Called Joe, our salesman, and asked for an explanation. I asked that the sales manager, Scott Duncan, give me a call. No phone call. Called his boss, Bob Piehl. Was told he would investigate. No return phone call. Spoke with Ross Lundqueist, GM at Yark. Was told he would discuss with Bob, no return phone call. Called Bob and was told that they gave me way too much for my pitiful trade in and they would never be able to sell it. My 2017 Prius, which I had purchased new at Yark sold within 2 weeks. Finally called Toyota Brand Engagement Center. Total waste of my time. They apologized for Yark and was told the GM would call within 48 hours. No phone call. Called engagement center back and explained that I never received a call. They responded that they could not make Yark Toyota of Maumee call back. This dealership does not have the courtesy to return my calls and discuss this issue. Hope after reading this you will ask yourself, are you really getting a good deal from this hometown dealership? I would certainly check other dealers outside this area, especially if you are a woman.

Took me some time to get that money together so I brought my car in today to have the service completed (after calling around and being quoted $600 for the service and alignment from other mechanics" the service was scheduled with no mention of price increases or what a new estimate would be. Why was my bill $1094.86?!?! I was told the part price increased since then and I wasn't quoted for labor. It took them an hour and a half and was charged $314 just in labor. This is all unacceptable. I should had at the very least been given an updated quote before being forced to shell our money I didn't have. I was a loyal Yark customer. Not anymore.

She was so understanding of everything I have gone through. She was compassionate. She told me that they are a company here to help people like me who don't have very much credit Who have no debt Who got in a car accident and lost a $20,000 vehicle in March and is waiting on a settlement and that could be any time so I expressed to her how important it was that I got a nice vehicle for me to drive and that was safe to work and back because I have a family and I have a child at first Amanda told me the car that I wanted was $13,000. I was a static. I knew that I would get approved for that especially with my husband cosigning. she then began to talk nonstop about how she was going to torch late and made my husband and I feel very, very uncomfortable and awkward like we needed to hurry and rush so that she could make it to with her niece and her daughter Monday we called her ASAP, the car went up $3000 for some reason I was desperate and also really liked the car. It was perfect for me. I should've known better I should've realized and felt her energy the first day that she was a fake. I have had the worst experience my entire life with these people , not to mention the six months of hell that I have gone through because of a UPS driver who told my car and herniated disc in my back just six months ago this has been the hardest in my entire life. I made sure Amanda knew all of this. I made sure she knew that we were brand new at all of this. I've never bought a car myself before and she treated me like I was stupid . every question I asked her she made me feel like I was an idiot. I am 35 years old and I've never bought my own vehicle before because I never had to. I've always paid cash for my vehicles and gotten I guess I shouldn't say I've never bought my own vehicle. I guess I should say I have never financed a vehicle, so there was a lot of questions and a lot of things that I did not know this woman made me feel so incredibly dumb. She made me feel so little. I have spent time crying over this spent time being when I shouldn't be. It's my fault. I let this woman take me to the spot in my head and let me get angry and let me stoop to a level that I never ever stoop to , but she doesn't deserve to have a job let alone a salesman or especially a gosh darn Manager I just got off the phone with the finance company about some thing that she did on purpose and they told me literally their words were screw Amanda come to the building right now and you can pick up your title so guess what Amanda thanks but no thanks I really hope your boss and I hope everyone sees this and I am not saying this to belittle anyone. I am saying this to make sure to help other people out there who are like me who have no idea about credit and Who have no idea about financing things and who is new to all of this don't you ever step foot in that place or ever speak to the two women that work there or they have all been incredibly incredibly rude and have made this a nightmare. I can't wait to pay this car off and never have to deal with this company ever again in my life, I bought a car from there years ago , she tried to tell me that she came in and turned the place around. Oh no oh no no no no no she did not that man that sold me a car seven years ago was a very kind caring person. The people that work there don't care about anyone but themselves .

After an alignment check, a dealership told us we needed a new axle. We took it to Ambrosia's and they were able to pinpoint the exact issue, costing us much less than originally quoted by the dealership. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. We have trusted Ryan and the team to work on our vehicles prior to this, and we have always walked away feeling confident in the work that was completed and not feeling taken advantage of like so many other places.

It is a comfortable experience whether an oil change or a problem that is beyond usual understanding. The staff asks the right questions to understand the problem and then are able to get your car in with concern for your schedule. I am very appreciative of the efforts the garage made in two problems that I struggled with and had tried to get assistance from other garages: I could not open the hatch because the handle was broken. They found a replacement and I again had a truck to store items. The broken door on the driver side drained the battery and I needed to get the car jumped frequently. I had to drive the car every day or the battery would be dead. Once Ambrosia's fixed these problems my life became easier.
