RIP OFF ARTISTS - NEVER GO THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. The service was good: one did not have to make an appointment and my waiting time was not too bad. The value was not there and there was a total lack of honesty. My Audi A-5 needed an oil change. I provided the service man with the exact type of oil I wanted. Using that oil would cost $65 but but service man stated that doing so would void my engine warranty and could damage the car. He stated that the Audi required a "European oil". It was $110 for that. I asked: "if I use your "Euro Oil" and the engine goes bad will you warranty it. No! He said. So I asked him to use the standard oil that they used. It turned out that it was the brand I had requested. When the job was almost done, he said it would be another $50 because "The $65 price was for 5 quarts of oil" , my are required 7. I was in a hurry so agreed to pay the difference. Later I discovered that the Audi takes 5 Quarts of oil. WHAT THIEVES!!! read more

If you have a strange love and appreciation for the bug splatters on your windshield, and dirt on the back of your car, I would strongly suggest the $10 wash because both will remain after driving through. Awful experience! I dropped my vehicle off with zero damage to my windshield and when I went to pick it up, a manager and an employee apologized and told us that the windshield broke while they were hand washing it. The manager told me to sign a paper that the vehicle was picked up with damage from the car wash and provided me with the owner's phone number, he said the owner "would take care of it." I called Frank the owner and after multiple text messages he is denying to pay for replacing the windshield of my BMW. He keeps making up stories like "there must have been previous damage to the windshield and a lot of pressure is needed to break a windshield." He keeps saying he reviewed the videos but can't explain how it happened, which at this point shouldn't matter since we cannot see on the video how much pressure his employee was using while washing it. I even went back the next day to talk to the manager and again he said to not worry because this wasn't my fault and he was there when it happened, he said he'd talk to the owner again. I have pictures that the windshield never had any damage. Truth of the matter is that the vehicle got there with zero windshield damage and left with a broken windshield as Frank can see on the videos, but he focuses to see just the part where he says there's no way his employee could've caused it. The damage happened in the car wash property. Frank admits via text messages that the damage happened while the car was there but refuses to pay for the damages because he doesn't know how it could've happened. I paid $70 plus tip to get the vehicle hand washed and I left with needing to get a new windshield that costs $2k+. Negligent owner!! read more

Took my car to get washed in the full service wash. Waited almost 45 min to get the car vacuumed they kept taking cars that came after me. It wasn't a full detail just an interior vacuum. I parked my car and about 10 minutes later they stopped working on my car and started to work on two other peoples cars. At one point we had no choice but one car wash north of Super Splash who are rude and don't care about their customers. The y would do a horrible job so I am very happy Super Splash is here now. I come to this car wash twice a week and wash both vehicles. I always get additional services (wheel and tire shine and hand dry) and tip the guy/girl doing it nothing less than $10 every single time. This evening I saw that it didn't close until 7pm so I was super pumped. I pulled up to find them having already closed at 6:05 (NBD though)...so I decided I can at least vacuum/clean inside of vehicle. They literally shut the vacuum down the second I started to vacuum my vehicle. I would totally understand if it said they closed at 6pm online and I pulled up after they closed. But no. It clearly states operating hours are until 7pm. Normally the service is pretty good but this is ridiculous. As a business owner myself if I post hours, those are the hours myself and my employees are going to abide by regardless of how busy we are. Hopefully this is read by someone in upper management and they can make sure it doesn't happen again. God bless!! read more

When I spoke with the manager Omar he tried to deny responsibility but it is clear that both doors are scratched in brushed patterns that were not there before entering the carwash. I just moved to this area a few weeks ago, my new GMC Sierra was a mess. Decided to go here since it was close to where I live. The wash was great, I can't complain at all. The monthly membership is probably the best bang for your buck. Unfortunately , once I got home I realized that my "M" on the grille was ripped off of my truck. I went back and explained the situation to the manager (Omar). He felt bad for me and it was obvious, he knew that it had to be made right. We watched the camera footage of me entering and everything was entact, about 80% of the way into the wash we watched as the emblem flew off. They were able to locate it after watching the video. All of the clips were broken and I was unable to put it back on. Omar told me to call the dealer and get a new one and bring him the invoice to be reimbursed. Omar's professionalism was top notch and for that reason I will be back. My truck was very clean and I think it was a fluke. This is how you keep customers! First off the car wash itself is great as are the employees. Car comes out clean and the bays with vacuums, compressed air, and wipe down towels are all one could ask for. It was five stars when opened. I have top level monthly memberships for 3 cars... all still great. The issue is that lately the car wash has been SUPER PACKED. Has gone from a 2 minute experience to 15-20 some days just to get through the wash after waiting in lines that back up through the drying bays. Then getting a bay is equally frustrating. Im not sure if there is a some kind of promotion running and I like that they're getting business, it's just becoming too much for the configuration of this location and probably means they have to expand (and again I'm happy for them for so much business!). Unfortunately if things don't improve soon I will be canceling my 3 monthly memberships as I can no longer see the value and am washing my car far less as I don't want to wait through the massive lines. DO NOT EVER GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE!! You will thank me later. I had my oil changed June 22 no I am not a mechanic and not familiar with mechanical work. I noticed a little oil dripping from my car which eventually turned into huge puddles after a few months. Fast forward to Jan 23 I was driving my car to a mechanic and the car completely cut out on me. When I picked up my car after almost $2k in repairs I was notified whoever did my oil change last improperly put the filter seal back. Splish Splash (the owner Frank) refuses to hold any liability saying the car had 5k miles on it since touched last. 1. Mr none mechanic people "the average Jaguar oil change frequency is every 7,000 to 10,000 miles". If done properly I would not need one just yet. Additionally the mechanic has pictures of before the work and after. I advised Mr. Frank not to take my word for it contact the trusted mechanic who repaired your damage. They have pictures before and after. I will be pursuing this and anyone else who had their oil change improperly by Splish Splash should not just give up. We work to hard for our money. I'm very disappointed in this car wash and their the management team that represents it. Sunday morning I pulled up on a motorcycle to simply have them wipe off the gas tank with a rag and I offered one of the after wash men $20 to simply wipe off my gas tank with a rag. The manager came over took my $20 and told me that that was the fee that the car wash gets paid to wipe off my gas tank and that the laborer would not get any of that and that he's just a labor. Those were his exact words!! First off there's so much wrong with that mentality of he's just a labor.FYI The laborers are the one who keeps you in business sir. I was in the restaurant management business for some time and when I comped a meal for one of my guest I always told them , "I'll comp your meal but please tip and take care of your server." I call that customer service and taking care of those who make my business possible. Greed will get you no where in my opinion. When I confronted him about it, the manager that is, he got defensive and disgusted with me. LoL I went and got another $20 for the hard working so called Laborer, But the fact that he charged me $20 to wipe off my gas tank is highway robbery.
