Supreme Hot pot is a great authentic addition to the neighborhood! Surprisingly, Arlington doesn't have great Chinese food... until now! Food 5/5 - The authenticity is beyond belief. I ordered a 3/5 on the spiciness scale and the Sichuan flavors were so authentic and legit. The meat is fresh and cannot be compared to any other ayce hot pot. The sauce combos are great -- much better than places that give you too many options and you get confused. I would highly recommend the veggie combo, the mushroom combo, and the Beef Brisket. The lamb skewers are great too but slightly salty (yet also authentic). Service 4/5 - The service is overall great. We were in a corner and couldn't quite get the servers attention, so I wish there was an app option to ask for service, whether it be more napkins or bowls. Awesome hot pot place in Arlington! Have been here a couple times now, and it's my favorite hot pot place in NoVA. It's an a-la-carte menu, so you're getting quality over quantity here. You order from your phone and they bring all the food out to you. We ordered the house bone marrow broth & spicy Szechuan (level 3). I enjoy spicy food, and the level 3 had a good amount of kick to it. We also ordered a range of beef and veggies. All of them were great. Fish cakes and tofu skin were a good addition as well. If you're looking for an AYCE hot pot this isn't the place, but it's much better. Try this place out, especially during the winter. First off, this is À la carte style dining so don't expect all you can eat hot pot. Came in around lunch time on a Wednesday and the place was pretty much empty. We did the 2 flavor hot pot, one being mushroom flavored and the other Sichuan, no extra spiciness. Both broths tasted great, and the Sichuan, holy cow... my stomach was burning for the entire day. Glad I did not ante up the spice. Meats and such was fresh, it's just that every item added up and then it got expensive. I also ordered the lamb kabob and an order of their fried rice, the lamb, hands down, the best thing I ate from there. Very flavorful and tender! a must try!! as for the fried rice, they could have tried a little harder, eggs and Vienna sausages not worth it. We parked in the parking garage below the shop, they pay for the first 2 hours, the only down side is... once you are done eating and heading back to the garage, the entry door to the garage is locked. Now that it's all you can eat, the value is awesome, and I can't imagine going to another hot pot place when I'm in the area! The broths here are so rich and delicious. The quality of the meat, vegetables, and other raw ingredients is great. I brought my mom here for lunch yesterday, and the service was very attentive. Tried this place with a friend and was glad we did! It's a chill spot and a pretty quick drive from where I live. Logistics: the restaurant offers free 2hr parking at a garage but we didn't know and ended up at another garage that only offers one free hour and we definitely were there for longer! Got a bunch of meats, some veggies, standard stuff. I don't think I saw those roe filled fish balls but I did like the fish paste to make your own fish balls. Satisfying to drop pieces in and watch them cook. At the end, we got these cold dessert soup that was sweet (sounds unappetizing as white fungus soup but it was delicious)! After submitting the Special Combo and two Hot Pot Meats, in a few minutes, we were told that we had to choose the Hot Pot Soup Base. We had assumed that a simple clear vegetable broth was the default. Given its store name, we decided to try the combo soup base - half pot in spicy and the other half in the mushroom broth. The quantity portions of the nine-ingredient combo were not enough for two adults. The meats in cut were the sweetest part of our dinner. We got spicy level 4 Szechuan spicy and house special bone marrow soup. The server was informative and told us to start with spicy level 3 and add when you want it more spicy. It was a good call. My party of 6 arrived around 7 pm and were seated about 10 minutes upon arrival. When we were led to a table, we weren't really given any instructions on how to order. The server didn't explain to us but for others future reference: you scan the QR code on the table and input what you want to order on your phone. Most tables were taken aside from a couple in the back. Service could have been better- our table was only set up for a table of 4, and it took a bit for a server to bring us more bowls and plates. We got beef and lamb, which were both fresh and good, but preferred the beef a little more. Also an order of shrimp, cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, All were good but the mushroom sampler we saw from others looked like a better spread than ours. I was excited to ring in the New Year and have dinner there tonight, but sadly, when we got there at 10 pm (an hour before closing), we were told they were closed and no longer seating guests. We mentioned that their open signs were still up and the hours on all the sites (including their own and Yelp) had them as open, but they told us the kitchen was already closed and ushered us out. Ironically, I checked and could have just ordered takeout as they were still open on DoorDash, but we decided it was losing battle and went elsewhere. If you're open, be open! This is true authentic Szechuan hot pot. You order through a QR code and can add items throughout your meal and the servers will just bring it out. We ordered so much that table space became an issue which the server quickly remedied as they brought out a shelf that held all the food. We came as a group of 6 and only had 2 broths which was hard to share since it was in the center of a long table. Just something to keep in mind if you come with a larger group. Additionally, we had a language barrier with the servers so it was difficult to communicate at times. The Szechuan broth flavor is numbing spicy- the type that makes ur tongue tingly. We got the free spicy level which was already spicy so I cant imagine what the spicier levels were like. All the cuts of meat, seafood, vegetables, carbs were high quality and fresh. Approximately 14" in diameter & 8" in depth?! Szechuan Hot & Spicy (Level 2). (4 stars). Ladies, or I suppose some of the guys, do you ever have that significant other in your life (Husband, BF, GF, friend, family member, etc) that says they love spicy food or they can handle godly levels of spice?! Do they ever try to prove it to you through their runny nose & tears of pain or fists slamming against the table as they say "I'm ok"!! Well, if you don't know what I'm talking about, consider yourself lucky!! My BF is very stubborn when it comes to admitting something is too spicy for him. He won't admit it when I ask him. He definitely won't admit it to me!! I just HEAR about it later... if you know what I mean... But of course, when the nice young man who is serving us asks him, "Sir, is it too spicy?" OMG. I can't say enough good things about this new HotPot spot. It's gonna be trouble for me because it's so close to my apartment and I'm ... OBSESSED. (I'm going to think about these mussels for next few weeks). They also have a promotion get one meat for the table on the house. There is no dessert. ATMOSPHERE: 4.8/5 PARKING IS VALIDATED AND FREE FOR TWO HOURS. It's a hotpot place so you can't expect anything intimate, but it is spacious and has a lot of room between the tables. Outstanding hot pot tucked in Columbia Pike front of Giant and adjacent to retail shops. Free parking is a bonus as there are only a few street spots available. Really appreciate the folks who work here. Very warm, quick and attentive. The spicy level3 broth is delicious. We loved the ribeye, fatty beef and fish. Other favorites are fish balls, enoki mushrooms, quail eggs, spinach and cilantro. Try the sausage fried rice, very tasty. Surprisingly good and thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended!! read more

Yummy food and great customer service, but it is a bit pricey. All you can eat for only certain items on the menu which was mixed together so it was a bit confusing what was included and what wasn't in all you eat. Also would have been nice if there had been some sweet treats on the menu. read more

Friend & I were craving hot pot so badly, and this definitely hit the spot. One of the best I've been to in the area. Flavor was spot on for both the Sichuan spicy & the mushroom soup broths and the ingredients were all fresh and plentiful (honestly I thought it seemed expensive but you definitely get your money's worth. Sauce bar had everything I would expect. The decor was awesome as well, you can tell it was thoughtfully designed. And the staff there were so friendly and attentive! Even gave us free jelly dessert :) They also validate parking. Covid-wise, there was plenty of space between tables & some natural dividers from the layout of the restaurant, they take your temp at entry, provide gloves at the sauce bar, and all staff wear masks & gloves. Delicious! I've been waiting for this place to open up excitedly and it was worth the wait. The tomato and mushroom broth were great and the beef tongue, chicken, and veggies were all great. :) I took one star off cause I want them to be a bit more careful with people's allergies - we mentioned I had a pork allergy (my eyes swell shut) but the both they first brought had pork in it and I took a spoonful - before they realized it and brought us a new batch. Please, please be more careful here and take allergies seriously - otherwise great spot and I'll be back! read more
