roasted tomatoes. Their portions are pretty big and fulfilling. I had the tacos de camarones which was a bit spicy for me because of the diablo sauce/morita chile mayo but had lots of flavor which I enjoyed every bite. My boyfriend had the steak tacos al carbon. Came here with my husband for my birthday lunch and we will definitely be coming back. We shared the 1 pound fajitas half steak and half chicken and it was honestly the best fajitas we have ever had. The homemade tortillas are the icing on the cake. You can taste, the quality and the effort put into it. Authentic tortillas made correctly homemade are hard to make and they for sure knocked it out of the park. From the design of the seating to the decor on the ceiling, there was no detail left untouched. A rustic modern chic Texas. vibe with a Mexican flare is so warm and inviting. A great place to get together for large groups, birthdays, or even just date night. Every time I looked around the room there was another detail that I noticed. Great design. Our waitress was super nice, and my husband told her it was my birthday when we were just talking in conversation and after we ate, they brought us Mexican tres leches. Which was hands-down, one of the best that I have ever had. Very unexpected but definitely appreciated!! Can't wait to come back and try the brunch menu next time! Love this place. Been searching for a spot for Mexican breakfast that was similar to what I'd get in California and this surpassed expectations. Tonight, July 29th, 2025, I had dinner at the bar at Superica. Upon sitting down, I let the bartenders know I was in a hurry and asked what the quickest item to order might be. They recommended the Crispy Tacos with Picadillo, which I ordered. True to their word, the food arrived within minutes--served with refried beans, rice, and chips accompanied by salsa verde and a warm, charred tomato salsa. The food was excellent, and although I didn't order a cocktail, the bartenders took great care of me. My iced tea was constantly refilled, and they even offered one to go before I had the chance to ask. Given that I was heading back to the hospital, the speed, attentiveness, friendliness, and quality of the service and food were greatly appreciated. read more

We came here with a large party this past Saturday and had a very good time. They do not take reservations but you can join the waitlist in advance. We were down for 7 p.m. and were seated shortly after so was pleasently surprised. Most of the dishes were very good from the feedback I received from the party. The standout here were the tacos and mole enchiladas. My only complaint is the enchiladas did not have a lot of meat in them for the price. Salsas were great with chips as well as the hot sauce. Overall good food and good drinks although the prices were a bit high but that is to be expected being in WP. The service was amazing, our server Soverign was very attentive and we had a couple missed dishes and he took care of it right away. I would go back to specifically have him as our server again! I ordered the shrimp tacos which were seriously the best shrimp tacos I've ever had. The shrimp had a charred taste but was not overcooked and just delicious. I am on the fence between a 3.5 and 4. First the ambiance is nice and the service was great, but, oh the salt! I was told the chicken tortilla soup was a little spicy, but all I tasted was a lot of salt. Chips were very salty, Queso-ok- normally is a bit salty but this was like salt added to already salty cheese. My wife and I first had Superica a few months ago and have only missed one weekend since. It is (was) our favorite place to eat. The steak and chicken fajitas are amazing, but I feel the star of the show were the charro beans. We went back this past weekend and saw the new changes. Menu is a little different, the dishes are updated and great...but that's where the goodness ends. I am not sure what they did, but the steak fajitas were bland. The meat tasted unmarinated and had no flavor. Tastes like meat and that's it. The chicken was the same. Not sure if they forgot the seasoning or forgot to marinate, OR they just changed to cheaper cuts, I don't know. It just wasn't good. To explain how not good it was, every time we go, we ALWAYS take leftovers home to eat the next day. Always. This time, we didn't. That says a lot. Then comes the sad part. No more charro beans. Instead they replaced them refried beans. They were good, but I can get refried beans at any restaurant. Can't really get good charro beans. So sad. The service has always been great and our servers have always been amazing, so thankfully that hasn't changed. Sadly, it will take convincing to get my wife to go back. The atmosphere is still top-notch and the service remains stellar, but they've cut an already limited menu in half. Nearly all the tacos are gone, the quesadillas have vanished, and the flautas? Also history. They've also changed their salsa and hot sauces, which don't get me wrong are still good but they're just not the same. To top it off, sides have shifted to "family style", but the portion we received barely fed one person, let alone a group. It's a disappointing shift for a place that used to get so much right. The best Tex-Mex you'll find in Orlando, fantastic drinks outstanding food and phenomenal service. My wife and I went in for a quick dinner we planned on sharing steak fajitas which we've done tons of times. When it got to the table the amount of steak looked a little light, which we both commented on but thought nothing more about it. A few minutes later the manager brought over an order of steak and apologized for sending out the fajitas with so little steak. We didn't bring it up to our server and only briefly commented on it when no one was around us. The server that ran the food and our server saw the amount and asked the manager to just walk by and look at it and see if she agreed, which she apparently did. Without a question or even letting us know they made it right and apologized. This is customer service on a whole other level. read more

I don't enjoy the experience here at all. Except for the ambiance. The bar had two bartenders and it was like we were invisible. The one poor bartender was making all the drinks for the restaurant area and the other one didn't offer to help us. My boyfriend felt so bad for him and he had the best attitude he gave him $20 tip.
