    1. They have the good blue cheese! 2. I called on a Friday night and they said 25 minutes. I alerted them I wont be there until at least 35 and they held the order for 10 and then made my food- Thanks Wise ladies (it was an all female crew up front when I went in for pick up) 3. This was my first ever buffalo chicken pizza and I really liked it. Crispy chicken, a lot of big chicken chunks, not over saturated with buffalo and two sides of blue cheese come with the large pizza. I will be ordering this again! 4. The large is a good size! We had plenty of leftovers which my family loves! 5. The pepperoni pizza, my family liked it but I like a little more sauce on my pizza. True rating: 3.5 stars

I'm a bit stunned by the negative reviews, as the sub I received there was phenomenal. Wise Guys is a small little sub/pizza joint in Cumberland. Service was quick (lunchtime on a Saturday). Probably one of the better subs I've gotten from a pizza and sub shop. I got the Accountant (corned beef and pastrami) and my brother-in-law got the Lucky (turkey/bacon club). The bread and veggies were fresh, and the sandwiches were loaded. Both were very tasty and I will absolutely be back.

The pizza resembles most the round pizzas you see, the difference here is they cook it to a perfect texture.

Sandwiches were poor. No deli mustard in a deli. Forgot portion of the order, even though there were no other customers

We have a lot of choices around here, and they consistently make a great Neapolitan style pizza. My favorite is sausage and ricotta, with the Greek salad pizza as a close second. The crust is just perfection. The rosemary wings were amazing, recommended to anyone! I'm not a big fan of steak fries, but these were so addictive. We ordered a chicken Parm sandwich, and it was good, but the steak fries took the cake on that one! We couldn't stop eating them. The service was super kind and friendly. They really try to get to know you. The dining area is casual and clean. Great for a quick lunch. Looking forward to our next visit!

Disclaimer: I love Papa Gino's pizza. Not ironically. Not as some guilty pleasure I feel compelled…read moreto defend. I genuinely love it. The hand feel, the specific chew, the way the crust gives under your fingers. I could identify it just by touch, blindfolded in a lineup of a hundred pies. It's wired into me from countless visits over the last 30+ years, born in the taste of being young and hungry and not overthinking anything about quality, just taste and filling you up. So when I tell you that Pizzeria Romana, located right by the Lincoln Mall, is just like Papa Gino's dressed up for the prom, understand that I mean it as the highest compliment. This was a new stop this year on the Lord of the Pies circuit. We walked in with zero expectations. The space is warm without trying too hard. Black and white checkered tablecloths. Italian countryside murals on the walls. The staff greets you like they're happy you showed up, which is rarer than it should be. The cheese pizza is where this place reveals itself. Same Papa Gino's geometry: thin, sturdy, dependable. But elevated with ingredients that actually taste fantastic. The cheese blend brings provolone into the conversation, adding sharp, tangy notes that cut through the richness. Everything works. The crust has that holds its crispness on top, great chew in the middle, and just enough cornmeal texture underneath to remind you this thing came from a real oven. The pepperoni, though. It overwhelms. Too much salt, too much grease, too much of everything. It doesn't play well with others. It storms onto the plate and dominates, drowning out all those subtle cheese notes that made the plain slice sing. Stick with the cheese. Let the fundamentals do their work. What Pizzeria Romana understands, what Papa Gino's always understood, ipizza doesn't need to reinvent itself to be good. It needs good ingredients, technique, and the restraint not to screw it up with unnecessary flourishes. This is a nice neighborhood spot where you can bring a date or grab a pie with friends without pretension. The best thing a pizza can do is remind you why you fell in love with it in the first place. Pizzeria Romana does exactly that. Just hold the pepperoni.

The vibe is cozy and welcoming, but there's always something going on, live music, karaoke nights, and even fundraisers that really bring the community together. The food absolutely delivers. The pizza is on point (perfect crust, great flavor), and the smashburgers are next-level. Juicy, crispy edges, everything you want in a burger. It's the kind of place where you can grab a casual dinner, hang out with friends, and end up staying way longer than you planned because the atmosphere is just that good. If you're looking for great food and a spot that actually feels like part of the community, LJ's is definitely worth checking out.

When you walk up to the door, the place seems small. Like a hole in the wall. Inside is anything but. Colorful murals, custom skateboard decks and modern art adorn the walls. Bright pops of color in between the TVs playing a variety of news and sports at the bar My friend and I were there for one thing: the 10" pub style pizza. I wasn't sure what style of pub/bar/tavern pie it would be but I was eager to find out. Our bartender was super friendly and quickly put in our order. We got two pizzas. One standard pepperoni and the other Chicken + Pickle. The pizzas came out ripping hot and smelling heavenly. The crust of these pies is more akin to a pan style pizza than what I would think of as a bar or tavern pie. It had that buttery crisp that reminds me of old school Pizza Hut (and I mean that complementary!). The sauce was a solid supporting character, the real star are the cheese and toppings here. It tastes and stretches like they use a blend of cheddar and mozzarella. The pepperoni was cooked to perfection. The cups pooling with oil and so crunchy. The chicken was quite tender and most on the other pizza, and the dill pickle taste was in full force, exactly as I was hoping! While I was hoping to find something like South Shore Bar Pie, what I did find was an awesome pub pan pizza in a spot that I've passed 100s of times. I'm glad I stopped in and I'll definitely be back. That pepperoni could not have been cooked any better

That's where Jeff's comes in - it's directly across the street. Their pizzas feature a crispy and not-too-thick sourdough crust fired at high heat. We usually get spinach and onion or arugula. I did try the meatballs and they were finely chopped on top. I wouldn't have minded a bit more toppings and bigger pieces of meatballs. Overall a solid, flavorful and crispy pizza with a delectable crust. Be forewarned they do sell out some evenings before closing time if it's a particularly busy night. Also, the last time we went they gave our pizza to someone else! They re-fired it and were apologetic but it was frustrating to have to wait that long.

I've been searching for the closest thing to New Haven style pizza and I don't think you can get any closer than this. We ordered half pepperoni and half meatball. I loved that the meatball was crumbled instead of chunky and the pepperoni was just crisp enough. The sourdough crust was the real standout, cooked just about perfectly. We also got a side of fries and our immediate reaction was, "These are almost identical to McDonald's fries." So good. Next time we will have to dine in, instead of pick up. The fresh pizza coming out to the tables looked even better.
